Room was clean and had the appropriate facilities. Location was convenient.

Lift was very dark and smelt of smoke, however we didn’t spend much time in the hotel so were not too bothered.

Location is great - you can get in the underpass right next to the hotel and easily go to Osaka Station. There are many busy streets with restaurants and bars nearby. There is Family Mart inside the hotel and a 7/11 next to it. Staff were helpful, altough not great with English (it wasn't a problem). We got one of the bigger rooms with a desk and it was comfortable. Shower was good and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is a good value for the money.

The room had no wardrobe or place to hang your clothes, which we found unusual. A lot of people complain about the desk and maybe space could be better optimized, it was okay for us. But we had suitcases that opened from the top, not those that you have to spread open, which definitely helped us. Overall, nothing exceptional or fancy here, just the essentials.

The hotel room offered comfortable beds, a small table used for eating in the room, laundry facilities. The location was very close to a lively dining and nightlife district and walking distance to the train station and the nearby malls, all very exciting and bustling. But the hotel is on a quiet street. There's a Seven Eleven on the ground floor of the hotel building, which is very useful!

Room feels big and spacious even with the office style table and 2 chairs inside. Also plenty of bookshelves to put your stuff. Toilet is also big compare to other hotels on similar price range in Osaka/Tokyo/kyoto. - clean and confortable - staff is nice - family mart is on the ground floor, also lots of other convenience stores just outside the hotel - for the price a pay, I say its a very good deal

No laundry facility inside the hotel, but a laundry store is available about 4-5 minute walk from the hotel, open up to 1 or 2 am the next morning.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights. The hotel was quite closed to the main Osaka station so the commute was very good. There is a convenient store on the first floor of the hotel so it was very convenient to tourists. Vending machines were located on each floor. The hotel was very good as it gave us the option of no cleaning service each day during our stay which is quite practical and lowered our total costs for our three night stay.

One thing to say would be the pillows which were quite hard for my family.

Room was nice and spacious! Hotel in a nice location, easy to get to and from Dotombori which was nice. train station is close by and there is a shopping mall around 10 mins away which was beautiful to walk to :)

Not any range in the breakfast which was a bit of a shame considering I have specific dietary requirements it would’ve been nice to pick what I wanted rather then pick from a set menu (that was already sold out on what I wanted)

Lovely nice spacious and clean hotel , good location with lots of convenience stores and restaurants around . Our Room is really spacious compared to other hotels I have been to especially with a great reasonable price like this. Excellent service and front staff , they are so kind to lend us umbrellas and other stuff when needed . Nothing to complain, love everything about this hotel. Highly recommended!

A bit of walk from Osaka station (480 m away)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the station, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Plus, there are plenty of convenient shops nearby for any necessities. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

The hotel is in a convenient location in the vicinity of the Osaka Station, and you can either walk (10 to 15 minutes) there or take a metro from the subway station which is on the main street from the hotel. The staff are super nice and amazing, and even though checking in is not allowed before 15h, our room was cleaned so we were able to be accommodated earlier. There is the option to leave your luggage at reception and go around the city in case the room is not ready. The rooms are spacious, and quite comfortable. The beds are bigger than other hotels we stayed at. The lightning could be little improved, although it was still fine if you turn the desk lamp around. Your room is refreshed every day, and even if you have the DND sign on the door, the staff will leave clean towels on the door, something that we have not seen in other places. There are a couple of restaurants right next to the hotel, Family Mart and 7 Eleven right at the entrance, The bathrooms are larger than other places, so you can really relax here and enjoy in the tub filled with warm water. As this hotel is part of the Mystays Premier hotel chain, I can definitely say that it is way above the standards and we would certainly stay here once we are in Osaka again.

The staff was really nice and the bed really comfortable.

Unlike other stays, the hotel didn’t advertise nor privately inform us in advance about construction work going on in the surrounding roads. Had we stayed a couple more nights, A/C systems construction work inside the building would have been added into the mix. Considering the place was pricy-ish, this was somewhat annoying to find out. But maybe it’s just the high standards set by prior accommodations we had booked.
