The room was not as small as we feared, we are tall people and could still move around the bed, eachother and even the bath was big enough. Also, the window opened for fresh air, though there was an airco unit also available.

For some reason cigarette smoke was coming out of the bathroom vent so the bathroom kept smelling strongly of cigarette smoke, even though we kept airing it out and freshening it.

The location is close to several restaurants and izakaya. There is also a convenience store located not far from the hotel. Unfortunately, I think the laundry facilities need additional units, so that customers can make maximum use of the laundry facilities. However, I'm fully satisfied with this hotel's services.

exteriors of the room were cleaned nicely. Clean shower, clean table, clean hallway. Sadly the ceiling and also below the bed of the room itself werent cleaned at all, check the didnt like section for more details.

the blanket below the bed had a centimeter thick dustlayer, so under the bed there was no cleaning for at least a year. the ceiling was slightly dusty, for me that means that there was no cleaning for at least a month. as everything else besides that was clean, still i rate the cleanliness with a smiley.

Super helpful stuff, very comfortable bed and pillows, room more spacious than others in Japan (we were able to open our luggage), free laundry facilities, lots of amentities.

Breakfast is only sufficient if you’re used to Asian food in the morning, starting from day 3 we didn’t even bother to go down to the restaurant. Bedding is made of a weird slippery and noisy material which made it impossible to sleep through the night.

We love the location. Metro stations are walkable convenience stores. Lawson and 7-11 are available a few blocks away. There were lots of local restaurants we love most was the Osaka ramen house opposite of hotel great authentic ramen hotel is clean staff are helpful and nice 👌 accessible for Osaka metro and even heading kyoto nara access 😀 👌 location awesome 👌 👏 👍 everyday new towel clean bathroom clean floor 😀

Room size was small for 3 people, normally they gave me.2 beds and sofa/bed, but in this case was just a big bed

I like the atmosphere of the staff, the spotless hotel, the excellent meals, and you must try plumb wine.the hotel location. It is great if you want to travel to other cities. Tokyo station is one station away.

Some of stuff didn't know to activate a card, every my Ho out of hotel card have been deactivated. For 11 night every day some story. They are also cleaning room every 4th day which is annoying with a trash in the small square matters room

- the staff was very pleasant, kind, accommodating - the hotel is a 5 minute walk from Kitahama station exit 5 or Sakaisuji Hommachi station exit 12 - there are a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby - excellent wifi - you can use the washing machine and dryer for free. You just have to buy detergent and dryer sheets from the vending machine - They let me borrow dishes, dishwashing soap, etc - the system of getting your own supply of toiletries and asking for new towels by yourself is a great step towards sustainability - I stayed for one week and it's definitely much cheaper compared to other similar hotels

- cleanliness. The room was poorly maintained. I only showered as I couldn't take a bath because the tub floor was evidently dirty. There were cup marks on the table. There was dust everywhere. - the hall and the room smelled awful when we arrived.

Great money for value. The location was great, very close to the Osaka Castle and a couple of subway stations. There were several restaurants and convenience stores in the area, so having a fridge and a microwave really came in handy! The staff was great, and the hotel offers all the amenities you might need.

Cleanliness could be improved – the important parts (bathroom and bed) seemed pretty clean, but there was dust everywhere. There's only two washing machines/dryers available on-site, so you need to organize laundry time carefully.

Rooms were great for a solo traveller. Hotel is in a great location. Buffet breakfast was as expected with loads of choices. Staff were attentive and friendly.

In house restaurant was not open apart from breakfast. Apparent staff shortage from August?
