Staying at New Osaka Hotel Shinsaibashi was a great experience. The accommodation itself was well placed for our needs with a Metro stop nearby. Nearby is also the city part of America-miura, which is quite interesting as a neighborhood and we enjoyed exploring it. The main highlight of the stay was the breakfast, it was mostly Japanese-style and was very tasty and well prepared with a good choice, from Cold Brew coffee to Miso Soup everything was perfect! The premises also include a beer machine, which produces draught beer , which is a nice delight after a day exploring Osaka. Overall, this was a great place to stay and at least for me it ticked all the boxes.

Great location. The room was just the right size for a single traveller. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. The outside space was pretty, with a piano being played on a few occasions was a nice addition. Would stay again for another short visit in Osaka.

Room was a bit dated, but the bathroom was lovely! Bed slightly uncomfortable but not too bad. Rooms could do with just a bit of modernising considering the lobby and outer appearance.

The staff was very nice, everything very clean. The installations are not new, but it was everything clean, comfortable and the goodies all excellent. The entrance is so cool. The breakfast has very varied and tasty food. I love the cups to go for hot beverages.

The tv was an old one, it would be fine if it would be a smart tv to shared screen of my phone to watch Netflix or YouTube, for example. From breakfast, the scrambled eggs were cold.

- For two people the bed was a little bit too small. - The room could need a little bit of a facelift

It’s near the Metro station. They provide toiletries, bath robes and towels daily and with complimentary bottled water and coffee everyday. The ease of checking in and out. It’s quiet at night and it’s just a few minutes walk to Dotonbori. There is a nearby family mart. They have floors for females only which is great for a solo traveler like me. The staffs are nice and very polite.

Kindaoutdated style but I think that’s the charm of this hotel.

Room was very small and old looking. Wifi didn't really work well. Bed pillows were quite uncomfortable.

The pillow was the best … bed very comfortable… Pola shower care was great … fud was excellent & I love the ambience of the restaurant ..

We checked in very quick&smooth. Location is perfect. Rooms are small but enough to accomodate 2. You have everything you need in the room. The TV was small but we never turned it on. value for money for sure.

Location is perfect near to Shinsaibashi and also Glico sign, the heart of Osaka, staff speaking english very well, Breakfast is great and many choices for muslim
