Many staff don't speak english so it's hard to communicate fluently. The hotel is amazing but need some love, a better manager, many little defects that should be fixed and convert it in a real 5 starts hotel

very good butler service, friendly GSM especially when see us having children together. just a little feedback about the housekeeping, the clothes did not fold for us , and some details need to be more details & care as we are family travel. But general is very good. Breakfast service and food is good.

When we are going departure, no body help us luggage when leaving the hotel. So much different when arrival.

Breakfast was great. WIFI was solid. Staff are attentive and very responsive. Room was comfortable. Shower was amazing with the body nozzle. Room service was good and delivery time was excellent. House keeping was excellent. Good service recovery when aircon was on and off. Hotel offered to extend my late check out by 3 hours due to the aircon issue. This was much appreciated. Next to train station for easy commuting by train.

Gym was too small and lack of equipment. Could do away with some machines and create more space. Adding equipment like a Bosu ball and medicine balls will be more effective. Bidet spray was not working in my room. Air con was on and off for some reason. On checking out, I requested to use my Bonvoy points to offset my bill but the message was not passed down. Location was slightly far from NAMBA station and the shopping districts. 20mins walk required or 2 stations away.

Amazing room, amazing view, amazing bed, amazing bathroom… shower was also outstanding with some horizontal showers too! Would certainly come back. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is gorgeous. Breakfast was also amazing and the hotel restaurants were also good.

Tasteful interior. Great location. Local option of buffet breakfast was top-notch. Great service from staff. Wonderful live music at the bar.

There wasn’t anyone at the drop-off when we arrived around 6+ pm. The area looked like it was cordoned off, so we got off by the road and had to manage 5 luggages ourselves - having a luggage cart would have been helpful. The room that I booked was a little tight. Perhaps having the double bed option in a larger room would be ideal.

We always stay at the St Regis in Osaka because it's simply the best. The staff are great, the hotel is situated in a top area. Value for money and brand name you can't beat this property.

Only down side is that the rooms are started to age. They are in need of a refresh

Prestigious hotel although some parts of the hotel (chair/sofa) needs to be refurbish

We requested for an early check in as we arrived early morning, however was not allowed to. Had to pay for an extra night just for the early check in as we are travelling with small kids & they needed rest after the long flight. We were charged full price although it was only few hours before checking in. I was quite disappointed as my room which was supposed to be ready at 3pm was only ready at around 4.30pm.

Our stay at the St Regis Hotel was pleasant. We enjoyed the incredible view from our room, the size of the room and the decoration.

However, there were a few small details that were a little disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Here are some examples: the free water in the mini-bar was of an unknown brand. We had just spent 4 days in a very humble 3 star hotel that offered free 1.5 liter bottles of Evian. Another detail, the breakfast offer was good but nothing exceptional. In particular, you have to pay extra to have a freshly squeezed orange juice, which is surprising for a 5 star hotel.

The speacious room , very fancy hotel , i feel amazing that iam gona come back from all walking around the city to this hotel . Yes pricey but deserve it . Ohhh the bath and jet shower 🫠

That the reciption on 12 floor , and you have to take 2 elevators from grond to rrach the room , but its not that big of deal

The butler service at St. Regis was amazing. I was recommended 2 restaurants and both were good. They also helped me book some other restaurants that I wanted to go. Additionally, the complimentary ironing service - 2 pieces per day and free drinks everyday were lovely. I have stayed for three days and each staff at the hotel that I met and talked to was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good overall but it could be improved by adding more varieties
