Amazing location, really close to two stations that give you access to all the main tourist places as well as some other cool areas. nice area near dontonburi without being in the huge crowds and hussle and bussle. we had two rooms for 3 people and there was plenty of room in both. standard rooms, we didnt stay in the rooms much during the day but was nice to relax in after. the shop downstairs is amazing for snacks and dinners if you dont want to go out one night and just need something quick. the breakfast in the morning was cheaper than the other hotels and was a nice mix of japanese and western breakfast meals

only critisim would be having a microwave in the room

Really happy to have chosen this hotel for my Osaka stay! Super friendly staff, does luggage forwarding, great amenities afforded to guests, spacious room for Japan standards (always research room size!) and super convenient access to the following: 24/7 supermarket (Aeon Food Style), the Shinsaibashi-Yotsubashi Metro line and McDonald's just all sitting beneath the hotel. Funnily enough, I was walking to a somewhat more distant train station in order to catch the Yotsubashi Line, and it wasn't until the second day that I realised there was an entrance right next to McDonald's (you can't miss it)! I chose this hotel based on accessibility to public transport, as well as the walking distance to major attractions like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street. The walk is around 15 minutes to those attractions, and while you can certainly find hotels that are much closer in walking distance, they don't exactly afford the same or similar price-tag or reviews (rooms are dirtier, older and more expensive from what I've read). Plus, walking 15 minutes to and from places in Japan is such a breeze given there is so much to see. If you don't want to walk, catch the Yotsubashi Line right under the hotel and that will also take you to the same destinations for the same travel distance and time (with walking included).

Not major issues in any way shape or form, but I did find it slightly inconvenient to have to catch a lift from the ground floor to the lobby, then lobby up to the room floor + the hallways felt a little stuffy (that could've just been on the floor I stayed on though).

Property was clean and with all the expected amenities (including a coin laundry, free coffee and tea, toothbrush etc). The room was a good size for Japan, with space for 2 medium suitcases, and it was very quiet. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, check in and out were both smooth and easy. Very good 24 hour supermarket next to the entrance was useful, and there are some great places to eat within walking distance of the hotel.

Location is good, walking distance to Shinsaibashi area. Like the bathroom shower and tub. Provided clean towels set everyday even opt for “No Room Cleaning”. 1sr floor supermarket is super convenient. Remember to use 5% off exclusive coupon! Coin operated washing and drying machine is a plus. I was satisfied with my 6 nights stay.

I arrived around 2pm and felt uncomfortable being refused to talk because check in time starts at 3pm.

Comfy bed and pillows. Reasonable size for two people. Close to Yotsubashi station. Aeon supermarket is located downstair and McD is next door. Buffet breakfast has a variety of food. Good view from the buffet dining area. Quiet and good soundproof for the room. There is an elevator near Exit 2 from the station so avoid carrying your heavy suitcase up the stairs. Once you come out from the elevator, cross the road to reach McD and the hotel. McD is a good pin to find the hotel if you're unsure of the location.

The room and bathtub were very dusty. Urine stain under the toilet bowl lid which was very disgusting. Some of the bath towels had brown stain. Far from Shinsaibashi station. Buffet breakfast has about 90% of same food across the week. The blanket was too warm to sleep with despite having air conditioning.

Awesome hotel in a great location in Osaka - very close to Shinsaibashi shopping area. Awesome compact room with enough space for a couple & suitcases. Awesome view at night time out the window. Comfortable bed. Overall we loved this hotel & all it has to offer. Supermarket downstairs massive bonus!

Make sure to ask for a couple more pillows as the one provided is not the best!

Cannot reserve a tax , instead of taking a chance. I was told by the staff that I just needed to come to the reception to ask the staff to call for a taxi, but when I did, the staff told me she could not catch any taxi in the morning due to tiny rain. I was shocked. She told me that I ‘d better to go to catch airport bus by taking metro. Imagine we have 4 luggages !

This hotel is very spacious, love the location, just beside McDonald, subway station and supermarket. Excellent daily housekeeping. Comfortable bed. The count down timer for washing machine is very accurate, no need make wasted trip down just to check washing machine. Hotel staff very friendly to tourists.. always greet people and wears a smile on the face.

Fridge needs to be switch on and off, washing machine need to share with other hotel guest.

Great location!! Next to Aeon and McDonald’s (both open 24h if I’m not mistaken), is great if you’re not paying for breakfast at the hotel & felt safe walking around even when you wanted to get late night snacks. Clean and comfortable bed, the size of the room is just nice for solo travellers. Great staff too! They tried their best to communicate with you (since there’s language barrier) and help you, really appreciate the effort! Overall, really recommended!! Small mishap: If you want to send your luggages to the airport for convenience, better to ask the receptionists in details and make sure they could do same day delivery if you’re thinking one.

It was a business hotel and a lot of things were self-service like bringing up toiletries from the lobby but very complete though! We appreciated the extra touch of having fresh sets of pajamas every night. Super convenient location near the train station and with a 24 hour Aeon supermarket right downstairs. We walked both nights of our stay through Amerika-mura to Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi for meals and for shopping.

This is also true about some of the other places we stayed at in Japan but we don't understand having check-in at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am which really is quite early...
