Excellent: Location - close to Metro. Staff - genuine, friendly, helpful. Accommodations - Clean and comfortable. The bathroom is great for travelers, including the wet room shower and tub set up and smart toilet. We purchased the breakfast w our room. It was excellent! Wide variety in the buffet and the option to order custom eggs.

Great location just in between Namba and Hommachi. Good amenities, comfortable room and good price.

Breakfast was adequate, albeit that due to the limited surface area of the building choice was not abundant. The gym was there, but nothing much to write home about.

Hotel is conveniently located near two metro stations which give direct lines to Umeda, Namba and Shin-Osaka (for the shinknansen). Our room was very clean and was serviced everyday. The japanese and western breakfast buffet and staff were excellent. There are quite a few good restaurants and cafes around the hotel which are highly rated on Tabelog. Would definitely stay again!

If there was anything missing for us it would be a washing machine. Luckily there is a good coin laundromat less than 10 mins walk away.

The hotel was very nice and cosy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They would go out of their way to help and we even got a late check out. The level of cleanliness was at the peak and we really appreciate. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed dinner at the Bar which is very nice. aLL IN ALL WE LIKE IT VERY MUCH

Everything was fine and we had no problem. We were in Osaka to attend Expo 2025 and the hotel was very helpful in arranging for our registration etc. It was within reach of Dontonbori which we also enjoyed most.

Lovely warm welcoming staff a special mention to Anil who was outstanding. Lovely modern & clean rooms with a clever design layout.

The only issue we had was with the beds which were rock hard & terribly uncomfortable...same with the pillows which practically had no fillings

A perfect location just outside of the main hustle and bustle. Modern, comfortable rooms with a huge bathroom which is always a bonus when travelling for a longer period of time. Space for both of us to put our belongings which is also rare in Japan! We also were very grateful that we could order room service after very long days out and that we could access streaming services on the tv. Lovely staff and lovely decor! Metro stations also very nearby, as well as convenience stores, a bakery and other shops.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It's very new, modern, and comfortable. Location was good, but it's not in one of the busy or touristy areas. However it's in a great position to reach all spots by public transportation (bus station is 2 mins away and metro 10 mins away - both lines). We actually liked to be outside of the main busy areas. We had the corner room with tatami and it was great. Very big for Japanese standards, comfortable and clean. Big bathroom. Overall we'd highly recommend this hotel.

The corner room with tatami had no view. The windows had a cover so we weren't able to see anything outside. I understand it's for privacy as it's close to another building but it was a bit odd. There is no wardrobe in the room which wasn't great for our 4 nights stay. The room is big enough so it could definitely fit a wardrobe.

There is no lounge at the entrance so if you want to sit in the lobby it means that you need to sit at the restaurant or in the bar. I had to work while on vacation so they let me sit at the bar table. I was told at 22:58 that the bar is closing at 23:00 so I had to leave (although it's in the area of the reception and not in a divided area). Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is overpriced compared to what you get.

This hotel is pretty new, it looks really good, decor inside is very stylish. Its pretty easy to find, within walking distance of 2 train stations and quite close to Osaka station (about 30 minute walk). I did upgrade to a king room and it was great. Very spacious room. Bathroom has bath and walk in shower. Toilet is fanciest one I experienced in Japan (heated, lifts lid for you, night light etc). There is a tv with normal channels (i noticed some hotels only have youtube or chrome cast type set up, which sucks if you just want live tv). Its also nice and quiet location so you can have a good sleep. Food was really good. We had breakfast at the hotel and dinner once too. Breakfast had japanese or western option to chose from (set meals) and a buffet on top. Nice variety of dishes. Dinner is more italian and very tasty. We also booked the use of their onsite garage for our rented car and it was really easy to use. Great hotel!

Japanese french toast on the menu would be amazing
