Spacious and well-appointed twin bedroom with ample room to open luggage. Two pillows per person plus an extra pillow provided. Room amenities included a capsule coffee machine, complimentary bottled water, full bathroom supplies, and an air purifier. Convenient location with a nearby station entrance and a Seicomart store next to the hotel. Lovely city view from the 16th floor. Spacious bathroom.

The hotel is a bit further from the main Sapporo Station. Some facilities, like the air conditioning controller, felt outdated. No proper full-size desk, only a small table with sofa and chair. The ¥1,000 fee for a lost room key felt a bit high.

Good location and easy to manage from subway or train station. Very balanced breakfast and good hospitality. Staff was especially helpful in informing me of where to view sakura . Plus, when I enquire as to whether I can leave my luggage there for a 2days away and back to ANA for my continuous stay, they were fast to reassure me. Will definitely stay at ANA CROWNE again.

Would be great if the pillows can be upgraded to more solid and neck supporting ones. The current ones are too soft and even with 2 pillows stacked, my head is embedded into the pillow.

I didn't care that the room was right across from the elevators but I really didn't hear them so it wasn't an issue. The breakfast was my only disappointment. The value of the breakfast was not in line with what I was charged in my opinion. Scrambled eggs were runny, the toaster didn't work, and the sausage was way undercooked. I only used the buffet once but that was enough to inform me not to use again.

Room was fine. A kettle in room for tea would have been nice. Breakfast was plentiful, but difficult as despite many seats available in the dining room there was strict control over when you could go in. We were told the busy time, but this did not coincide with when it was actually busy. We went for breakfast at quite different times each of the three days and it was always busy. It's clear lots of tour groups use the hotel and if you go down at the same time as one of the tour groups, then your wait can be long. Staff at front desk very helpful - located my backpack that I left on the airport bus quickly and efficiently

Sleep Advantage! You get to pick your pillow of choice and aromatherapy. It was perfect. They also have gentle steam eye masks. You really get to relax after a full day of exploring. Plus they restock all amenities daily (some hotels don’t provide amenities at all to promote eco-friendly stay, but I believe a hotel should give you everything for a comfortable visit cause it’s your temporary home).

I loved my room with a large bed! The comfortable pillows and beautiful view with a refrigerator and large screen tv. Being a member of IHG also included a complimentary bottle of water every day, which I really appreciated.

The first three days I was there.They kept forgetting to replace the bathrobe, that is provided with room,, though after those first three days, all was fine.

Cleanliness was superb and room was spacious. Amenities provided were excellent! They provided cleaning everyday, sheets and towels were replaced. Close by to main sapporo station which made it convenient to commute. Concerige staff were mostly able to converse in english which was a bonus. The airport bus stops right infront of the hotel. Truly a comfortable stay for me and my family!

1. Close to Sapporo JR station, nice walking distance. 2. Close to shops like Daimaru, 东急 and Stella Place. 3. Very clean rooms, even the facilities a little bit out of date. 4. Breakfast is OK, it has western style buffet and Japanese style bento box.

They can only keep the luggage until 8pm at night, where as other hotels can keep like 24 hours. This is not very convenient if you come back from sightseeing.

Room was comfortable. Location was great as it was right next to the Exit 21 of Sapporo Station and is linked via underground to the Daimaru and Stellar Place shopping mall. The Japanese and Western breakfast buffet were of good value.

The rooms were right next to the lift area.

Room is spacious, comfortable bed and clean. Take lift to reception situated at the second floor. TV has CNN channel. There’s a souvenir shop and sundry shop in the building. Airport shuttle bus to new chitose airport cost 1300 yen and pickup just by the road side of hotel. About 1.5 hours to reach airport as bus would make a few more stops to pickup passengers.
