The location was awesome. It is close to the train (4 min walk) and it is in the middle of bustling night life. It appears to be a place where locals and tourists hang out after a long day's work. It is also very central to all our activities. The room is small, but ok for 2 adults and a child. You only have room to have 1 suitcase open for daily use. It is extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable, but the feather pillows become very flat. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Tokyo.

The laundry did not work well and only 1 out of the 3 dryers were in service. 30 minutes allotment definitely did not dry our clothes. There was a smell in the lobby of the Vintage side of the hotel, but it comes and goes. This smell is present throughout all of Tokyo outdoors.

Loved the location, comfort, cleanliness and staff. Hotel is in the middle of all facilities, shops, restaurants and easy access to train station yet it is quiet and cosy. Great bed, pillows and supplies in the room including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotions, toothpaste and brush, hair brush, ladies kit, robe and slippers. Plenty more in the lobby if needed including tea and fresh coffee!

Room is as described, it is on the small side with the double bed against the window side of the room.

I stayed several times at this hotel, it's very convenient to travel where you want to go, the train station is nearby, a few steps away, and still a discovery. We happened to go to Shibuya and Shinjuku a single ride from that station which we didn't know before. The room that we booked was great but housekeeping I don't know if that was supposed to be. Overall, our stay was wonderful.

The housekeeping, even though you put the note outside the door, yes, they took care of the bathroom & the bed, but the table will remain uncleaned by those plastic containers you used for your meals. It was on the table because it didn't fit in the trash bin and it had some food rubbish.

Hotel is well located among shops and restaurants, and close to the station. I believe the staff were expats, as they spoke perfect English and helped as best they could.

Room was very small, very hard to not touch the toilet every time you walk in and out of the bathroom. Note there is no air-conditioned in winter (two people in a small carpeted room can get very warm without the heater). We had to open the window to get cold air in, but there was too much outside noise to keep it open through the night.

Best part was the location. Easy to get to everything via train since this is kind of in the middle of all the cool areas to go to in Tokyo. Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, Roppongi, Asakusa, Akihabara, etc. Super easy to get to. So many restaurants around too which was nice. I can't speak on the price since my job paid for it, but if I were to come to Japan again and stayed in Tokyo, I would definitely be looking at this hotel again.

Perfect location to the train station and a 7eleven across the road. Lovely staff, cute little “shop” in the entrance for you to go collect any toiletries that you need. We accidentally left our passports in the safe in our room. The hotel contacted us straight away but as we had travelled to Osaka, it wasn’t possible for us to go back. They mailed them to our hotel in Osaka. They communicate with the other hotel and our passports arrived the next day. Absolutely brilliant and really saved us, we didn’t even realise we had left them.

The staff is extremely helpful and patient. The hotel has staff who can speak English and Chinese very well. The location is clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is very close to Tokyo metro 丸ノ内 and 銀座 line thus very convenient for public transport travels . *I accidentally forgot one of my personal belongings after checking out. The staff is extremely helpful where they attempt to deliver it to my next hotel. Shoutout to them!

It’s not exactly something I don’t like, but for a 190cm guys the bathroom space is quite limited. But the place being very clean and the good location definitely compensated this.

Location is great- you can take 2 train lines both within walking distance. Around the hotel there are convenience stores, drug stores, restaurants and if you are a fan of harry potter there is a harry potter store and care within walking distance!

The curtains in the toilet smelt a bit of mildew- you can air it out by cracking open the window and also using the air filter machine provided

This is a typical Japanese Business Hotel. Most foreigners would be somewhat surprised by the size of the room especially is your an overweight person which i am not.

The water temperature of the spa is 2 degrees higher than most of the other similar hotels throughout Japan. The temperature was 42.9 where most hotels as I say throughout Japan is 41 degrees. I've been going to Japan every year for 45 years at least once or twice a year .
