The location and charm of this hotel is why we returned. Rooms are very small and because we booked at the last minute over new year, don't want to pay a premium price we took the small room. Only just enough room for our one suitcase and two small hand carry bags, no robe, hooks on wall only to hang clothes and very little floor space. Window looked straight at a wall. Temperature was comfortable, everything clean but this room more suitable for a single traveller. Lovely hallway decor and friendly staff.

Very disappointing that no breakfast was available at the hotel due to new year holiday. The dining area was totally closed for the holiday period, not ideal for a hotel. The staff also had trouble booking us a hotel to airport although we booked an uber easily with no trouble.

Location was great. About 10-15 min walk to the main Entry to Shibuya, close to the Shibuya crossing, however along the way we noticed other entry points. Hotel was in a cute alley. A few bars, restaurants and other hotels. Walking through it led to other cute alleys and to a main road. It ws fantastic. Close to 7/11 and family mart. Close to a few big shopping stores. Loved the location. Room was bigger than the APA rooms. Still small, but it was okay for two people. We just used our room to shower and sleep (bed was comfortable) They leave complimentary water everyday and provide a clean robe. I read alot about bathroom having no privacy. They've fixed this up with blinds and a shower curtain. No issue there. I really enjoyed my stay and staff were friendly.

Great location with plenty of restaurants and shops and walking distance from shibuya scramble crossing and the station. The hotel had a cool vibe and the room was lovely. The shower area was fantastic. Staff were lovely too

Perfect location in Shibuya, only a 5 minute walk to the train station, scramble crossing and major shops. 7/11 downstairs and Lawson's only a 2 minute walk up the road. The room size wasn't huge but far bigger than I expected for Tokyo standards. There was plenty of space for one big suitcase. Loved the free bathroom amenities you could grab in the lobby next to the lift including a face towel, razors, toothbrush etc. Despite being in the middle of a busy area, the rooms were fairly sound proof.

The curtains come out a bit from the window so there's a small amount of light that makes it through and wakes you up in the morning. Might not be great for light sleepers or I would suggest bringing an eye mask. The cafe in the base of the hotel doesn't open until 11am (but neither does much else in Japan) so don't expect to get breakfast or a coffee there. There are plenty of cafes within walking distance that are open early though.

The location is great in the heart of Shibuya. A walking distance from shibuya station. We stayed at this hotel at the beginning and the end of our trip to Japan. At the beginning I guess we were upgraded to a bigger room at the top floor which was very nice. It was spacious and had a massage couch, had a big shower and the toilet was separated from the shower which was nice. The room was quiet too. In addition the hotel agreed to keep our big suitcase while we traveled for over a week until we returned to the hotel which was amazing. Receptionists were very nice and helpful and made us feel really welcome.

On our second visit at the hotel we received the standard twin room which we booked and it was on a lower floor and I guess it was facing some karaoke bar or something like that because it was quite noisy at night. But it wasn’t something that a pair of earplugs couldn’t deal with it.

This hotel's location could not have been better, literally two minutes walk to the main road of Shibuya and 5 minutes to the Scramble. You would never know how close you are to the attractions as it just slightly around a curve in the main road so it's peaceful with 7/11 right next door. But as soon as you walk 2 minutes, Downtown Shibuya in all its glory!! I can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for affordable, no-frills accommodation

Rooms are very basic but still quite spacious for thi sprive point in Tokyo. Bathroom a little run-down but still functional and clean

Like the location as it is just about a 10 min walk from the Shibuya station. It was also nearby to major shopping malls and iconic lifestyle brands (H&M, Uniqlo, 24h Mega Don Quijote Store, Parco, just to name a few). Getting to Harajuku and Shinjuku was easy as these were only a couple of train stops away from the Shibuya station. The highlight is of course the Shibuya Scramble which is within walking distance, so you get to experience “the Scramble” as many times as you like, anytime of the day. The insta-famous to-die-for soufflé pancakes at Flipper’s Kiseki Pancakes Cafe was also nearby and we found a halal-friendly cafe (Gohan Cafe) serving nigiri sushi and other authentic Japanese meal was was simply “oishiidesu!”

The see-through glass concept, especially the toilet side, which is literally next to the bed. Although there are blinds to provide some privacy, they are not well maintained and it takes a while to get the strings working properly to bring the blinds down. I do appreciate the effort to provide the English translation for the instructions on how to work the bidet inside the toilet. Rooms a little narrow, with just about enough walking space. But, small and compact hotel rooms is to be expected in Japan.

The staff was the highlight of our stay. I asked 100 questions and they always helped me with a smile and genuinely wanted to help. Staff was amazing! It’s also close to Donki, 7-11, family mart, Lawson, laundry mat, Starbucks. Very close to essentials which was a huge plus!

Unfortunately it was not very clean. I did a lot of Clorox wiping everywhere in the room. It wasn’t horribly filthy but for a hotel, it wasn’t clean. The room was also extremely small BUT we previously came from Disneyland Hotel so maybe it just felt small I’m comparison to that.

Great location. We booked the Standard Twin Room and it was quite spacious. Had plenty of room for two large and two carry on suitcases to be opened at the same time. Made packing very easy with all the stuff we bought.

The bathroom has a glass door and windows that can be covered with blinds and shades but it doesn’t completely cover the window. There are still small gaps on the sides that could still allow someone on the outside to look in. It didn’t matter to us as we are a couple but just something to be mindful of.

located right up the street from shibuya crossing/station. down the street from a few clubs. noise wasn't bad at all,. restaurants located near by. convenience stores close by. walkable distances from main attractions. beds were wide and comfortable. first bidet I've experienced with an oscillating cleaning head. AC/Heater was nice and steady with keeping our room nice and cozy. quite spacious area where we could lay out our luggage. staff was nice and accompanying. provided us with a scale to help prevent overweigh luggage. allowed us to leave our luggage in lobby until our flight, huge plus. gave a bottle of water a day which was nice
