Room is clean and functional. There is a Lawson just downstairs, very convenient. Hotel room size is adequate, probably larger than average japanese hotel rooms. The twin bed is a tad smaller than US double beds, but adequate for two small-build adults to share. Breakfast is just okay. Beware that they will charge additional for children even if you book a breakfast-included room. My kids didn't like most breakfast items there so we ended up just buying breakfast for them at Lawson instead. For transportation, there is a bus that takes you directly to Ginza. We used the bus much more than the U metro line. There is a direct shuttle bus to Haneda airport, just in front of Hotel La Vista, which is a three minute walk away from this hotel.

Restaurant options are very limited here. Lawson and the hotel restaurant are the only options within walking distance. Toyosu station (2 stops away on the U line) has more options.

The room was pretty good for a family of 4 (kids aged 6 & 9) Front office staff was helpful in guiding us through There is a Lawson store at the hotel, and within a few minutes' walk is the Toyosu fish market and also a food market The monorail is also only a few meters away

Location is not so great if you want to visit places like Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku, Asakusa etc. You have to take the monorail to Shimbashi Station, and from there a metro or subway to these stations. That is easily an hour ride away from the hotel. Wifi can be better, as it was going on and off. Was not flexible with the check out time, which was a negative for me as our flight was at 10pm and we had to check out at 11. Especially with smaller kids we always would appreciate the hotel to accommodate atleast for an hour or 2

The room and bathroom were so big for Tokyo and there was a great view. Very clean and modern too and close to Teamlabs Planets.This hotel is lovely but I'd recommend this hotel for yor second time in Tokyo as it is a little bit away from the city centre and airports and there are limited shops and restaurants within walking distance ( although the fishmarket restaurants are pretty good). It is close to a monorail stop so you can access it easily.

Room was clean, tidy and spacious.

The check in process at the reception wasn’t the best. After did the check in on the self-check in machine and have a room on the 10th floor with a nice view, I was changed for no apparent reason. When I asked the lady behind the counter she told me “because she can take that decision”. Wasn’t very nice.

The room is perfect and super close to Toyosu Market. Additionally, I was impressed by the coffee machine inside the room, which allowed me to enjoy coffee at any time. This is truly impressive.

There is one thing that is bothering me, though, and that is the check-out time. When I made my reservation through booking.com, it showed the check-out time as 11:00 am. However, upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed that my actual check-out time is 10:00 am, as I am only staying for one night. I am okay with this sudden change, but it would be better if all the accurate information was displayed on the website in advance.

The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a diverse and generous selection of both Eastern and Western dishes. The restaurant is spacious, accommodating a large number of guests comfortably, with a welcoming atmosphere. Food quality was consistently high, freshly prepared, and regularly replenished, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, especially with the twin bed option, providing excellent value for the location. Overall, a wonderful stay and thoughtful service.

The air conditioning was somewhat disappointing, as the temperature could not be set below 20°C, which may not be comfortable for everyone. Additionally, there was no designated lounge area for relaxation. However, aside from these aspects, everything else met expectations and was of high quality. The overall experience was positive.

The rooms and bathrooms are large for a Japan hotel.

The carpets were quite dirty and smelly. It caused us a lot of allergy.

Perfect view. Rooms are bigger than in other hotels. Big bathroom. Shop 24/24 on ground level. Very nice staff. Close to the atractions like Team Planet Labs, Toyosu market and 3 min to Yurikamome station. I recommend!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It was not easy for the taxi driver to find the hotel despite using GPS as there is no obvious sign outside the hotel. The hotel is in between two MRT stations and is very close to the famous Toyosu market. There is a convenience store in the ground floor of the hotel. The room is big in Japanese's standard especially you have 2 big suitcases. The room overlooks the river and a bridge, very pleasant. The breakfast is good although not too many choices. The staff are nice and helpful.

There is no proper desk for my computer work.

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms equipped with private bathroom including shower, bath and bidet. Rooms were exceptionally clean and there was daily housekeeping. Amenities included lovely skin care which was replenished every day. A 2 minute walk to the Yurikamone line which takes you directly to the Toyosu metro station. There is a 24/7 convenience store located on the ground floor.

Breakfast was average - not many western options and not many restaurants nearby. We opted to have dinner in each neighbourhood we visited for the day before coming back to the hotel. Location is okay - it takes about 40-50min via train to reach popular tourist spots in Tokyo but we didn't mind that considering the hotel was in a quieter location and cheaper/ more spacious than hotels in popular spots. There isn't any laundry facilities within the hotel but you could arrange to send out your laundry at reception at an additional cost. We chose to use a laundromat near Toyosu station.
