The staff could be friendlier. There were only two people who served us politely; the rest always had a bad expression. The hotel is in a fantastic location with everything close by, including a 7/11 right at the entrance, which was very convenient. Self check-in through the automated system was easy and efficient. Despite being located in the famous red light district (which we did not know beforehand), the hotel itself was quiet, and we had a comfortable stay. While the facilities are not the newest or most modern, the overall experience and location made it a very good choice.

The room was quite small, though manageable for the length of our stay. The surrounding neighborhood can feel a bit “doggy,” but at the same time it’s extremely convenient if you want quick access to the Shinjuku express bus terminal. Overall, for the price the value was fair, and there were no major downsides.

I liked that the room had a bath and USB chargers. A Japanese toilet and a microwave were also found within the room, which is nice as well. The elevators are good and since the hotel is right above a combini, you can go out late at night to grab a bite or drink. I like that the hotel offers a washing machine and dryer.

The matras had blood stains on it, which was a bit gross. The toilet also seemed to leak water when you use the bidet. The cleaning service starts rather early, vacuuming around 7am. What bothers me the most was that other people staying at the hotel kept smoking in the hall ways. There was also quite some light shining under through the door at night.

Very central location in Shinjuku Kabukicho. Right underneath the popular k-town area Shin Okubo which was incredible to have such good food and cosmetic shopping so close by. Both subway and bus stations are close by so it is very easy to get around the gigantic city of Tokyo.

I would prefer a softer more comfy bed, but except for that I was very satisfied with the hotel. This is a business hotel, so they do not provide such luxuries like breakfast buffets, but are very reasonably priced and are nonetheless extremely accommodating to your needs.

the house keeping staff was great, the location of the hotel was close to lots of restaurants and bars. i visit kabukicho often and this hotel is perfect for easy walking to all the tuorist spots that i like. great hotel, especially for the price. i will definitely consider staying here again.

the only thing i did not like was that the elevator stops on the 2nd floor every time you ride up or down

The reviews got me worried before I checked-in, but my experience was a lot better. Room size: small which is typical of hotels of the same category in Tokyo. If this is your first time in Tokyo, yes you will find everything smaller. Cleanliness: room I got was clean, if you are not smoking make sure you get a nonsmoking room. Guests do leave their trash for disposal in the corridors, I just hope that the hotel puts up a proper disposal area. Area: 7-11 downstairs, lot of food options around.

Hotel is located near to Kabukicho and 7 Eleven is just next door Pretty close to Shinjuku Station, about 10mins walk (600m) Self check in so it’s convenient No issue with the room. Everything was fine so not sure why the rating is low though

Tv area is abit dusty and hair dryer (air inlet grille) otherwise everything’s good

The smell of the floor/carpet. But i saw the staff he cleans it everyday. Still not good smell.

There was no coffee as an amenity which was odd. I bought a bunch of instant latte at 7-11 next door.
