I had the Good for One Studio. I prefer this to the Good For One Plus because of the layout and the color theme - neutral and modern. The design is also clever. Although it's supposedly a single bed, it is actually a double bed so quite a nice size and very comfortable. Good sound proofing which for me is also a plus. You don't hear footsteps on the hallway, etc. The price is really reasonable. But the best thing about this place is the LOCATION! Right on the other end of Ginza, near Kyobashi Station entrance no 4. If you head the other way, 20 minutes walk is the Imperial Palace. It is off the main street so away from street noise. I will definitely come again.

An extra pillow would be nice, usually you get at least two pillows. Also, two tea bags is a bit ... The staff could build up their knowledge a bit more so that they can advise guests with things like, how to get to Narita / Haneda, what time is the 1st Skyliner train .... these are the kind of things they should build up on to be of are value to the hotel guests.

Convenient location, variety of amenities, and cleanliness. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Everything. Good quiet location. Close to Tokyo station for the bullet trains, a smaller station just down the block and a 7-11 on the corner was great for picking up evening/morning snacks. Cleanliness. The room was spotless. Friendly staff that spoke excellent English. I didn’t use the communal facilities at all, but loved all the small touches in the room the fabric mist/room freshener, soft close bathroom door, sink outside that bathroom, fridge, safe, under bed storage space and plenty of hooks and shelves throughout the room.

I was very worried the room would be too small based on other comments, but compared to an APA hotel we stayed at in Osaka, it was like a palace! Plenty of room for two people to move around with four suitcases in tow.

Breakfast was delicious, I liked my room very much, I was happy to find pyjamas on my bed :) Bathroom was clean and of a good size. Location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city and walking distance to Tokio Station!

Modern hotel, they had a game area for the kids. They provide microwave and stove , cooking utensils in the 2 bedroom room, and big enough refrigerator. 7 eleven just less than 1 minute walk from the hotel.

The staffs were misleading in 2 occasions during my one night stay . She gave me wrong WiFi ID and another staff booked taxi for me to a wrong destination , which I had to redirect the taxi driver where I was going. Better double check the information with them, if you want them to do anything for you.

The room was very clean and I loved the empty space under the bed to store luggage. It's a very cosy room and perfect for our stay in Tokyo as we were out most of the time. All of the staff were really helpful and the laundry facilities were easy to use. Great location too.

We couldn't open our window (not sure if broken or just not able to open them). Also, the walls are fairly thin between rooms, so I was often woken in the night by other guests talking/laughing loudly. Should be fine with ear plugs though.

The location is fantastic, close to Tokyo Station and to the shopping streets of Ginza. Ideal for a stay in Tokyo, because all the main touristic spots of the city are an average of 20 min away by metro. Great also for daytrips in the outskirts of Tokyo thanks to the proximity with Tokyo Station.

The room is extremely small. You cannot open a big luggage in the room without moving the chair at the entrance door and using the space under the desk. Being the hotel on a secondary road, the noise from the main roads doesn't bother, but the rooms are so small and the acoustic insulation is not great. You can easily hear other people around you. Also, if one person sleeps on the side of the window and needs to go to the bathroom at night, he/she is obliged to go over the other person, because the bed occupies the full width of the room.

We arrived late and the staff were so friendly and helpful when checking in. The hotel is great. The rooms are small but cozy and have everything you need including slippers and a kimono. We slept so well on the comfy beds. We’re a family of four and booked 2 x rooms as they only have 1 double bed in each room. Would definitely recommend.

-the property is well set up for all kinds of travellers -smart layout of rooms to fit everything in -clean, tidy, bang-for-you-buck facilities -staff are very friendly & helpful -close to multiple stations (Kyobashi exit 4 is closest) and direct from Narita airport on train (to this station) -umbrellas for loan when raining -washing machines are a godsend in humid climate!

-cleaners don’t come or don’t do a complete job if you’re in your room, so be sure to pop out so they feel comfortable working

The room was perfect for a solo traveler, comfortable and clean. All the staff at the reception was kind and helpful as well as the staff downstairs at the bar :) Breakfast seemed very minimal so did not book it. Appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom, which is a standard in all hotels, as far as I understand. The 2nd floor where you check in is a big open space, with the reception, laundromat, working area, kitchen and gym all together, so not sure how comfortable it is to really workout at the gym. But the seating space is great if you need to work. Also, it is good to know the fire alarm system works, but it went of 3 times in 4 days. Did not really bother me, but some guests seemed quite annoyed.
