This was an room in a very busy tourist location. I did not get to try the breakfast, but that was one of the reasons I picked the hotel. The timing does not work out for the part shuttles. The room is very small, like a cruise cabin, and the air conditioning struggling a little and it was not that hot out There were far more amenities than I expected, maybe standard for Japan. There was a very odd rule about feeding cups if they were very consistent on, and I frankly didn’t understand :-)

There’s pretty limited shuttle service and the first one was extremely crowded and gets you to the park far too early, and the second one we’re going to arrive when the park is already open. It’s a bit of a walk from the Metro Station. I ended up using a taxi almost every trip, especially with luggage.

I really enjoyed the price of this place. My main focus was to use it for trips to Disney and it surprisingly worked out really well. The shuttles leave at set times in the morning before the park opens, but the best part was that the shuttle drops you off at either Tokyo Disney or Tokyo Disney Sea. Our room is small but understandable. Room was clean with enough towels and came with an eco notice of no room cleaning for 2 days. All rules were very clear and saved us with cost. I only saw the staff early in the morning, then again at night when the parks closed, but they were always friendly. There are beverages and snacks for purchase in the hotel. Also microwaves and vending machines on each floor.

Not to much to complain about here. The room is a tiny bit outdated in small areas. Some would complain about the AC being loud, it worked and functioned fine and that’s what mattered.

this accommodation exceeded my expectations. I just wanted to stay at a spot near the Disney parks, but the hotel is really nice, the room comfortable. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, asian style and western style, something for everybody. The staff was lovely. The reception has 24hs service, fantastic. They offer the luggage delivery service. Free fast WIFI in all rooms. They have an amenities bar (free), with teas, facewash, toothbrush, etc. They have an extremely convenient shuttle to the Disney parks, door to door, that was great! They also offer the return shuttle, but I opted to train back to the hotel. The location of the hotel is good, nearby a shopping mall area ( min walk, great for late eats), but it is a 20 min walk from the train station, so if you have heavy suitcases try to opt for a taxi ride. I didn't think the hotel was going to be so good, wish I could have had enjoy the breakfast on my last day, but I had to leave super early. Overall, very comfortable and great price.

The staff was so lovely and treated us as is it were a 5 star resort, always willing to help. Especially the one gentleman who was there practically day and night, I wish I remembered his name. He always made sure we had transportation, asked about our day, and made sure we were pleased with our stay. The Disney shuttle was great, but fills up quickly in the morning. The pick your own toiletries rack at check in was a great touch.

We tried to do laundry and the dryer unit would not get our clothes dry at all. We ended up hanging them in our room. While the shuttle was really handy, the times it traveled weren't ideal with only one time getting you there before park opening.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful staffs. Smooth fast check-in and check-out. Clean, peaceful and safe environment. There is vendor machine at every level. Easy pick-up and drop-off points. Shuttle bus to and fro Disney are punctual and smooth journey. Nice breeze walk (about 15 mins) to the 3 linked malls.

Our stay was great, the room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the convenience counter in the lobby that had snacks, drinks, and some emergency toiletries for sale. The staff spoke English well and the shuttle to and from Tokyo Disney were convenient.

It was about 15 minutes from the train station but that isn’t against the property. I do wish there were more shuttles though as there were only 4 in the morning every hour and 3 at night from 9pm that stopped at 2 other hotels so they filled up pretty quick.

Extremely good value. 10-minute walk from the train station. However, the shuttle bus to and from Disney land and bus to the train was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

Just the walk from the train when we arrived the first day. Only had one key card for entry to room. 2 would be better.

The room and bathroom were clean. The hotel was easily accessible by train and bus, and close enough to Tokyo Disney that it only took about 35-40 minutes to get from the hotel to the park. The staff were also very nice and did their best to communicate with us in English, which made checking in and checking out quick and easy.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. The air conditioner also made loud noises sometimes when it was turned on.

This is the perfect hotel at a reasonable price around Disney Resort. Just 30 min by public transport and super easy to get there. Conbini just 5 min from the location or vending machine in the hotel. Staff was super nice and help me with the AirPorter luggage delivery, so I didnt had to move around downtown Tokyo with my suitcase. Would recommend a 100%!

The breakfast buffet was great and the location is near enough to Shin-Urayasu station that you can walk to it. The building itself has an interesting open area in the middle, making it look closer to an apartment complex once you get to your room. The bus to Tokyo Disney Resort is extremely convenient, just mind the time so you catch it! 😅

The breakfast buffet is too close to the first bus (7:30am) departing from the hotel. You need to be up around 6:00am to get everything ready to check out but then still only have >30 minutes to eat to catch the bus. There's another bus at 8:25am. The park will have a long line by then but it's a good second option.
