Property was very clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Great water pressure for a wonderful hot shower. Location was excellent for seeing things in the area. Many food choices in the area. We opted to include breakfast and were not disappointed. Enjoyed the BLT sandwich with coffee. The staff at the coffee shop were also very nice.

Of course room is on the small side but we didn’t spend that much time there and were able to work around each other. Bed is on the hard side and 1 pillow each is provided. I was able to ask for a second pillow and one was provided. These aren’t really complaints; just statements of fact.

We only stayed one night, but the hotel is lovely. Many amenities, everything you could need is provided at the reception. Booked a Superior Double Room via booking and got a good deal. Small but smart, excellent bed and space overall. Shower was great. Breakfast is basic, but ok. We recommend and would stay here again for sure!

Great location, hotel and service. The hotel is located in a busy neighbourhood with good restaurants, coffee shops and stores. It allows easy access to the metro and buses going to different parts of Tokyo. We took a cab from Haneda airport to the hotel, and it was about 50€. Regarding service: We had accidentally reserved a room for smokers, and the reception staff managed to get us a different room after 1 hour without any extra payment. The free face masks and other cosmetic accessories available in the entrance hall were a plus. Overall a great experience, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Although the room was small -- everything was well planned and worked perfectly. We really appreciated all the extra things we could pickup at reception whenever we wished. These included teas and coffee we could make in our room as well as loads of bathroom amenities such as sponge, razor, hair brush, toothbrush, creams and cleansers for face and body. The staff were so nice, kind and helpful. We arrived after a 14 hour flight with a baby and their attitude made all the difference. We stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay here again. Really close to good transport, easy to get around Tokyo from here. Also lots of cafes, restaurants and shops very close by.

I loved my stay at sotetsu akasaka! Wonderful location and right in front of akasaka station (chiyoda line!). Easy to navigate and the room itself was lovely. It was small but very cozy and comfortable bed!!! Would definitely stay again in any of the sotetsu franchise. I love the help yourself station at the lobby and also the hair styling rental facilities (hair straightener, curling iron, curling dryer). I was worried about bad hair days as I can’t use my styling tool from home!! Amazing!!! Plus the pajamas was so comfortable!! 10/10 stars!!!

The pillows provided were a bit lumpy but I saw some signs that we were able to ask for orthopedic pillows. We didn’t ask for it as we always travel with our own pillows but keep that in mind when you stay! Staff is lovely and willing to help. :)

I had a fantastic time here. Both the receptionists and the cleaning statf were incerdibly kind and acommodaiting. The room was always clean and there was a free to use icecube machine. There was a laundry on my floor, for 500¥ or 800¥ depending on the wash time. I've used it 3 times and it worked perfectly. The room had enough space to open the suitcase, the bed and bathtub were a good size for a solo traveller too. Overall, I really recommend this hotel.

The breakfast options are extremely limited if you're a vegetarian. I ended up relying on konbini food on some day since I wanted some variety. Meat-eaters will find plenty to eat.

This ended up being our favorite hotel in Japan. While there are probably more luxurious accommodations out there, nothing beats the value of this hotel's location and the access to coffee. We underestimated how difficult it would be to find coffee shops in Tokyo that opened before 10am, luckily this hotel has one of the few early morning cafes down in the lobby. The convenience store is next door as well. We loved our interactions with the staff here, super friendly and helpful. We loved it so much that when we came back for our last night in Tokyo before leaving we cancelled our other booking to come back to this one.

Very close to the Subway and near a lot of establishments, convenience stores. The hotel also provided a lot of things— from pajamas to towels, face mask sheets, etc. They even have on loan items like umbrellas, hair straightener and a lot of other useful things. Staff was also very nice and polite.

There is laundry but only one machine available. There is an annex though, which is accessible to all guests using the provided key card. You can also do your laundry in the annex since there are 2 more washing machines there. Aside from the laudry, I loved everything about the hotel.

We spent our first four nights in Tokyo at the Fresa Inn. I was initially concerned about the small size of Japanese hotel rooms, but while the room wasn’t large, it never felt cramped or difficult to move around in. We even managed to fit our three suitcases without any issues. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful from the moment we arrived. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Extras like toiletries and other amenities were conveniently available downstairs for guests to pick up. The location was great for exploring the southern and eastern parts of Tokyo, with the metro station directly across the street and a FamilyMart right next door. Also, the room itself actually looked better in person than in the photos! While the pictures made it seem a bit plain, once inside, it felt much cozier and warmer than expected.
