We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were definitely the highlight—most of them were amazing, incredibly caring, and always ready to assist. The waitstaff at the pools and beach, the bodyguard, and the team at the restaurant all contributed to making our experience even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Hector Garcia and Paul at Restaurant La Palma, as well as the wonderful bodyguard who took great care of the kids and ensured everything ran smoothly.

The hotel needs a refresh in some facilities but all okay in general. Check in is very slow, Reception still do all in paper, no Technology at all.

Really great staff and different food options.

You have to book dinners in advance and bit far from main area, but still really enjoyed it. Also not much going on late at night and less food options, but still good.

Compact in size with effective designs to include everything beautifully. No long walks to anywhere within the resort. We loved the open air design of the two main buffet restaurants plus Fiesta, a Mexican restaurant upstairs. Pool/beach beds with cover were abundant around the pool and near the beach. More lounge chairs with umbrellas long the beach. We loved coconut trees that gave relaxation and tropical feels! The pool had completed shade in the morning and late afternoon which was perfect for us! The facility was kept clean at all time, a huge plus! My husband and I enjoyed the food served at all restaurants and buffets. Everything was delicious to our taste. We had to send our rave compliments to the Chef via the server named Nabor (one of the best servers there!) Staff members were friendly, attentive and helpful! We enjoyed interacting with them. Some spoke English more fluent than the others but communication never a problem. A big shoutout to Paola who was such a sweetheart! She remembered our names and kept an eye on us. Great location where we could walk across the street to a shopping plaza. It wasn’t a touristy shopping area, local people shopped there too so when we bought a few things for our excursion trip we payed what the locals would.

Decors in the room were barely anything! Our room was functional but nothing pretty. Beddings were adequate again just enough to meet the needs! Pillows were too hard! Music played until 11:00 pm made it difficult for light sleepers. Noise of the AC a bit too loud as well.

The beach was beautiful and we could walk either direction for a long ways. Our granddaughter had a great time at the kids club. The food was decent and there was always something available. The ice cream and snacks in the afternoon were great as was the coffee shop.

The biggest drawback to this resort is the pool area. There are only cabanas and not nearly enough of them. If you don’t get one first thing in the morning and stay there all day, you will not get one at all. I don’t understand why they chose to put cabanas instead of chairs in this small area, it really makes it difficult for everyone to enjoy the pool area the way it should be. :(

This place is very nice. Food is not great but more than adequate. Sometimes too salty and potatoes were practically raw. Mash is instant and salty. Saying that you can always find something to eat. Breakfast good. Rooms and beds good. Coffee bar excellent. Staff very nice except the lifeguard who is an idiot. Service very good. Pools heated and kept nice and clean. Ice cream bar and pizza bar a plus. There is a kids club also. Balconies very nice. Very quiet after 11pm when music stops. Great location near a mall. We were on the 4th floor and our maid was lovely.

Would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room instead of having to go down to the coffee bar. Music sometimes a little too much. Need a few more hours quiet time. Trying to get a sun bed is very hard unless you are an early riser. Not sure about next year as hotel next door is being demolished in July 2025 and being rebuilt so could be noisy.

First the activities staff was so fun and friendly, Issac’s aquasize class was hilarious! -every single day! The food was delicious and it was everywhere! Banana bread with lattes at the coffee bar, ice cream cones and fresh fruit at the ice cream bar and hot pizzas, mini burgers or fish tacos if you felt like a snack between meals! The desserts were amazing! The music was wonderful but not overpowering, a single musician playing a string instrument beautifully to accompany yoga or morning coffee, subdued classical or jazz in afternoons and music that could be danced to in the evening! So fun! There were a lot of full beds and chairs on the beach and by the pools, and yes many were reserved for the day but you could always find something!

The two a la cart restaurants filled up very quickly and the booking process was unclear at first.

1.service : The staff are friendly,helpful, sweet and supportive. 2. Food: variety of choices, there’re veggie & fish&chicken &🥩& fresh fruits 3. Lots of benches available, gym opens early and closes late, several activities in the pool and you can always join if you’re keen, the dj is always working by the beach side and bring the good vibes 4.drinks : There’re cocktails & beers& wine& soft beverages. 5. Family friendly

Nothing to complain about the property , you got what you paid.It definitely worth the money. I read several low rate comments and I was bit concerned before going there but it turned out totally fine. Just manage your expectations, the hotel isn’t Ritz-Carlton neither peninsula but it didn’t charge you much. Be satisfied, be grateful.

Food very good. Did not bother with the one restaurant that you needed to book as buffets, taco place and pizza place etc were very good. Staff very nice. Nothing was too much trouble. Loved the coffee bar with speciality coffees etc. Beds very comfy. An adult only pool which was very nice.

Air Conditioning in the room. It was ok but not pushing out enough for May temperatures outside. Also people were coming down to the loungers and putting their towels on them at 5am and then not going on them until noon. Hated that. Staff should stop the "saving" of the shade loungers.

Clean modern and well operating resort hotel. Room was large and fully equipped, staff friendly and proactive with dinner and drinks service. Food in the small lunch buffet was less impressive than the larger beachfront restaurant. Pool and lounging facilities lovely, all round a great place & great price for all inc.

Having to book in the morning for the 2 bookable restaurants - when only staying 1 night meant they were booked by morning. Would be good to offer some sort of online booking for this vs calling desk from room.

It’s a small resort but the resources are great. The employees are always happy and helpful. The facilities are very clean!! We loved the fact that we arrived earlier and they allowed us to check in without extra fees. The food was ok. The beach is good. They have hot tubs in different parts of the resort. They have an adults only pool. We like the spa too with a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a steam room that was a plus. We had a great time there!!

The pillow was too high. They could have thinner pillows.
