This was a perfect hotel to begin our holiday in Mexico. We needed a comfortable place to stay after a long flight and thats what we got. Good, large beds, good aircon, nice coffee machine. The pool was excellent and very quiet. Kids loved the breakfast buffet. Very close to el Centro and it was a nice morning walk to the square with several cafes and restaurants to choose from

If you're looking for a luxury cancun hotel, this is not it. It is a good value, comfortable hotel in a nice area and a perfect place to start our trip.

Wonderful location, close to all public transport. Close to the beach bus number 1. There are no crowds like in Hotel Zone, most of the guests are local. The pool view room is tidy and well-kept. The maid made the bed every afternoon and kept an eye on the cleanliness. Even the sand after the beach was always gone by the next day. There are wonderful taco restaurants and bars in the area. Definitely worth a try. The pool is a good one, clean, it feels good to take a dip after a tiring day.

Breakfast is a bit monotonous (we spent 10 night here, so it is understandable), lacking vegetables and cold cuts. As we had a room on the top floor, we could hear the noise of the central fan whirring on the corridor, but it wasn't bad in the room.

The cleanliness of the hotel was truly exceptional—every corner smelled fresh and spotless, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was awesome

The room was not equipped with a mini fridge...it would have been perfect.

It was great staying at Adhara Hacienda Cancun! Great hotel, friendly hotel staff is responsive, easy check in, conversations about reservation were easy, hotel room, bathroom are clean, the room is big enough for 3 people. Bed is medium firm and very comfortable. Hot water flow in the shower is continuous with very good pressure. Hotel private WiFi speed is good, download: 106 mbps, upload: 102 mbps at 3:16 pm. Hotel provides laundry service for additional payment. Room ACs were blowing cold air well. There are cameras outside of room, giving extra security. The room is on the 2nd floor, building has elevators serving that floor, which is very convenient for family with kids and elderly people. Food in restaurant is good and tasty! Good location, hotel is 15 minutes walk to the bars, restaurants, pharmacies, bakery, coffee shops, grocery store, bus station and neighborhood is safe also very nice! Hotel staff even allowed us to hold our luggage in lobby as we had an afternoon check in to another place. Hotel staff immediately fulfilled all of our requests for insufficient household supplies. The hotel which is situated in a residential area is beautiful. Spotlessly clean. Our Large room, overlooking the pool (all rooms overlook the pool) had comfortable beds, a bath with over bath shower. Quiet at night so get a good nights sleep. Buffet breakfast served between 7.00 & 10.30 am with a very wide and delicious choice of hot & cold food & drinks. Hotel pool bar open until 10 pm each night serving alcohol, soft drinks & food - example a can of lager $60 mxn pesos a Pina Colada cocktail $1.10 mxn pesos, chef's salad $230 mxn pesos, filet of fish $290 mxn pesos. The hotel has a free shuttle bus, which takes 15 /20 minutes to get to Mandala public beach. The shuttle bus leaves at 10.30 am picks up at 4.30 pm. Seats are limited so you have to put your name down with the hotel concierge first thing in the morning you want to go. Nearby on the same road as the hotel if you turn right when coming out there are a couple of resturants, bars, a sandwich shop and a supermarket oxxo. 5 to 10 minutes walk from the hotel in the opposite direction will bring you to the town area with other shops, bars, resturants, markets, cash machines etc. A few few minutes walk will take you to the ADO bus station for buses elsewhere. We felt safe walking in the areas around the hotel.

Adhara Hacienda, rooms are large and clean with comfortable beds. Tv and internet good. Plenty of water pressure in showers. The bathroom is large with tub-shower combo. Plenty of hot water. Noticed several solar hot water heaters on roof. Breakfast is good with variety. Different choices on some things but stable everyday on others. Good coffee, eggs made to order, very friendly staff. Food choices within walking distance of hotel, felt safe during walks around the immediate area. Drinks at the pool-bar are not the cheapest(a beer is 60mxp=$3) but paying for that convenience was ok with us. Bathrooms provided by the pool-bar are clean and ventilated 👍. The pool is kept very clean considering how many people are using it. Staff members Carlos, Hermilo, Orlando, Mary are super kind. Some small maintenance issues exist, deteriated wooden beams, some missing small tiles in pool. At least 6 more umbrellas needed by pool. Entry doors to the rooms need seals to stop noise from hallway and noise when doors are being closed. Food from Cocodrilos 🐊 later in the day is ok for the $$ we decided to just go out.

The hotel staff is top notch. We were greeted at the desk, and although we arrived well before check in time, the room was ready and we were able to check in early. The breakfast was wonderful, with many choices. The hotel is very clean, and each day our beds were made up and the room was cleaned. We were there for a week, so we got to really experience life at the hotel. There was a great diversity of people staying, all different ethnic backgrounds, and from singles to couples, to families. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. They even run a daily shuttle to the beach.

The buffet breakfast is included and is FANTASTIC. LOTS of variety and its 7am to 10am EVERYDAY. The pool area is large and has a swim-up bar. The room was massive and the shower water was hot and flowing! The staff are friendly, but not intrusive. They seem to "aim to please". Free shuttle (10am Only) to beach. Lots of TV stations, mostly in Spanish but at least 10 in English. You can pay in US dollars.

All US currency MUST be new versions or they will NOT take them. The lights are quite dim in the rooms bc they are wall sconces. Wall outlets are really lose, so you have to make sure your devices are charging.

The clean and comfy room, friendly staff, wonderful relaxing pool, really good value. Highly recommended and would love to return in the future.

I read many reviews commenting how great the breakfast is, however, I was not that impressed. Stayed two nights, first day breakfast, the cornchips of chilaquiles were bad quality, with bad oil flavor in the mouth, there was no chopped onion/ cilantro to come with the chilaquiles. Without those two ingredients, chilaquiles is not COMPLETE. Second day I did find those which simply provided for pozoles instead of chilaquiles. Coffee for second day tasted burned and bitter, tried to make some tea but the water was only warm instead of hot. If there weren't these minor disappointments from the restaurant, I would love to give this place a perfect 10.
