The location is absolutely perfect! Love that they have a (small but very convenient) parking space for the guests. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are nice and big.

No elevators, so if you're bringing heavy luggage requesting a room on the bottom floor might be a good idea. The parking spaces are a little small but overall convenient and a small blessing in a city like Playa del Carmen.

Wonderful location and value. Close to the ocean, 5th Avenue, bars and restaurants. The only negative is the night club next door is loud in the evening. Wonderful for a solo traveler. Clean rooms, cable TV with sports channels. Staff was friendly but not going out of their way to help you. Supermarket, Farmacy, close walk by. My room had a balcony with a nice view of 10th avenue great for people watching at night and a beer. I recommend walking down about 15 minutes and swimming at Playacar Beach.

Very loud at night. Bed sheets kind of uncomfortable. Pool is nice but water is super cold and not directly in the sun light after noon. No mini refrigerator in the room. No breakfast but really good breakfast joint next door with good cheap food. Great for a solo traveler or low maintenance couple/family.

We were impressed with the vibrant and colorful ambiance of the place. It added a lively touch to the surroundings and made for an enjoyable visit. Additionally, we were lucky that we had a parking space available. The location offered convenient access to various amenities, attractions, and transportation options. This aspect enhanced the overall experience and made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The excessive noise during the night, there is a nearby club that contributed to the disturbance. The loud music and boisterous activities made it difficult to have a peaceful evening or get a good night's sleep.

Nice hotel ideally situated with close walk to 5th, playa, shopping, etc. I took ADO from CUN and was able to walk with my luggae to hotel and same when departing by ferry about 10 mins. I was in the back building which probably helped but it wasnt very noisy. It's PDC so you probably need to be on the outskirts or at a mega resort to have silence. Bar next door can have music late into evening so if you are a light sleeper, request back building. Either way, ear plus and/or noise machine should do the trick. My full bed was a bit stiff but still adequate for the amazing value. AC was great. Safe in room is smallish but fit my laptop etc with some maneuvering. If you have a large laptop it may not fit. Wifi was as good as anywhere ive stayed in PDC For the value, convenience, and staff I would recommend and will stay again. Staff was great and very accomodating.

Excellent location, small hotel, so not too noisy. Nice pool in the central courtyard. Pleasant decor, very colourful. Good shower and the fridge in the room was much aporeciated. Nice little breakfast/lunch restaurant next door (see photo).

Would have been nice to have a couple of English TV channels.

We didn’t enjoy the following: - hangers missing in the bathroom to put several towels - Lack of ventilation in the bathroom, so it often felt like a sauna, very stuffy air - Very big keys, not handy to carry - Lack of communication about the breakfast offer - Smelly drawers

Close to 5th avenue and bars/ restaurants without being noisy. Very colourful fun decor.

The room smelt strongly of mould and damp, although we couldn’t see any. The scuba diving school used the small pool for their training

This is very centrally located, for the price you pay, it’s great! Its not the most luxurious stay, but it has everything you need. A good spot to rest your head after a long day. beaches are a short walk. a few gyms near by too and plenty of restaurants. plus for being close to all the bars and clubs it’s pretty quiet but a safe walk home if you do go out. A lot of Mexican style character in the building, I really enjoyed my stay here and recommend this for an affordable central stay.

I wish it had a coffee machine and maybe 2 bottled waters, at least upon arrival. Also not sure if blankets and towels were forgot to be put in my room or if you always have to ask. however they were happy to provide them for me after asking.

Beautiful place, nice rooms with comfortable bed, TV, ac and even mini refrigerator, nice small swimming pool, very clean, in the center of Playa del Carmen - just 2 min walk from 5th Avenue and few min from the beach, but still quite and wonderful stuff who are always nice and helpful. I stayed 3 nights, and I'll be happy to come here again.

more than great location, minute to the main pedestrian street and all shops, restaurants, bars...2 min to the beach, 5 min to the ADO bus station...Lovely colored hotel.

room was booked for 3, but towels for only 2, had to go to the reception and remind them...the same another day...receptions doesn't speak english, so no help for directions, or anything else...there is RACCOON at the swimming pool area !? met it twice, 2 nights in a row !
