The hotel is in a great location, right next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station, so getting around is very easy. You only need to take one stop to reach the city center. There’s a market open until late right under the hotel, and there are also some places to eat nearby, including options at the station. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were generally nice, and the beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was enough, and even though it was busy, we didn’t have trouble finding a table. The room was clean enough for me; I noticed some stains on the carpet, but since we wore shoes in the room, it didn’t bother me.

One of our rooms was a bit cold. The staff gave us a heater, which helped, but I would have preferred a working air conditioner. The fire alarm went off on two of the three days, and we were told they were false alarms. This could be fixed, because if it keeps happening, guests might not take the alarm seriously in a real emergency, which could be dangerous. Also, when I first tried to heat water for tea, I noticed the kettle was overheating even though it was empty. The switch must have been left on, and it started heating when I put the room card in. This could be dangerous if not noticed, so I recommend the staff and guests be careful.

Good location, meets basic requirements and staff are good

There is no trolly facility for luggage handing. Further, the assistance of bellboys in not there. People of our age need trolly service and it is better with help of bellboys if possible. Personally, I do not mind for extra charge if any. In addition, there is no safely box facility that lacks from any standard hotels of this category.

The location is nearby to the main station. Easy access to everywhere. Breakfast is ok. It's the same for everyday. Got check out 1 hour late. Thanks to the staff. They provide drinks when you skip room service. Plus point there.

Shower drain was blocked. Waited an hour to be fixed. Call the staff and waited for almost an hour. They did not come. I have to go by myself and call them. I just arrived to the hotel but this minor issue really makes me annoyed. I also have to go and take the iron and iron board by myself to the room. I am not sure if it is the case. Usually they will bring to you.

Close to the train station (when you get out of the hotel, turn right for the correct entrance and platform at the station) and just a few minutes away from Central Amsterdam. Room was very comfortable. Stuff is international and extremely friendly.

Breakfast is okay, but nothing special.

The exterior of the hotel looks quite ordinary, but the interior is very modern. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and tidy, making it quite comfortable. Since we checked in very late (11:45PM) on the first day, the hot water in the hotel bathroom was unstable, sometimes cold and sometimes hot. The floors were quite low, and the windows were close to the street, so it was noisy. The next day, I communicated with the front desk, and they immediately arranged for us to change rooms. The hotel is just one stop from the airport, about a 10-minute by train. From the train station, turn left and walk for three minutes to reach the hotel front desk. It’s also just one stop by train to Amsterdam city centre, about 10 minutes, so it’s very convenient to visit any attractions in Amsterdam. The hotel staff, including the front desk, breakfast staff, and cleaners, were all very friendly. A simple breakfast is provided every day. Since we stayed for 5 days, the breakfast felt a bit repetitive (except for one type of cheese that changes every other day). It would be nice if the breakfast options could change every other day. There is a convenience store downstairs that operates until midnight, making it very convenient to buy snacks and drinks.

Really spacious room. Amazing view from the window. Grocery shop downstairs. Convenient location (regarding transport). Possibility to rent a bike at the hotel. The breakfast was not great not terrible, though pastry was always fresh. Possibility to exchange cleaning service for a drink at the bar.

Broken glass at the entrance door. Common toilets at the reception were really dirty. The breakfast system is broken - time slots do not work no one seems to care about them, probably the management should use some other approach regarding the restaurant capacity issues.

The location was perfect for us, 20 mins to Central Station by the GVB, which is a cheap train service, similar to underground.The station is right next door to the hotel There is a Spar right next door to the hotel and the beds are very comfy, the room was clean and the shower was so nice. Hairdryer provided too. Breakfast was plentiful although I did miss my bacon and sausage but a vast range of options. The hot menu was toast, tomato, scrambled egg, boiled egg, but overall very nice. And the catering staff were very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Bacon and Sausage available. This was my only moan. Although there was a hot choice.. a toasted bacon sandwich would have been 5 star!!

Good location, the train station is close by, a short walking distance from the hotel. There is a nice restaurant right outside the hotel which serves really great food. There is also a 'Spar' shop outside the hotel where you can get food and other essentials. Nice comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast. I would stay here again.

The shower in the bathroom was ok, but I noticed the water didn't drain away quick enough when the shower was on. I was worried that it would cause a small flood in the bathroom. So I had to keep turning the shower on/off to make sure some of the water drained away when using. I also couldn't check into my hotel room because it wasn't clean yet. I had to wait a while...

Very good location, 2 mins walk yo train station.

Followed hotel process (filled up breakfast form and submitted to receptionist day before) for breakfast takeway since we had early morning tour so we had to leave early. When we showed up at 7 am to collect breakfast, no record of it. It was quite busy. Receptionist says go collect but noone has record of it for our room. This tall kind gentleman immediately made up sandwiches, etc.. for us at record speed. Not the start we were expecting our first day. Though not hungry but it was rushed and messy which hotel didn't apologise or even bother to call and explain whst happened.
