Most of things were good. I was extending like day by day and stayed for 4 nights.

1) I’ve asked the team at the bar when is the time of last order and they told me 2:30am, and it closes at 3am, accordingly, I came before at 2:20am to order, they told me sorry we’re close, we cannot serve you, you can order from uber eats!!!! Improve this please! Don’t provide customers false information. 2) someone did open the door while I was sleeping at 10:15am to tell you’ve to checkout at 11!!!!, checkout is 11am, why they opened the door before that time?! that’s really fu**** crazy!! No respect, Never do this again!! I’m not sure why I’m giving score of 8 after all of that! fix above please!

Nice to not be in the crazy city and was super accessible with a metro close by. The room was clean, modern and very nice beds and linen. It was good value for this type of hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

There needs to be a bin in the room. I get the hotel is being sustainable but humans have rubbish and since they don’t clean your room, the small toilet bin quickly overflowed. Also we found it challenging to get extra toilet paper. We asked at reception and they said they’d send someone but didn’t. From the room there is no phone or number to call reception so you would have to leave your room and go back to reception to ask again. It would help if they had a contact number or email for reception available for customers to use. The bathroom is also quite open if you’re sharing the room with a friend. It would be better to have a door and enclose the entire bathroom area for privacy.

Beautiful Hotel, brand new it was far outside the city yet right next door to a train station so I was able to get to Central train station in about 15 minutes and then return back to my beautiful hotel to sleep.

My own fault but not knowing how to use the train system when I landed at the airport required me to pay about 50 euros to take taxi to hotel. I recommend if staying at hotel do some research on how to use train to save some money.

Fabulous hotel, close to the city centre, rooms are spacious and modern.

If you opt for an option to go green for the environment when checking in, this means that not only your towels will not be changed and room will not be cleaned, which is absolutely fine if you are there just for a couple of days, but also your bins will not be emptied during these days and no toilet paper supply will be provided. So a way to save on the cost of this service for the hotel, which given the price of the room, should take place. Also, it’s not very clear how emptying the bin and providing toilet paper can help save the planet and be greener if the amount of rubbish is the same and it’s just a question of whether you empty it every day or don’t empty it.

Location was an issue once the metro was closed. If you plan staying out late at night it may be worth thinking again about it, metro closes at 12pm, taxis from the centre at extortionate! Over €50 for a 15 min journey. Ubers are practically non existent. Hotel is fine if you plan to be in bed at a reasonable time 😄

Excellent location, high tech rooms, good vibe and excellent housekeeping. The metro is just around 3-5 mins walking . Many cafes and restaurants around the area. The area is very safe.

Great hotel and value for money, close to metro and super easy to travel in/out of Amsterdam Central. Will stay here again if I go to Amsterdam. They also have a very nice restaurant on the top floor, food, service and music was excellent.

The rooms was super clean and nice, the only thing which was abit unfortunate was the finger and hand prints on the Windows on the inside which seem housekeeping is not prioritising to clean at all, or maybe its just not done as often as perhaps it should since the Windows and views are a huge part of what makes the Loft rooms look incredible. I changed rooms first because of so many finger and handprints on the Windows which was excellently handled by your proffessional receptionist and also gave me a higher floor which was a nice bonus. The new room had also a few handprints, but nothing that was blocking/ruining the view, so I was happy. Hopefully an improvement point for my next visit 🙂

Beautifully designed room with everything you might need. Impeccably clean. Great view. Everything in the room is controlled through an iPad, from the lights to the air conditioning and even the blinds! A bit far from the city centre but very well connected via the metro station 5 mins away.

My interaction with the woman at reception was just awful. I think her name was Helen. I arrived not feeling well and asked if it was possible to get my room earlier than my check-in time (I arrived at 10am and check-in was 3pm) and she said there were no available rooms at all. Then I said I was happy to pay a bit more as I was truly feeling terrible and needed to lie down, and then magically a room was available! If I hadn’t mentioned money she couldn’t have cared less to make me feel welcome or help me in any way, or offer any alternative. The stay would have been perfect if it weren’t for this person. I think if you work in hospitality, you should be a bit nicer to people.

Definitely you can improve that I couldn’t increase the temperature to more than 24 degrees. I was not being able to stay in my shirt pajamas without cover because i was feeling cold even after a hot shower. I needed to put a sweater or to use my base ski layer. But i usually love my temperature always to be around 27 especially i live in a country where the lowest it can get is 16 degrees and is 300 days summer. So for me was really challenging to handle the temperature in this room.

🇳🇱 One off the best hotels I stayed in, by far. Nice Location, nice people, nice food, nice hotel, That Marshall Jukebox surprise me. I thought it would sound like a speaker in a tin can, but it sounded good, nice sound, and the walls are soundproof, so pump it up. 👍💯 ❤️ I would most definitely go again it was just right. The food is catered for everyone. That Marshall Jukebox is for me, I've always brought Bose, but Marshall sounds good to me. I don't know who will read this at the hotel but you have just made a customer very happy, very happy indeed 😀 thank you. 👍👏 I had the perfect night 💤 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👌

To call the lift, to your floor is on the wall by reception ground floor, but if there are people checking in, it can be a bit crowded, which I find a bit 😠annoying having to squeeze past, but apart from that it was perfect Thank you.👍👍👍
