The room was great, quite spacious and very clean. Staff was very kind upon arrival and for the duration of my stay. The hotel looked amazing in general. Speaking of, the ground level looked amazing as well! I also had a great view on the 8th floor. Especially at night! The location was very close to the O2 arena, which was the reason for my stay. I was so happy I didn't have to take the train after my concert (the line to the underground was insane)!

The desposit for possible damages was insanely high. I stayed for 4 days and had to pay 400GBP. Which is about 500EUR! Almost half of my vacation savings went to the deposit after I already payed almost 1900EUR for 4 days. The deposit was indeed stated at booking.com, but it was still a pretty hefty amount imo. Sometimes people could be pretty loud in the hallways at later hours of the day. Not much variation at breakfast, but it tasted just fine nontheless.

Convenient location for concerts at the O2, although signage could have been clearer from the Tube station. Good size room with a really comfortable large bed. Great to have both a bath and a walk-in shower, and also good to have both kettle and coffee machine with plenty of supplies. Love the hot chocolate!

The covered walk to the O2 that they advertise isn't exactly covered. You have to go outside with only a couple of awnings and even some outside bits across a drive until you reach the building itself. So if it's raining, take a brolly! And the electronic Do Not Disturb light is not as effective as a sign hanging on your doorknob as in most hotels. I was disturbed, even though the red light was on.

It’s attached to the O2 so just a short walk to the venue. The rooms are large, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is a large variety of tasty options including chicken sausages from those who don’t eat pork and gluten free choices too. Very impressive! The staff were incredible! The room we originally had was freezing cold. We mentioned it to guest services and went out. Within the hour they had established that they couldn’t fix it and had moved us to another room. They checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we were happy and that all was well. Perfect service!!

The tunnel to the venue is partially open and uncovered which means when it’s raining you will get wet - not ideal if you’re heading for a concert and you’re dressed in cosplay.

Had to book as a last minute thing as out other booking was unresponsive with us. The staff were extremely welcoming, the rooms were very clean, very big. Both a bath and separated shower. Lots of mirrors, lots of lighting. Our room had a fantastic view seeing over the river and The O2. Slept well. Check our process was quick and easy. Hotel has it's own entrance to The O2 which made things so much better for going to and from the concert that night.

There were some plug sockets that didn't seem to actually fit standard uk plugs. Check in process was longer than usual hotels I've been to but the staff were nice so it wasn't too much if a bother.

The beds were amazing the room was really comfortable. Loved the coffee machine iron and ironing board. BIG plus a decent hairdrier in the room. All the little things like night lights outside the bathroom Big plus. The staff were very attentive and could not have done more for us very friendly and willing to help. Thank you.

The view wasn't very good i know this was a very last minute booking so no choice of the room and someone needed to have it. Not sure if this is taken into account on the pricing of the room as the view is part of the marketing of the hotel. Despite all this we loved our 2 night stay with you, and we will return.

Very comfortable room - large, airy, with very comfortable bed, pillows and duvet. Huge wet room. Location is brilliant for O2. Sky bar on 18th floor has fabulous, views and drinks. All the staff were extremely courteous, kind and helpful - without exception

We had building work on the roof outside our room. It didn’t spoil our stay but there was no view worth seeing! We had a problem with the shower which took 2 days to fix - however the staff were extremely helpful and it was eventually fixed on a Sunday evening so maintenance went above and beyond. We were also offered a discount and some lovely chocolates as an apology

We have really enjoyed our stay in Intercontinental O2 hotel London. We came for Andrea Bocelli concert, perfect location for the O2 concerts. There was some misunderstanding initially about the type of the room we booked but this was promptly sorted out by the manager Shiv who was very nice and understanding. There was no fuss. Shiv was excellent! We got a gorgeous room facing the city and the river and also an unexpected but very pleasant surprise with a nicely presented bottle of Prosecco delivered to our room! Breakfast was outstanding! Highly recommend this hotel especially if staying for the O2 Arena concerts.

We were told we couldn’t use the spa facilities because we were checking out the hotel, I’ve never been to a hotel and not been able to use the spa past 12 when check was even though we weren’t leaving London until 4. The staff member was quite rude as well! I think she thought she was better than us. Never judge a book by its cover. Really disappointing because the website contradicts this. ‘Check out is at 12 but you are welcome to use the facilities’ The room was also a bit disappointing with Stains and marks on furniture. For the price paid not what I expected. Also when there’s a party of 5 women only providing a sleep mask for two…
