The room was great, quite spacious and very clean. Staff was very kind upon arrival and for the duration of my stay. The hotel looked amazing in general. Speaking of, the ground level looked amazing as well! I also had a great view on the 8th floor. Especially at night! The location was very close to the O2 arena, which was the reason for my stay. I was so happy I didn't have to take the train after my concert (the line to the underground was insane)!

The desposit for possible damages was insanely high. I stayed for 4 days and had to pay 400GBP. Which is about 500EUR! Almost half of my vacation savings went to the deposit after I already payed almost 1900EUR for 4 days. The deposit was indeed stated at booking.com, but it was still a pretty hefty amount imo. Sometimes people could be pretty loud in the hallways at later hours of the day. Not much variation at breakfast, but it tasted just fine nontheless.

Second time here! A stunning hotel with fab connections to 02 London We came for a show from Cornwall The staff are so helpful the rooms are large and immaculate Breakfast excellent We can’t wait to return next year Only problem we had was parking Being disabled you really need to reserve a place when you book It’s only a small car park for a huge hotel Excellent hotel with fabulous views of London

Not being able to book a pre bookable car park space Very bad when you have a blue disabled parking card and driving for 7 hrs It’s not the hotels land but this really needs sorting

The staff at the hotel where amazing. The best staff where the waiting staff they where always looking out for you and being of service. Hotels normally have terrible food. I eat in all the restaurants and they where really good (loved the Indian). The breakfast was the best I had had in a long time (and I travel a lot) . The facility to walk through to the O2 was amazing and you can park outside. The tube is round the corner if you want to go into the City. I would definitely stay here again. The view of the Thames was amazing. You can also park outside the door (you have to pay) but everything was easy and with a stressful life I really appreciate that. I also like at the weekends they serve breakfast until 11.00am and allow you to check out at Midday so you can use the facilities and don't have to set the alarm. They made you feel welcome that alone is something I would go back for. Great bathrooms and products too (good showers).

We stayed in APPT in the Tower. I did feel that the Kitchen lacked certain details, which is a shame because it had such great facilities. It was like you where not meant to use the kitchen. The main issue throughout the APPT there was no bin, there was a small bedroom bin but hardly sufficient if you had all the facilities and a fridge freezer , cooker microwave not enough glasses etc...... If you are going to provide such amazing facilities please follow it through with the detail to make it work . Also there was no instructions in the APPT's about the hotel facilities i,e. restaurants, breakfast times etc and the fact you have to switch on the house keeping sign to get your room services (so one day it didn't get serviced) NB: for the price you are paying that needs to happen.

Our room was great. Good view on the 13th floor. We had an excellent meal on the 2nd floor at the Market Restaurant. Our housekeeping staff was especially lovely.

We booked with booking.com and were very disappointed to learn that we had to pay an extra £102 for 2 nights' car parking. We explained to the hotel that we were unaware of this expensive charge, we could have travelled easily by tube for free being pensioners, and the hotel kindly gave us one night free. We thought that was decent of them. Booking.com needs to make it clear if there is an extra charge for parking - particularly when it is £52 per night. The other thing was that I rang down to ask for something and the person who answered was curt.

the room was so so spacious and nice, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was amazing, we had robes, hairdryer, great airconditioning, etc. the breakfast was phenomenal, so yummy, great service, lots of choices and even on the busy hours (between 9-10 am), -we still got seated very quickly and it wasn't too loud even though it was busy. the location was great for the reason we were there, which was attending a concert at the o2, a little far from the centre of london but there is an underground in about a 5 minute walk which was very nice! the staff was also so so very nice!! amazing service from the moment we arriced till the moment we left, everyone was so nice and they even brought the luggage to our room for us! we will definitely be staying there again!!

literally nothing.

I love the hotels attitude and care for each guest . . I have had many magical stays whilst entertaining clients in our facility in the arena I have met some wonderful souls and had some great lasting chats The breakfast options is second to none, the view, the options the service - it’s fantastic

My only slight gripe (which is not a complaint) I have left many things in the hotel - bags, jewellery loads of things however lost property does not exist and the attitude trying to recover lost items has not been great. Last time I forgot my expensive earrings and then remembered returned to the room to retrieve them from the top pocket of the service staff member cleaning the room Hopefully it can improve moving forward as I have a forgetful nature 🤦🏼

I had a lovely stay here. This was our second stay, we had been previously about 6 years ago and we had enjoyed it then so was already looking forward to coming back. We were attending a concert at the o2 and the hotel is just in the most perfect location with a walkway linking the o2 to the hotel so it took about 5 minutes from leaving the arena to arriving back in the room. The North Greenwich tube station is also very closely located. Our room had a lovely view of both the Thames and the o2. We had a twin room and the beds were clean and comfortable with the bathroom being very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included and there were lots of delicious choices. The staff are amazing. All of them were so polite, helpful and welcoming. The hotel offers a WhatsApp chat where you can just message any queries you have which we used and we got an instant reply, it was really helpful. Special thank you to Rachel on reception who gave us lots of helpful tips for our stay, and Jojan who helped us when we had a problem checking in. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are attending any events at the o2.

My group of friends stayed one night because we went to Mamma Mia the party at the O2. The hotel was in the perfect location with a short walk-way to the O2. We arrived during a heatwave so appreciated the air conditioning throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had 2 twin rooms with great views overlooking the Thames. The beds were very comfortable & the bathroom was clean & spacious. The next day we enjoyed using the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam rooms before having breakfast which was delicious!

At the moment the hotel is having some renovations outside so this area was not so pleasant.

Most things especially staff that made us feel so welcome. The Clipper Bar is a terrific place to have a Cocktail or two after a concert. Met lovely people to chat to including the staff. Breakfast vast great choice. Access to The O2 marvellous.

The hassle trying to check out of car park as the barrier would not rise, took us 20 minutes as other guests also found.. No-one on the telephone answering button on machine so had to venture back to reception. For a 5 star hotel badly need to update your parking system. As soon as you have paid for your parking your vehicle should automatically go on the system and not a member of staff recording your registration details on a piece of paper.

Loved the hotel probably the best I’ve been too, amazing bathroom with separate bath and shower, best breakfast ever had, ALL staff excellent, spotless clean, parking, direct tunnel from hotel to o2, amazing views from hotel room

The only bad thing was actually due to booking.com not making it clear that booking a twin room with them was only a preference and not a guarantee, luckily the bed was huge and the hotel gave us two single duvets and we rolled the big duvet into a sausage to put between us so was ok, the only other minor thing was we couldn’t work the lift to start with although that was due to us not seeing the big sign next to the buttons in it so completely our fault
