Brilliant location for tube,rail and bus connections, also an easy walk down Edgeware Road to Marble Arch and Hyde Park Corner. 24 hour reception really is 24 hour reception. Room serviced every day without asking, Big towels !! TV worked well. Staff very friendly.

Bed was a bit hard, but much better than many hotels i have stayed in. I had a room above me and could hear the people stomping about (I think they were packing) quite late, but this was only one night out of 4. Room was a bit crampoed (I was told it was the smallest double in the hotel.

Location was amazing - literally a 5 minute walk straight down the road from Paddington station for train or underground. Surrounded by lovely bars, restaurants and convenience stores. Very close to attractions such as the Alexander Flemming museum. Hyde park, marble arch and the top of Oxford street is around a 5 minute taxi drive or 20-30 minute easy walk. Rooms are quite basic and small, however are clean and we had a family room with two doubles and a single bed. Maid service was provided so beds were made and clean towels given each night which was a nice surprise. We hardly spent any time in our room as we were enjoying London so the room was more than perfect for laying our heads. Tea and coffee facilities/hairdryer provided. Such great value and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect our family short holiday. Our room was located in the basement. It was spacious enough with two double beds and a single. We appreciated that the modern bathroom was tight but with a good shower and toiletries. We didn't use the cable TV, the Wi-Fi was not that grea. There were water kettle with cups/tea/coffee/suger. The best thing about this hotel was the location. The staff were very helpful and ready to help.

We hardly managed to sleep! The people staying upstairs were very noisy and up all night. Guests need to be informed to respect other s, and informed about the quiet time.

I really liked the location of the hotel — right in Zone 1, conveniently close to two underground lines and just a short walk from Paddington Station. It’s a great base for exploring London. The furniture is a bit dated and the bed wasn’t very comfortable, but everything was clean, which is the most important thing. The price is quite high, but considering it’s London and the area is excellent, it’s actually a good deal for the location. The staff were helpful and accommodating — they allowed us to check in early and also let us leave our luggage after check-out so we could continue sightseeing. Next time we will definitely consider this accommodation.

The furniture is a bit dated and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The Family room (with 2 french beds) was very small.

Excellent location. Nice clean modern hotel. Very crisp clean sheets . Firm but very comfortable beds. Nice tea and coffee facilities in room. Small rooms but expected being in such a perfect hot location right next to Hyde park fab cheap restaurant mimo’s up the road serves lovely food. Amazing power shower and nice bathroom. Would definitely return good value for money to say in middle of London.

Air con would’ve been nice as was a very hot weekend , but fan on wall worked perfectly fine . I couldn’t get tv working but nothing major I might not have worked remote right.

I recently stayed at Linden House Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent – very convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were clean and tidy, which I really appreciated.

One downside was the lack of air conditioning. During the summer months, this can be quite challenging. Although the room had two fans, it was still quite warm and uncomfortable at times. Despite that, if you're visiting outside of the hotter months, this hotel offers great value in a fantastic area of London.

The location is great. Welcoming and friendly staff. The cleanliness of the room was good. 2 double beds were comfortable, and the high sealing added to the character didn't leave us feeling claustrophobic.

The quadruple room was quite small, and attention to detail was missing, especially in the bathroom. It felt like someone did DIY and haven't finished properly. The headboard of the bed wasn't attached properly. The standing shelving wasn't attached to the wall and was wobbly and leaning. It would benefit from being taller and more stable, so customers can put their belonging safely.

This place is perfectly located if you want to visit central London. If you're not planning to stay in the room for long, this is absolutely perfect for you. The host was just lovely, helped us get an early check-in without extra costs, held the bags for us for free as well so we could go explore. Room had 2 beds, all clean, TV, air conditioning and some amenities. They also had room service every day we were there! They do ask you to leave the key in reception every time you leave the hotel but you get used to it. The only down side is: no elevator. Our room was in the 4th floor so we had to climb a lot of stairs but honestly small price to pay for such a pleasant experience!

The brilliant location, great price, we could get one room for three adults, clean, comfortable, and smiley staff. We were staying for one night before our son's surgery with him,, then second night while he was in hospital. Came by train so the location close to Paddington, walkable to the hospital, with bars and restaurants to get a meal, was perfect. The room was small, in the basement, but for our needs, with price a priority, it provided everything we needed.

It was very hot weather, which was not their fault!, and the room had a good fan.

We enjoyed our 5-day stay at Linden House Hotel as a family of three. The location was ideal, with Paddington Station, Hyde Park nearby, and a big bus stop right outside for easy travel. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Having shops and restaurants close made everything convenient. It was a great base for exploring London, and we’d gladly stay again.

The only drawback is that there are stairs and no lift, so heavy luggage isn’t recommended. Other than that, everything was great.
