Location is TOP! The view is amazing, area is new and very calm, SQUID games appeared to be just near by which was a great extra to our trip for my daughter; in the room we liked that there was an iron, a hair dryer .. a bathtub! The metro in 3 min walk, starbucks, walking areas and nice restaurants around

The kettle didn't work and they didn't change it on request, and the sink in the shower cabin was damaged, meaning water didn't go through, but we used the bathtub instead not a big deal. Also the "wellness" is one sauna with shower, not even a bench to put your clothes .. but in general also nothing tragic

-Location, location, location -Easy train access bear the Elizabeth line -Hotel is nice and quiet when you’re in your room - Nice space to work from - ABIG thank you ever so much to the hotel for the gracious congratulations message and the eats set out for my son to congratulating him for graduating

- Very slow housekeeping. After waiting for two hours just for a class and a cup I went downstairs to the reception to get it myself. -When they know that the room is going to have three people and they put three towels and beds enough for three people, but they don’t put enough cups sunglasses it doesn’t make sense. -The stretcher bed was very uncomfortable -Kettle was leaking and all these housekeeping things should’ve been checked before people moving to the room.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Miss Rutvi at the reception. She was exceptionally kind and helpful during my check-in. When my credit card wasn’t working and I was unable to connect my phone to the hotel’s internet, she patiently assisted me and guided me through resolving both issues. Additionally, as the chef was not available at the time, she went out of her way to help me order food, which I greatly appreciated. Her professionalism and willingness to assist truly made a difference in my stay. I am extremely grateful for her support. I would also like to mention that the rest of the staff were equally polite and helpful, contributing to a pleasant overall experience.

However, I would like to mention one concern: although I had booked an executive room, drinking water was not provided for the first three days. I received it only on the last day after I inquired at the reception. I hope this issue can be addressed for future guests.

The reception staff (Jeff & kind night reception staff , thx for sorting out some Tea) The bar and terrace staff ( Keya)were lively, friendly & very attentive. The food was delicious and what a great position, along side the river. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed and and classy , loved the decor 👍

We arranged a late check out (1300) at around 1030am Went out for breakfast - between 12noon-1240pm housekeeping entered and knocked x2. This was disappointing. The air fresheners around the hotel were a little strong - I gave asthma There were 2 trays of dirty crockery outside two rooms when we arrived on the Sunday morning and remained there until we left at 1245pm

Excellent ammenities, location and views around. Quiet and pleasant district within walking distance from both IFS Cloud cable car and Thames river boats at Royal Docks pier. Easy access to all city areas through Custom House Elizabeth line & DLR local rail services, including direct from/to Heathrow airport. Great and helpful staff, offering their very best to ensure every detail of visitor's stay.

Using two-stage elevator system with intermediate change to get from ground level to residence floors through reception/lobby area may be a bit of difficulty for guests with large amount of luggage and kids.

The Hotel smelt amazing as soon as we walked in; it smelt of shower gel - so clean and fresh. Everywhere you walked and looked was spotlessly clean, very very impressed. The hotel reception floor looks very posh and upscale. The staff when we where at the hotel were very friendly and helpful too.

The only thing I can really complain about is when trying to contact the Hotel by phone before our stay. We had a few queries that we needed to ask about before our stay, and trying to phone the Hotel was a task, as everytime you 'got through' to the reception, the line went dead, like someone had cancelled the call. I did eventually get through to someone in the end, who was very helpful and sorted our queries very well, and I was very greatful.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful couldn't do enough for you. Hotels location is great. Hubby and little one eat in the hotel restaurant and said food was lovely. Cable cars just outside hotel are fab.. we stayed here as we were going to watch the boxing at Copperbox Areana (uber 20 mins) perfect not too far away but also not in the hussle of carnage. Car park was OK. 24 hrs £25 which is standard. Secure parking. Over all a good stay.

Air con was rubbish... we couldn't seem to be able to get any air. It was so hot in the room. Lady on reception said when we checked out had we of called reception they could of provided a fan...so I would say this is a continuous issue. AC is in the car park sectioned off... with mobile fans on to the AC... Just a note if you have this issue. Do reach out for a fan

It was absolutely beautiful experience to stay in Novotel London . From the first step in the loby it was so pretty, clean and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything you needed for comfort from coffee to toiletries . Very good Ritual shower gel made shower even more ! Would like to highlight the staff on reception Syed welcomed us with the wide smile on the face , he was very polite, helpful and friendly which are so much needed after long journey through the busy London City . On check out receptionist Lakshmi was spot on as well . She was very helpful , answered all questions we had . Thank you ever so much Novotel London and we definitely recommend this hotel to stay .

The location was excellent, great view over the river from the reception balcony area. The Victoria dock area was great with a coffee hut nearby, a Tesco, a Lebanese restaurant which looked and smelled amazing, and the cable cars. The area on Saturday morning was fab, we did the parkrun and then had coffee, went on the cable cars and watched people swimming, kayaking and wakeboarding from the docks! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the toiletries were plentiful and helpful as we were staying one night and had packed light. Comfortable and modern room.

Clean and peaceful. Great quality breakfast & attentive service. Dining area has great riverside views. Air-conditioning in the room. Cable cars over the river to the o2 stationed only minutes from the hotel running until 10pm (9.00pm on Sunday I think) so perfect for attending a concert, we booked a taxi return as too late for cable quite pricey at £30 but meant we avoided the crowds trying to use the tube. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Bar was pricey - bed a little too soft for us but that's personal preference.
