Oasia Hotel Novena – A Convenient Urban Retreat for Regular Guests As regular guests at Oasia Hotel Novena, we continue to appreciate its excellent location and seamless convenience. The hotel is directly connected to Novena MRT Station via a covered walkway, making travel effortless regardless of weather. It's just a short walk to Novena Church, ideal for weekend services, and the surrounding area is packed with dining options—from local hawker fare to international cuisine—so finding a meal is always easy. We also enjoy the quirky Japanese Don Don Donki store located near the MRT and hotel access—it’s a fun addition offering snacks, drinks, and essentials late into the night. Across the street, Velocity Mall offers more shopping and food choices, adding to the hotel’s appeal. While we value the modern design and central location, we hope the hotel continues to improve guest services—such as having porter assistance during check-out and better staff training—to match the standards expected by loyal, returning guests. Overall, Oasia Hotel Novena remains our go-to choice in the city for its unbeatable connectivity, comfort, and urban accessibility.

Convenient location connected to MRT. Room was spacious. Club lounge staff provided excellent service.

The shower pressure is weak and it is hard to adjust to suitable temperature - either too hot or too cold. Room furnishing was a little dated. Options for evening cocktail at the club lounge were somewhat limited.

Great amenities, such as pool and gym with ample room to train inside and outside. Breakfast every morning with the option of enjoying it at two of their restaurants.

The breakfast at Marmalade was lacking in flavour. A bit disappointing given the extra cost but aside from that the services hit the mark.

Great location with it's own access direct from the MTR . It did not matter that the hotel was in the hospital area as the MTR went directly to the City centre and Grab taxis were plentiful in view of their dropping off of people at the various medical centres. We opted to pay extra at check in to a Club room and were not disappointed. It was nice to have a separate pool on the 22nd floor, free refreshements, free massages, and 2 hours of free booze and snacks 6-8pm. Club room service was exceptional (especially from Ronald who went more than that extra mile to delight guests). The 4 elevators were fast which was important as we were staying on the top floor. The separate pool for the Club Rooms was fantastic -a good size for serious lengths and kid free ! Although we could have breakfast in the Club Lounge, we opted to use the main restaurant as there was a bit more choice. During the week the restaurant was packed up to 9am and then it dropped off as tourists (mainly Chinese I think) went off on coach tours. After our first day we timed our visits to post 9am and were very happy to the extent that we did not feel the need to do breakfast in the Club Lounge. Housekeeping was good with fresh towels daily (even though we did not request them), and housekeeper Suria was very friendly.

Rooms were small, but in fairness there was ample storage, a comfortable bed and a lovely shower. Sound proofing could be better as we had to change rooms as for some reason there were young children in the next door room on the 23rd floor making noise well into the night. I thought children under 12 were not allowed in Club rooms, but clearly an exception was made for them. Fortunately Reception allocated us a fresh and quiet room on the 25th floor without fuss.

Great location, with three malls surrounding the hotel as well as the Novena MRT station underground which made it very convenient to visit attractions and travel around the city. The pool was clean and great for cooling off after a long hot day. We were very happy with our room and it was just as pictured in the photos online, and the staff were friendly as well. We would definitely come back to stay the next time we visit Singapore!

Laundry prices were really expensive even for the basic wash and dry. We were able to go to a laundromat nearby instead.

The train station was under the hotel, which made easier to move around the city, to location of the hotel was in middle of Singapore which made very convenient to go to the attractions nearby.

The price of the room are very high compare to the room.

Very well located - direct access to MTR via subway from lifts that go to the rooms. Also many food outlets in neighbouring mall which was very handy. Pool was lovely Room was a decent size

Some of the furnishings were damaged in my room.

Stayed here before, its proximity to MBS and other amenities is perfect.

The only thing I didn’t like was in the particular room we were staying in this time the drain wasn’t working and water went from the bathroom floor to the front door.

The liked the spacious room and simplicity of the design

The sliding bathroom door as it didn't allow enough privacy. Also the glass between the bathroom and room was not opaque so could see through.
