It is very luxurious and comfortable. Centrally located. I love all aspects of this place.

The breakfast area over festive season was in grand ball room. Their normal breakfast area is just gorgeous- presume they do this to manage the volume of people. Service was excellent regardless. I was hoping to enjoy the main area but this year from Xmas to new year breakfast was not as spectacular from an experience / ambience perspective. Also this year the spa and sauna facilities were being upgraded so did not have access . That is unfortunate as loved it last year. Missed out and may try a different hotel next year.

The St Regis in Singapore is more a 7 star hotel than a 5 star. I have stayed many times at the "7 star" Burj al Arab and the service in the St Regis is way better. The room is immaculate, every little detail is perfection, clean, comfortable. The service to offer complimentary coffee in the morning is so good. The lady at the check in she was so amazing, we had 2 bookings under 2 names and she joined them together so I did'nt have to bother to check out/in again. The hotel is so beautiful, the design, everything. One of the best hotels (I have travelled to 50 countries, stay only in top hotels). Location is great, 10 min walk to Orchard shopping, Botanical garden. Smart bell men and concierge and nice butler service

From the moment we stepped into St. Regis Singapore, we were greeted by the most friendly and attentive reception staff, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The butler service truly exceeded our expectations – they were quick to respond to all our requests, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. Breakfast was simply amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. A special mention goes to Sous Chef Kamal Hassan, who not only prepared exquisite dishes but was also incredibly polite and friendly. He took the time to check in with us and made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. Overall, St. Regis Singapore offered top-notch service, luxurious comfort, and exceptional hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

Staff were absolutely brilliant. So kind and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.

I was with my sons (11 and 14) and was told that we couldn’t use the Astor bar because of my sons’ ages (we were waiting around for another family member and all wanted to sit down). The very next evening, there were at least two families in the Astor bar both of whom had small children. Not a big deal but it would have been a nice thing to do with my sons.

the ambience is very comfortable. all the staffs are friendly and helpful. my room is clean and well stocked. in room dining food is good. I really like their butler service and how they will email me to ask for my request for my trip and reply me fast.

the bathing robes and bedsheets are clean and nice but I can see they have been used a lot because of the obvious wear and tear on them. it is a pity they don’t have Netflix channel nor can I link my iPad to their tv. but they do have a lot more cable channels and there’s a speaker that I can link my iPad via Bluetooth.

Room is spacious and beds are comfortable. Room service was a bit slow but at least the food was decent. Breakfast was great. The lady noodle chef was professional : efficient, great memory of each patron's requirements, and even where they sat. Raheen at the entrance was very helpful as always whenever we were waiting for cabs and on our last day boarding our car for airport, helping us with our luggage. Left his departing guests with a fond impression of staff hospitality.

In the room: The arrangement of the sofa and the huge coffee table was a bit awkward and blocking some good space. We had to hide our suitcases behind the sofa/curtains as there was no space. Weird atmosphere in the lobby. Huge but seemed rather empty and had little character.

The staff were so kind and friendly we really appreciated it. The breakfast was lovely. Staff went out of their way to provide advice and so we could enjoy the sights of Singapore eg Joanne, Daniel, Chef Hussain, Jessica and everyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay and also for the very kindly provided birthday cake which was delicious.

We should have stayed longer!

The room and all the facilities were absolutely stunning. The staff are absolutely wonderful and the breakfast is so delightful.
