The hotel was quite and welcoming staff. Each check in and check-out and safe environment except weekends when the night club was very active and loud on the reception area.

Location is not convenient for metro or bus or skyline and there is nothing in surrounding area like restaurant or any facility. The hotel is bit expensive compared to the location.

Room was very clean and modern, spacious and included kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, cups, glasses. Bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were well sound proofed. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful.

A wider range of teas available in the room would be nice. Breakfast was good, but limited mainly Asian style. Often had to wait a while for the lift/elevator.

The staff were very nice . Communication was great big smiles on their faces you feel welcomed the pool is really nice get a nice sky line

I didn’t like the location but they do offer a shuttle bus to the mall but the hotel isn’t very walking friendly

very nicely appointed hotel with good sized, modern rooms. new rooftop bar with great views and plenty of seating.

lobby area is quite small and cramped. location is far from the main shopping areas, approx 15-20 min ride.

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel when we travel to Bangkok! The first stay we had was amazing, and so was this! Weirdly enough we gotten the same exact suite/room we had the last time we stayed here! Overall it was a great stay, and one particular staff Pang was the highlight of the stay. Her friendliness and warm is what represents a great hotel service experience, and Ascott should hire and develop more people like her to fill their ranks!

Could give more bottle during each clean up, and Bangkok is a hot and humid city after all and we could all use more water! Thanks!

Shortlisted this Ascott Embassy Sathorn Bangkok for my 6-night stay in Bangkok based on Google’s and booking.com’s reviews, and we are very glad that the reviews that we took reference from never disappoint us. The price quoted for the Studio Executive by Ascott Embassy Sathorn Bangkok is justifiable and worth it. We would highly recommend this hotel. The free-of-charge one-way airport transfer was provided to us (by Booking.com we believe). One thing to note is that you may face difficulties in securing grab taxis and cars, but you can always approach the concierge for alternatives (they are very friendly and approachable!)

The BIG ROOM! We booked a One Bedroom Premiere, very spacious feels like home. All the things that you may need on a 7 days stay will be there. Washing machine (a must for us we often change clothes because of the hot weather in BKK), fully equipped kitchen! If you want to cook you can. Pool, gym almost everything that i want in a hotel is there. Also, the staffs are very friendly specially the housekeeping staff. Superb cleaning. The location is a little far from the BTS, but they do have a shuttle that can bring you to Silom area until 11pm. Love the hotel! Definitely will be staying here next year at songkran!

Restaurant!!! Mediocre food, even for breakfast. Ordered food, i think its a dimsum platter, yang zhao fried rice and some wanton noodles soup. It was mediocre at best. The dimsum itself is just a frozen dimsum, steamed and priced terribly. Even the breakfast was not that good. Tried it on the last day of our stay. The only good thing there were the staffs. And also the scrambled egg. The rest was meh…

Love having washing machine in the room, helps a lot if you stay long. Staff are extremely helpful. Everything is within reach. Area is nice. Will come back

The hot water system is not good. If one showered (5-10mins) and hot water runs out, the other 1 have to wait 40mins for the water to heat up again, had few arguments due to this :/ not what I expected in a 5 star hotel Sauna only in male toilet and steam room in female toilet. So you only can enjoy one of them depending on your gender. Traffic can be bad if you're ordering grab (that's just Bangkok overall) but motorbike/tuktuk works fine.
