The hotel has many amenities, including game room with ps5, big swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage chairs, etc. it was a lovely stay and all of us enjoyed it. The location was also very nice, not far from major attraction. Definitely use grab, don't bother local taxi/tuk tuks. Even there were big malls within 600 meters walking distances.

The room service wasn't halal, which became an issue. We had to stick to vegetarian items.

Very nice hotel, perfect view, good swimming pool, delicious breakfast with wide range of foods. Big room, including washing mashine and dr yet (they provide also the washing powder daily); free of charge mini bar (non alcoholic drinks and chips). They provide luggage storage and also they provide chance for a shower if your flight is át the evening and you already checked out. Lobby is really beautiful.

Jacuzzi is quite small. Train station is appr 6-8 mins walk, so rather taxi or tuktuk is recommended. Rover side and citiy center is appr 15-20 mins by train.

Stayed in a Grand Suite for 5 nights. The room is a tad dated but massive and well maintained. Room comes with washer/dryer, a working kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with a tub. The room is same as in the pictures. It is located 6 mins away from Ratchadamri Station, 10 mins from CentralWorld, and 15 mins from Siam Paragon. Not much food options in the vicinity of the hotel. But the hotel’s restaurant, Arun, is definitely worth a try. Otherwise, you need to do a bit of walking for meals. Hotel has a gym, pool, steam/sauna rooms, library, games room, and kids play area. Service is exceptional. The hotel concierge was always helpful and happy to help. Good value for money. I would stay again.

Breakfast has a wide selection of food but taste needs improvement.

The facility is amazing and very clean, The concierge and security staff are very helpful and friendly.

The only drawback is the breakfast, there was no much variety and same food every alternate day.

Exceptional hotel! One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Bangkok, the views are immaculate, the staff are amazing and highly accommodating. We requested a change of rooms and they really ensured we liked where we stayed and took care of our needs. Highly recommended for anyone in Bangkok looking to stay near shopping areas! The hotel has a lot of activities too like dart games, chess, massage chairs, gaming activities and much more! It added a lot of fun!

I really wish we had some more continental options for breakfast, although it was good most of it was to do with pork, so it would be nice to have some more variety with chicken or even continental options itself

I stayed in the grand suite on the 43rd floor. A washing machine was included, and the room was absolutely amazing. Truly amazing. This was definitely a five star hotel! 1. the morning buffet was great and filled with lots of options for both an Asian and a western breakfast. There is literally no way you could complain about the breakfast options in this hotel because there’s something for everyone. 2. The room was ultra clean, daily maid service was fantastic, and the grand suite room on the 43rd floor had a wonderful view. The grand suite comes with a washer in the room, which is really helpful to travelers. 3. This hotel was a five minute walk to a local train station so very close to where main transportation was located. It’s also incredibly close to large malls and a high-end shopping district. By no means is this some hotel out in the middle of nowhere. I would say it’s truly in an ideal location. LITERALLY A 5 minute walk to the BTS Skytrain gives you access to anywhere you want to be in Bangkok. You just can’t beat that kind of accessibility. 4. I found all the staff I encountered from those working at the front door, greeting customers, to the front desk, staff, to the restaurant, staff and housekeeping staff to be incredibly gracious and welcoming.

There really wasn’t anything to “dislike.”

The hotel was in a great location. The room we had was really spacious and well equipped.

Room was a bit outdated but maintained well. Having washing machine in the room was very handy and beneficial. Breakfast was good enough, good selection of Asian and Western mix. Gym was good, my son particularly enjoyed the gaming room which was a huge bonus for him. Swimming pool was great with warm water, we enjoyed spending time there. This hotel indeed has very good facilities, which made me rate this place positively. This is not Grand Hyatt which is next door, but has everything you need and it's a pleasant place to stay.

I personally didn't like the area, right next to the busy road. It's a personal preference as I seem to prefer the area by the river where I had less noise and chaos. But in the end you are in Bangkok, the chaos is a part of charm!

The suite was huge. The view, after I changed the room, was fabulous . The bed and light was great. The staff was nice and very helpful

At the time of my stay, one side of the hotel was facing a construction site of a huge tower, right in front of the window. A far cry from a nice view. If you care about the view, ask for a room facing another direction. The Western breakfast is limited. If you like Asian food, there is a huge variety . Cleaning was so so. For example, there were dirty cups and utensils in the suite. As for location- a bit far from stores/restaurants etc... only one restaurant in the facility.
