I liked the hotel’s location, the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff, and the generous availability of water, drinks, and tea, as well as the fast service in everything.

‏What I didn’t like was the poor quality of the toilet paper. The doors need additional soundproofing, as any movement or noise from nearby rooms was very disturbing and kept waking us up. Better sound insulation around the doors is definitely needed. The quality and variety of breakfast items also need improvement. ‏One suggestion is to reconsider the opening hours of the pool seating area, the lobby seating area with tea and coft, and the reading space — closing them early is quite inconvenient.

The hotel has many amenities, including game room with ps5, big swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage chairs, etc. it was a lovely stay and all of us enjoyed it. The location was also very nice, not far from major attraction. Definitely use grab, don't bother local taxi/tuk tuks. Even there were big malls within 600 meters walking distances.

The room service wasn't halal, which became an issue. We had to stick to vegetarian items.

Very nice hotel, perfect view, good swimming pool, delicious breakfast with wide range of foods. Big room, including washing mashine and dr yet (they provide also the washing powder daily); free of charge mini bar (non alcoholic drinks and chips). They provide luggage storage and also they provide chance for a shower if your flight is át the evening and you already checked out. Lobby is really beautiful.

Jacuzzi is quite small. Train station is appr 6-8 mins walk, so rather taxi or tuktuk is recommended. Rover side and citiy center is appr 15-20 mins by train.

Everything was perfect here at this Grand hotel like the name suggests! We absolutely love the facilities and would definitely come back to stay here for our future Bangkok trips! Staff were so warm and welcoming, extremely helpful and kind hearted, service oriented! Room was so big, and we got a free room upgrade to a bigger suite because of the kind receptionist lady! Free refreshments at the Grand lobby is an absolute delight from 7AM-7PM. They even have hot chocolate and the best thai milk tea i have ever tried from that coffee machine! Absolutely in love with the facilities, pool was heated and luxurious with jet sprays, and there was even a quiet room for reading! I was so sad to leave:( Room even had a washing machine with dryer combo where we could do our laundry without worrying where to hang it to dry. Bathtub was an absolute bonus since we love to get Lush bath bombs to enjoy during our holidays! Bed was so comfy, room was like British French colonial style and absolutely grand and expensive! This is definitely a great place to stay! Love it, love the hotel breakfast buffet too it served so many varieties and everyday the food is different! They even had Japanese cuisine, Chinese, French etc, absolutely love!

The only thing there is to pick on would be the location, you would have to walk about 7 mins past Erawan Bangkok temple, and Hyatt to get to Grand Centrepoint, it is not linked to the BTS although you will see the bridge once you walk out towards Erawan, still would come back here though as its basically 10-15 mins walk to Siam if you do not want to take the BTS. I would say nearest BTS is Chidlom.

The wash/dryer. The pool and hot tub. Free snacks and drinks daily. There is a spa by the pool it’s not hot but very powerful jets for sore muscles. Go outside to the left coffee shops there. Workout gym, kids playroom, video game room, lounge with tea, and massage chairs. Reasonable food to order cost was not too much.

The free coffee in lobby was terrible made we nauseous immediately. The beds were not split had to wait on service. Instant coffee in room, would have been nice to have a coffee maker. Bath tub would not get hot took 3 people to get it fixed. Locker rooms has a hot tub that’s very unsafe no railings to get in and out of. Or to get into cold pool. Feel right in!

Stayed in a Grand Suite for 5 nights. The room is a tad dated but massive and well maintained. Room comes with washer/dryer, a working kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with a tub. The room is same as in the pictures. It is located 6 mins away from Ratchadamri Station, 10 mins from CentralWorld, and 15 mins from Siam Paragon. Not much food options in the vicinity of the hotel. But the hotel’s restaurant, Arun, is definitely worth a try. Otherwise, you need to do a bit of walking for meals. Hotel has a gym, pool, steam/sauna rooms, library, games room, and kids play area. Service is exceptional. The hotel concierge was always helpful and happy to help. Good value for money. I would stay again.

Breakfast has a wide selection of food but taste needs improvement.

Superb Location. Centrally located and close the BTS station as well. You can access most of Bangkok really well from here. Nice big and clean rooms. Great view of the golf course from our room as well. Very comfortable bed. Also pool was amazing and the sauna/steam facilities were great. Staff was helpful and responsive and swiftly responded to our requirements.

Need to maintain slightly better cleanliness on floor passages. There were several black and dirt stains on the white floor in the passage to our room which remained unclean for the entire duration of our stay. Need to mop the floors more often. Needs some minor maintenance and upkeep work - nothing major. Also breakfast was a bit limited - but we were vegetarians.

Smooth check-in experience. I had made a special request for one of the mattresses, and it was fulfilled perfectly. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for getting around. The spa stays open until 11 PM, which is a great way to unwind after a long day. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent, and the gym and games area were also a nice addition to the overall experience.

While the majority of the staff were excellent and courteous, a couple of staff members—one at the restaurant and one at the spa—lacked the warmth and hospitality you’d typically expect, especially in a country like Thailand known for its outstanding service. They could benefit from better training in guest interaction. The breakfast was also underwhelming. The actual spread and ambience fell short of what was shown in the promotional photos, which was a bit disappointing. Housekeeping was good, but it seems the hotel may be short-staffed. On some days, rooms were not cleaned until 3 or 4 PM, which affected the overall comfort.

Large spacious room with separate living room, kitchen and work desk, great breakfast selection, excellent gym and facilities, friendly staff and central location

The bedrooms are carpeted and there was a strong smell of mold / damp (like a stale beer smell) which we could only bear by leaving the door to the living room open. We asked to change rooms and they were happy to oblige, however when we went to the second room the smell was immediately noticeable as soon as we opened the door. I strongly advise that management either replace or remove the carpets completely

Great location. Value for money. Room above expectations. Complementary daily snacks and drinks were a real pleasant surprise

Could have benefited from having more restaurants and a bar.
