First thing I would like to mention is Serdar! The front desk service name Serdar is AMAZING! Very helpful and very polite with such a nice smile and attitude during our check in and every time I ask for help. I really appreciate his customer service. He upgraded my room to a better room. He made sure everything was exactly how I requested. I would like to thank Forqan as well. Also, I would like to mention Mr. Baris Satik the restaurant manager he is AWESOME !! His hospitality is amazing. He made our breakfast experience so special and we really appreciate it, will never forget his beautiful smile and his good morals with us and everyone. Excellent breakfast , clean hotel , great staff like Ibrahim was attentive and provided excellent service during the breakfast time. Also Hassan. Highly recommended and thank you for everything!

We lived in Suite and it was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a modern and nice design. The bed was very comfortable, and the balcony offered a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of Turkish and international options. From freshly baked pastries and breads to local cheeses, olives, fresh turkish tea, everything was fresh and high quality. The outdoor seating area was a nice touch, allowing guests to enjoy breakfast with a view. Staff were superb and was quite please with hygine and cleaniness. Executive lounge offered excellent option specially eveninng tea and late evening. Spa and Souna along with Swimming pool (indoor and well as outdoor) was excellent.

Although I am no stranger to the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti, having stayed there during previous trips to Istanbul, I would like to share my recent experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location within a quiet neighborhood, though it is not in downtown Istanbul. For travelers looking to be near the Sultan Ahmet district, this may not be the ideal choice unless you have a car. However, for those seeking tranquility and accessibility, this location works well. Service and Facilities The reception and staff were absolutely magnificent, providing exceptional service that I thoroughly appreciated. Special mention goes to Mr. Engin Arsalan and Ms. Esraa. I was lucky that Mr. Engin handled both my check-in and check-out. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, making my experience seamless and enjoyable. During check-out, I also met Ms. Esraa, who approached me with a warm smile and displayed exceptional courtesy. Her attentiveness and professionalism were commendable. The rest of the reception team also deserves recognition for their outstanding hospitality. The hotel’s facilities are excellent and add to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to others for its quality of service and amenities. Lounge Experience One of the highlights of my previous stays has been the lounge access. I always ensure my reservation includes lounge privileges. Previously, I enjoyed the spacious business lounge on the 34th floor, particularly the 6-8 PM mini buffet, which was a standout feature for me. However, on this trip, I was given access to the executive lounge instead. While the executive lounge was cozy, it was noticeably smaller, and the 6-8 PM mini buffet did not meet the standard set by my earlier experiences. It was less impressive, which was a bit disappointing. Room and Room Service While the room was comfortable, there were a couple of minor issues.

The Taksim Suite was fabulous. Very spacious and beautifully presented room. The bonus exclusive lounge access with the room was absolutely worth it. The kids loved going up there for something new to snack on everyday and the adults loved the food and the inclusive alcohol drinks as well. Highly recommend 💯

Location is a bit far from the main areas like Taksim square so you will need a taxi everyday to get to there because it is quite a hill to walk by foot to this hotel. However there is some lovely restaurants around this hotel as well by foot and local grocery and pharmacies etc.

The property is beautiful. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We had a suite for four of us and it was a good size and well appointed. We made good use of the outdoor pool and enjoyed our time listening to music and lounging. It was a lot of fun with a chilled vibe. We had an executive room that gave us access to the lounge. All day soft drinks, tea and coffee. And happy hour from 5-7pm with food and alcoholic beverages. A really lovely experience. Great staff, where nothing was too much trouble and superb views of sunset over the City.

We like to wander and there wasn’t a great deal on the four step. There is a flea market at the weekend, a two minute walk away but not much else. I understand that it is not too far from public transport though.

Good location there is metro station nearby. The breakfast is amazing, there is variety which can satisfy everyone's taste. The food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner is tasty and delicious. The room is big. There are a plenty of elevators and you don't need to wait for long. Security checks for cars and people, so you can feel safe. The room and all other places in the hotel were very clean. Towels are changed every day.

Some of the staff members ask to give them review in Google even if you meet them for less than a couple of minutes. The cleaning ladies didn't stock the room in the same way every day. We received the full list of items ( e.g. dental kit, shaving kit, mouthwash , full set of towels) on the last day of our stay. In one of the days we were left without bath towels and we had to call reception.

Great breakfast selection Friendly, helpful staff Nice neighborhood with lots of dining options within 15 minutes walk. You also reach the metro station in 15 minutes. There is a taxi station across the street. Luxurious hotel, and overall affordable for this level of luxury.

The wifi was payable, although the charge was not much and there was a slower free version available. It doesn't add much to the bill, but the psychological effect is unpleasant. I of course understand everything has a cost including internet, but it is now standard to include it in the room price, not just in 5 star hotels but much more basic ones too. More significantly, we were surprised to find they charge money to use the outdoor pool. The charge was not insignificant and we didn't go there again as a result. This was disappointing because the pool was actually one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

Our stay in the hotel was amazing. I got a call from the hotel reservation team one day prior to our arrival and they asked on our preferences during our stay. I requested top floor. During check in time Baris, Gokce and Kenza were very friendly. They upgraded our second room for free and put it on the same floor that help us to have a better communication with our kids. Berfin and Kenza were very helpful with their sincere intention to assist us in every issue.

Though the hotel location is very good, it’s still a bit far from bus or metro station. You have to walk 15-20 min

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Istanbul Bomonti very much! We were impressed by the interior design and the whole atmosphere, it’s charming and glamorous. All people who work there really love their job and always ready to help. Thank you Mr. Recep Akalan and his team at the reception, Mr. Mehmet and Ms.Zelal. They upgraded our room and gave us welcome drink coupons. It was a nice surprise, indeed! The room was very comfortable, with the greatest view at the city, and clean. We appreciate the work of Ms. Nurcan and Ms.Tuğçe who maintained cleanliness and cosiness in our room. The bed and the pillows were comfy as well. We also loved the breakfast at the restaurant “The globe”, it was delicious! There was great variety of food and drinks. Thank you Mr. Volkan for his help and good service. The spa and the gym are well equipped and clean. The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood near the old beer factory Bomonti, now there is an Art space where you can visit different exhibitions. You can also go to a beautiful park or just walk around to enjoy shopping and pretty surroundings.

The quality of service and the location are amazing. Special thanks to Fatih the manger of the main restaurant at dinner time, all service & kitchen team specially during the breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Big thanks to the concierge team ( Osman/Hakan/Ozkan ) simply they made my trip more enjoyable, they were super helpful by supporting me with the best information and guidance about the best places to visit in Istanbul. Soecial thanks to Kenza and Gelil from the front desk team, they were super nice and very helpful.
