Buffet breakfast is included in the room charge. A wide variety of food is provided including Western, Chinese and Vietnamese. The location is excellent especially for first time visitors to HCMC. The bus terminal is nearby and there is a local bus stop just 20 m from the hotel. Airport buses and intercity coaches also stop outside the hotel. The hotel is behind the Bui Vien Walking Street.

Cigarette smoke got into my room through the bathroom exhaust vent despite that I had been promised a non-smoking room. The staff was very helpful and upgraded my room the next morning to an executive room which is much bigger with city and park views.

Location was perfect. Walking distance ( this is relative as 1 km I still consider walking distance ) to Ben Thanh market, Saigon Square ( I recommend shopping in Saigon Square over Ben Thanh as it is air conditioned and the shops offer better prices ) and the Church if you are Catholic. A lot of restaurants also around the area. Breakfast was good. Had the Pho every morning as it was really good. Bfast was also varied as it had western and Vietnamese dishes. Lobby staff services was excellent. Reception staff always helpful on any help you may need. Special mention to Mr Tam who assists guests at the lobby area. Mr Tam even helped us cross the street as you may know how scary it can be to cross with too many scooters in the streets.

Centrally located, right in front of the park! Big room, super comfortable bed. Breakfast is really delicious (it's actually like lunch)! The hotel is clean and cozy, I enjoyed staying there!

I personally asked for a room with a balcony, which faces the park and the street. It's a busy street! So I don't mind sleeping with earplugs... Maybe the noise from outside will bother others. But the view from there is beautiful!

Booked a Deluxe Suite with balcony and city views. Room 508 was huge with separate lounge room. Location was great, across from Saigon Central Park and a short walk to Bui Vien Walking Street, that is an experience not to be missed. Central Markets also a short walk, underground and air conditioning, a new food court has opened and looks to be expanded. The included breakfast has plenty of selections.

The carpet in our lounge room needs replacing, being in a bus route it could get a bit noisy but with doors closed it was muted. The shower was over a very large and deep corner bath

Overall the location is what is best about this hotel and the main reason I chose it. It's in District 1 which is the most popular area to stay as a foreigner. It's also literally around the corner from Bui Vien Street which is THE main nightlife street in the city - it's a wild ride and quite a spectacle. However, the hotel is close, but yet far enough away from the street. The hotel facilities overall are just 'ok' - nothing fancy here. The rooms, bathroom, showers are all very basic. But you're not booking this hotel for anything fancy - it's still very clean and comfortable and in the best location I feel. Plus it's a great value for your money. The staff speaks enough English to understand you, but not too much. But this is typical in most of Vietnam. Also, I requested a quiet room and the hotel catered to that, which I appreciated. There's also a cool park directly across the street.

Exceptionally clean. Friendly staff. Location is near walking street with lots of food venues and massages and convenience store right outside your door, but looks out over park. Location was perfect. Room was nicely fitted out with small (standing room only ) balcony. Huge selection for buffet breakfast. Reasonable coffee available on site. Shower hot and lovely crisp sheets Cannot fault this gem of a hotel especially for the price.

My friends, sister, and I stayed here, and it was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right in District 1, with super clean and spacious rooms. The staff were incredibly accommodating—some of the best I’ve experienced. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the DIY pho and banh mi. If you want an affordable, prime location with great service, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time!

Quiet hotel in District 1 with Close proximity to everything you’d need. 7/11, massages, pubs/bars, MacDonald, hungry Jacks: Coffee shop down stairs. Great indoor, semi air conditioned market with better quality items than Ben Thanh markets just 5min walk. Night life 1 street back with live music.

Rooms were big but very outdated, needs a refresh! Small bathroom, with bath/shower. Breakfast was disappointing, chose not to eat there again.

It was in the heart of Ho Chi Minh District 1. Lots of walkable areas for shopping and food. The room was ample, clean and comfortable. The staff was amazingly accommodating specially the bell hops. Breakfast was good but menu was the same for the two consecutive breakfasts we had but nevertheless we had options. we will definitely come back and stay here.

Nothing that stands out but I’d rather have a standing shower than a bathtub but it wasn’t a big deal for me

Fantastic location in Saigon. Close to heaps of restaurants and bars. Breakfast was great - lots of variety. Having the ATM in the foyer was excellent for safety of taking out cash. Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and cleaning was impeccable.

Tissues in the room would be useful. The floor outside the restaurant on Floor 1 was always sticky.
