Spacious and beautiful room, very nice bathroom. Beautiful building, probably a renovated farmhouse. Very good atmosphere. Breakfast was also wonderful. I read in the comments that there wasn't much choice, but we didn't find that (a selection of salami, cheese, butter, jam, pancakes, fruit and baked eggs or scrambled eggs were prepared on request). Very nice. But you really need a car to get there.

It's silly, but it really annoyed me: there's a sensor light installed in the bathroom/toilet that switched off too quickly. It's a small thing, but if I have to find something I didn't like... :)

wonderful countryside location on the edge of Bayeux; remote but close to shops, restaurants, fuel etc. Very peaceful. Good parking, a large area and as the accommodation is at the end of a long drive it should be secure (should have a motorcycle). The rooms were well presented; the beds comfortable, fresh linen and a well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was very good, a wide choice, good quality and with freshly cooked eggs. We were looked after very well.

Having an evening meal as an option would have made this location perfect, but it was known in advance that this wasn't an option so we took our meal in Bayeux. Otherwise nothing detracted from an enjoyable experience.

The room was very quiet and comfortable. The room was suitable for disabled guests with wet room.on the ground floor and car parking just outside. Breakfast was fresh with good choices I always find that decaffeinated coffee is missing from the drink choices but I take my own now. Location was a short drive into bayeux but there is plenty of free parking on the edge of town. 10 min drive.

The pillows alot of places we stay in use square pillows so I have started to bring my own. Not easy for people with no transport. The bed was very comfortable though. Lack of decaff coffee.

Lovely place and very friendly staff. It's a lovely old farmhouse style building in beautiful countryside. The room was well proportioned and had been refurbished recently. The bathroom was lovely and the views great. The breakfast was simple but good. Ultimately this is a really good value beautiful place - would definitely stay again.

There is no proper reception area nor signs to find it. The look of the place needs some bringing together...the rooms are nice, but the entrance to them is nondescript and doesn't match the look of the lovely courtyard or the rooms themselves. The breakfast room (which I suspect is used for the weddings) is a large cavernous room that could do with a little more decor. No fridge in the rooms is not great when staying during 30 degree weather. Also the only bin in the room was a tiny bathroom bin that couldnt even fit a small plastic water bottle.

Location was few km out of bayeux, we traveled by bike which was doable. The greatest of our stay, is that we really needed a room a few days later (we went on a round trip from bayeux by bike) and they offered us a to park our car there for the entire trip. Likewise, they also offered us one of their rooms when they were fully booked with a wedding on their beautiful domain. We got a room in their other part of the domain; I think among their own quarters (which was great because we were exhausted). They gave us a nice quick breakfast for on the road. I would really recommend these guys. Lovely couple, working really hard to achieve the 'a good year' dream. Breakfast was great btw with a bunch of homemade and local stuff.

first night we had the (i think) last leftover room, which was fine but a bit bare. Next time i would just pay a few bucks more and take a nicer room ;)

Location was excellent and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Bed was very comfy

From Booking . Com description we expected tea making facilities in our room but one kettle was outside in the corridor and shared with up to six other couples. Insufficient cups left and no milk unless asked for. No apparent way of finding the owners after seven. No air conditioning so rather hot rooms

Great location outside of Bayeux, easy commute to city center, quiet country side setting on a working farm. Very clean, modern, good beds, very nice beds and shower, great parking at our room front, ground floor, traditional French breakfast every morning. Our Hosts - Solenne and Theophile were the best..! Very helpful with directions, local information, restaurants and tourist tips. Would recommend this BnB to any one staying in the Bayeux area. On our return to Normandy, we will ABSOLUTELY rebook at Domaine Du Grand Caugy…!

Just wish we had stayed longer….!

Located in the very quiet Saint Vigor Le Grand, not far from Bayeux. We had a nice light room with views of the French countryside. The proprietors were both very nice, friendly and helpful, providing lots of info about places to visit, restaurants, etc. They also provided a great breakfast with fresh made pancakes (made to order), cured meats, fresh bread and cakes... All yummy! We were very happy with out stay and felt very lucky to find such quiet and nice place.

If I have to find something to say here, we couldn't get an Uber to take us to Bayeux for dinner as we didn't fancy driving in the evening. There is no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, only one kettle on the corridor and there weren't enough clean cups. (Maybe the housekeeping was a little relaxed that day)

Breakfast was great. Rooms were large with a modern look and feel. Plenty of parking. Downtown Bayeux is only 11 minutes. Bayeux is a great central location to explore the WWII sites and Museums. We had a car so this place made everything ideal - modern, large, and free parking. The place has rental space for weddings so the breakfast room is very spacious and plenty of free parking.

Good location for us. Absolutely lovely property, very modern and clean. Great breakfast, lovely hosts. A wedding venue and very picturesque. We chose the property as we were visiting the Normandy Beach Sites the following day. The town of Bayeux is well worth a visit.

Needed shelf or similar above the bath as nowhere to put your soap. Shower was lovely ‘wet room’ type, but the non-shower floor tiles then became very slippery, and again nowhere to put your soap except the windowsill.
