We loved the room, spacious and everything we needed there. The shower was amazing and so refreshing. We enjoyed snuggling up for an evening watching our favourite shows on Netflix or Prime or even disney. Which is a plus when normally they are not offered. Lovely staff are very pleasant. Spoke English, too. We visited the restaurant on the first evening, which was lovely as the menu was French and English. The food was lovely. We visited again for breakfast and enjoyed a small cooked breakfast with croissants and everything too. With varied juices and coffee. A very good hotel to stay in. Highly recommended. Didn't get chance go into the spa unfortunately.

Bed was quite uncomfortable than what we were used too.

We stayed here several times before lock down and the improvements they have made since then have enhanced this hotel even more A lovely friendly welcome from the two ladies in reception, lots of easy parking, the new terrace bar is an absolute bonus and we enjoyed drinks and a very nice charcuterie planche for a late lunch. We didn't have time to use the pool but will do next time, the room was comfortable, newly renovated and spotlessly clean and included a useful mini fridge, hospitality tray and toiletries in the bathroom. We had a tasty meal in the attached restaurant but feel there is still room for improvement, although staff were very friendly, service was efficient and food was OK It's also an easy 5-10 minute drive from Eurotunnel

The restaurant that is attached to the hotel is still a bit like eating in a school canteen Portions were huge and it was all a bit overwhelming and rushed

Location in beautiful rural countryside; Facilities including swimming pool, (excellent) steam room and sauna were very good with informal outside bar on the premises. The hotel is spotlessly clean with a good sized room and excellent shower. The restaurant which forms part of the hotel was good and meant there was no need to drive to find somewhere to eat on an overnight stay. Lovely , simple breakfast. Very helpful, friendly efficient staff.

The staff are lovely and welcoming, also very keen to see the guests settled in. The location is perfect, 10 mins from the Eurotunnel but outside of Calais in a lovely village. The Spa facilities were great. Breakfast looked very nice but unfortunately I had an early check-out. Next time I will try breakfast.

The steam room was out of order, the jacuzzi temperature was a little too cold. The rooms are nice but quite small and the lack of air conditioning was slightly disappointing given the pricing along with the Spa closing quite early at 8pm. I was a little disappointed booking.com offered the same room for £21 less if I’d booked on the day… But otherwise, everything was great.

Loved the location and the wellness area! The staff was very kind, but not all could speak English - still, it was easy to communicate with them. Breakfast was standard for this type of restaurant, we especially liked the crepes :)

Bit better knowledge of English by the staff would be good, but maybe they don't get many international guests.

It was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. We wished we stayed longer so we could’ve explored the area and sea more. Staff are friendly and can speak English. The restaurant that it’s paired with was delicious. The outside bar showed beautiful views of the area.

We wished the outside bar stayed opened a little longer, it closes around 8pm. But other than that everything was perfect.

The staff were very welcoming, the outside of the hotel was very pretty with all the flowers. The swimming pool area was very smart and clean. The room was recently decorated and the bathroom was very roomy. The fridge in the room was very useful.

The bedroom was very small and although there were 2 chairs there wasn't sufficient floor space to sit on them. The Restaurant had quite a limited menu if you were allergic to shellfish.

The pool and the spa zone were quite nice as well as the distance to the beach.

The property was nice, but we stayed in the older part of the property that is right above the restaurant so we had the room and hallway smelling like food, mainly fish. Apart from that, everything else was okay

The pool/spa facilities are beautiful and well-kept. We enjoyed the outdoor lounge areas too. The staff is exceptionally friendly and kind.

The bathroom had a very large window in it (toilet level) with no privacy shade. (It's embarrassing to have to do your business within full view of passersby.) Rooms are cramped and the walls are paper-thin. You will hear doors opening/closing, footsteps, voices, TVs, etc.
