Beach front location in the most beautiful of surroundings. It had a pizza bar next door if you want a beautiful pizza and along the beach there was multiple bars and restaurants. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

I personally didn’t have any complaints with the property , if I was pushed I would say they have limited parking spaces, however you had free parking on street outside between 8pm and 8am and you also had a 3 hour period in the other 12 hours to park for free , you just put note with time on windscreen.

You get very good value for your money. The location is excellent either by car or by train. Breakfast is modest, but there are cafés and breakfast places in the proximity, if you should opt to book without. There is even a pizza street food vendor and a restaurant next door, so you won't go hungry, for sure!

Unfortunately, there is pay parking in front of the hotel, that we had not been aware of, so we received a ticket :-(

The best Ibis budget hotel ! The location, the view, room, balcony, bathroom,breakfast, price, parking - everything Top. We had some problem with the room' lock, but Jenis is an incredible person, very professional , kind and he had a solution for everything. So everything was fixed very fast. Thank you so much Jenis!! Definitely we will come back again .!

Everything was as expected, rooms were small but comfy, cleaning was good. The bathroom was decent sized. The location is really good, we had a room facing the marina with a small balcony (very nice view). It was in front of the road, a little noisy, but it didn't bother me. Another room was in the back side, much quieter but no view.

It was all good.

The reception staff was really friendly and spoke Portuguese. The room was nice and way more spacious than the budget in Cannes. The bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated.

The parking is very crammed. I struggled to park a compact SUV. Taking many many back and forwards to do so. The hotel does warn clients about this. A bit far from the center of Menton but just a 20 min stroll down the promenade. There's no bus after 8.30 pm.

Exceptional sea view from the terrace. The location is very good - 1 min from the train station. Check in is easy from the machine at the entrance. The stuff were helpful and provided everything needed.

I can understand that in France breakfast is sweet but I think it should be a little bit adjusted to foreign guests. I would have been more than happy if there were at least some eggs for the breakfast.

The location was fantastic only a 5 min walk from the centre of Menton (10-15 min at a slow stroll) and less than 5 min walk from Menton Garavan station. Staff were super helpful and the self check in was a breeze. View from my room and the balcony was great and there was a good breakfast included in the price

The rooms were quite small, I had a triple room just for one person which was fine as it was just me but I’d have been very cramped if I was travelling with 2 other people.

Because I have booked the room with sea view every thing was perfect for me 😀

Yes, the rooms are very small and you don’t have place where to put your luggage 🧳 and if you can’t find a hair dryer just ask at reception desk but who cares when I got 🌊 view terrace 👀

I loved the ease of self check in that was outside of reception hours. Just made everything so easy. The breakfast was great with a good selection. Staff were extremely helpful and the views were fabulous

I would have liked a mini fridge but that’s about it

The only thing that was annoying was throughout the night there was a flushing sound in the toilet but if you just close the door it's fine.
