1. The location is perfect. Next to the beach and a few minutes walk to the city center. 2. The lobby is very cozy and cool with a bar where you can get water and so on. 3. The staff extremely nice. They are very helpful. The manger is all the time there controlling the quality. 4. The room was very clean and spacious with very good AC. 5. Parking is a bliss. 6. The breakfast was very thorough and definitely worth the price. Also very good quality cheese, Salami, egg, Croissant, pancakes, fruits, juice, etc. 7. There is a kettle with tea and instant coffee. Definitely one of our best stays.

1. The internet was fast enough but I had to reconnect frequently, which was no Problem. 2. The water bottles are not included in the room. Which was also no problem as it was available at the bar all the time.

Seafront location perfect. Airy, open plan Italian-style lobby/breakfast room and welcoming mood. Service friendly and helpful. Bedroom small but pleasant with comfortable bed, plus good, contemporary bathroom and nice towels. Do book a room with a view.

Although the coffee was good, the breakfast was very basic and "plastified" with cheese etc in individual plastic packets and uninspiring croissants and really basic yoghurts. Improve breakfast and add a few Italian touches as it's an Italian-owned hotel. Otherwise, a good experience and very good value for Menton.

Location was excellent for proximity to the railway station Menton Garavan. It was a short walk into the old town of Menton and once the works are completed on the foreshore it will increase the attractiveness of the hotel and location.

The breakfast was quite basic and there was no fresh fruit although it stated there should have been. The view from the room was out of the back looking inland and mainly of the building behind with a small glimpse of the hillside. However we did have a patio area if we had wanted to sit outside but the view wasn’t really conducive to that.

The location is great, a lovely sea view (even though the beach area in front is having some construction work done) and a short walk to the town centre. We found free on street parking very close to the hotel which was very convenient. We were warmly met by Francesco at reception who was super nice and helpful during our stay. The room was clean and well equipped. I liked the vintage pieces in the reception area. The price was fair.

The breakfast was adequate but could offer a little more choice, something warm perhaps. It was a quiet morning so maybe in the peak season there is more on offer.

Super wonderful staff who kindly switched the date of our stay last minute when we realized we had messed up the date. Both the receptionists were very kind and helped us with our kids' needs. Hotel rooms was nice for 4 person. Good location right on the main road leading into Menton. From hotel had a great walk to see the town.

Lack of working AC, it was very hot in the room.

I loved the property at Menton. Quiet, spacious, clean, these words described the hotel. I also liked the fact that in the morning it was dark inside the room so no light to disturb sleeping. The staff were polite and kind. The hotel is just next to the beach, it’s very convenient.

Great location although the double glazed windows to the balcony were essential as it is the busy road into town though the view made up for it. A spacious and modern room with excellent ensuite shower and plenty of storage. A simple continental breakfast was well presented and in a lovely open space.

Good location, close to the beach and a supermarket. Spacious and clean room. Polite and helpful stuff. Despite some problems they were resolved by the personnel and we got a good discount for that.

Small private parking, but if you reserve a lot there it should be OK. Shower drain in our room was clogged. A/C didn't work for a couple of days. We had to ask for the assistance twice before the problem was resolved. Some people at the reception don't speak English.

We enjoyed very friendly welcome. Location guarantees great balcony views. Junior suit was of great size, light colors. Bed was firm and had double pillows. Bathroom had also access to balcony and hence also natural light. Window blindes made sleeping great. Beach is 2 minutes away and U express shop 3 minutes distance. Old town is at walking distance, Botanical garden around the corner! We recommend old town restaurant Tony.

Some fresh salad at the breakfast would light up whole selection.
