Many thanks to Univac team, the are very helpful and careful, every day make a program during the day and also in the evening, thank to the staff of restaurant for tasty early breakfast on the day of departure and lunch package on the same day, rooms are simple but clean, with new floors and new bathrooms, on the room there is the safe and mini frigo (mini fridge), the hotel is old fashioned in belle epoche style, in front of the sea, full board is amazing, breakfast buffet and served lunch and dinner, without choice but delicious, every day amazing cheese, water and wine included, super! Bus stop in front of the hotel, direct buses to the beaches (cca 800 m) and city center of Menton (cca 1,5 km), train station Menton Garavan about 300 m with direct connection to the Nice Airport and other cities (Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Grasse). Thank you very very much for a nice stay! :-)

The location of this hotel is excellent. It’s 2 hotels away from the train station which can take you either to Monaco one way or Italy the other for not a lot of money. The host was lovely and explained everything very well. Breakfast was usual continental but you could ask for omelette if you wanted. The only downside was the air con but we had the balcony doors open with the outside slatted doors shut which let a lot of cool air in during the night. The walk from Menton city centre is around 20-30 minutes depending on how you walk but it’s a lovely walk along the front, or you could train it back to the hotel. The bed was extremely comfy. There was good parking (in the shade) for the car. We would definitely go back to this hotel

Positive about the hotel : the location, the parking which is spacious, the kind staff and the fact that there were washing machines to use :-)

- Breakfast : the plates are veryyy very small so that you have to go back several times to put your food on the table and the choice was not very big, no vegetables, no pancakes… - Rooms were not well cleaned

My family, my partner and I had a lovely week's holiday at El Paradiso. The hotel is about a 20min walk away from the old town, which is nice along the promenade. The breakfast was lovely. The building and entrance hall have the charm of an old French grand hotel with was lovely. A quiet pebbly beach was just 5min away, which was much more pleasant than the overcrowded main beaches of Menton. Parking was free, which is great. The staff are the best about this hotel. Patrick and his mate are so lovely and helpful. We loved sitting on the terrace in the evening enjoing their handcrafted cocktails and a cold beer. Much fun was had. Thank you :)

The breakfast service could have gone on for a little longer. But at least it forced us up in the mornings ;)

This hotel was a fantastic place to stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The included breakfasts were tasty and had a good selection. Bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom clean.

The only slight negative was that it was about a 15/20 minute walk from the hotel to the beach and shops. But it wasn’t a problem and I would rather stay in a lovely hotel and have a bit of a walk to the beach.

Very clean and comfy rooms with modern bathroom and marvelous view. Hotel itself has own historic charm! Breakfast was rather modest, but enough to have morning coffee with snack. Hotel administration was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is situated in the quiet corner of the city, but early morning motocyclistes were still annoying.

Wi-Fi was free. Breakfast was great. General Manager and Vincenzo were great. Nice view from room. When hot, the A/C worked better than most! Short 5-8 minute walk along Mediterranean to downtown shopping/eating area. Beds were comfortable. Older building, but nicely remodeled and functional. Free parking.

The bathtub was narrow and high, so difficult to step up and over into. The hand showed was missing the wall holder so made it difficult to take shower. Refrigerator was nice to have, but was so small could only old a few cans. Parking spaces were very tight.

Hotel is a little bit older but well maintained. It is located at promenada and you can easily reach s beach by foot or bycicle. It is very clean hotel.

Breakfast is very modest and no hot meals available. Towels are changed every 3rd day.

Very nice old fashioned style hotel in a very good location just outside Menton. Private parking place free in front of hotel, a must for Menton city and Côte d' Azure in general....al

Very small refrigerator (20cm X 25cm), like a toy, you cannot fit a 1.5lt bottle of water. Breakfast's internal hall, should have air-condition during hot summer days. Breakfast should have a better variety of cheeses in the land of cheeses (France).

Staff was super friendly and helpful, no question was too much for them. Breakfast was more than okay!

The location is a bit far out of the center and with the current heat (beginning of August) walking to places will be quite an obstacle
