The staff is very friendly and helpful (especially the young guy at the reception from Algeria). The towel dryer that was constantly working created a wonderful vibe of coziness and warmth. Every day cleaning and new white towels. Lovely cosmetics with light aroma. The window with sashes is one love. The room was small, but it was nice to spend time in the lounge downstairs, cozy and homely + it was convenient to have breakfast there €16, for a child €8. There are very few minuses. Some little things in the interior - like the lack of a lampshade on the lamp in the bathroom, no overhead light and a bit dark in the evenings. Also, there are no shelves in the wardrobe and all clothes had to be stored in a suitcase for all 4 nights.

The room was good, clean, comfortable close to the metro station, lots of stuff around and close to Carrefour which was very handy Staff were very nice and friendly and helpful.

The room has not enough power outlets in order to charge phone, you have to put off the lamp in order to charge the phone. Fridge in the other room was not working.

The room was very generously sized and well planned. The bed comfortable without being neither hard nor soft. Although we were facing the street, the city noises were kept at a normal level. The hotel personnel was always very helpful and polite. The neighborhood was a real Parisian neighborhood, near the metro, with lots of shops to buy cheeses, cold cuts, wine, fruit and veg, but also lots of eateries and bread and pastry shops. You needed only to step out of the door to immerse yourself in Parisian life.

I loved the little conservatory where we could have breakfast, a cup of coffe or quietly hang out. At breakfast the pastries and danish were excellent, but I did miss a larger selection of cold cuts and cheeses to go along with the scrambled eggs and the large selection of yoghurts.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and most helpful. The hotel location is very accessible to metros, walk to city center and plenty of options for food within a 5-10minute walk.

The room we got was a little small. The walls/door to the room were very thin and you could hear any/all movement in the neighbouring rooms.

The room was big enough, very clean and it had a modern, functional bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, so that after a long day in Paris you immidiately felt into a restful sleep. I think, the price is very fair regarding the average prices in Paris. We chose the hotel, cause it is located near the Gare Montparnasse, from where we could continue our journey without stress. On the top, the Montparnasse neighborhoods offer you the vivid, "normal" Paris a little offside from the touristic, expensive centre. So you should try it!

The property is very clean, easy to access, 24/7 reception desk. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

It was interestingly weird (wouldn’t say specifically bad), but there were no sealing lights :) we staid for night sleep only so it was not a problem, but the room was quite dark otherwise.

Excellent staff- helpful and available 24 hours. Great breakfast for extra cost but value for money. Our room was small but we expected that and was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great housekeeping great towels and we were provided all the amenities we need. Great location close to Trainline. Great stay thank you

I stayed with my family for a single night. I found everything (room, bathroom, beds, decor) in good shape and order. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is equipped with everything you need. The hotel is less than 2mins walk to the metro station and a lot of groceries, eateries, and shopping options are available nearby. I would like to book it again if when I'll visit Paris again.

Unfortunately, I could not get a parking reservation in advance because I booked the hotel just one night before so I couldn't get a reservation confirmation. There are very limited places available at the hotel. So book in advance. Paris is too congested and finding a parking place is the most difficult thing to do in Paris.

Very good location. Near Le Métro, 2 mns walk. Good restaurants nearby. Boulangerie etc. Near La gaité quarter. Clean rooms. Lovely staff. Nice choice for breakfast. Lovely stylish small lobby.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

Very good position near to metro 13. Adapt to people who are used to walking and moving with public transport.

Unfortunately during our stay the air conditioner was out of order and il was a bit hot in the night even if the hotel provided us with a fan. Suggested to bring with you a hair dryer if you have long air because the one of the hotel is not so powerful.
