Breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety at a reasonable price, including eggs, croissants, pancakes, crepes, cold cuts, and both hot and cold drinks. Each room is equipped with a Nespresso machine. Although the rooms are small, the hotel efficiently maximizes space, making them feel cozy rather than cramped.

The elevator was slow and could only accommodate three people at a time, and the spiral staircase wasn't ideal. One room had a slightly shaky toilet seat. My youngest son slept at a 90-degree angle, which was challenging for my eldest, but this isn’t something the hotel can address :(

Location excellent as metro was across the road and also supermarket across the road too. Staff extremely helpful Breakfast was excellent a good selection and the breakfast chef he was very good, happy and kind. Beds very relaxing and comfortable. Hotel was peaceful and it was good to get fresh air as the windows opened. Shower was excellent very neat and clean. It has a nice mini fridge. Location was good as it to 30 minutes by train to get to Eiffel Tower. Each room had a separate tv . 1 room had a wash basin and shower unit the other room had a wash basin and toilet

Once the sofa bed is pulled out there limited space to walk in the room.we had 1 room with a double bed and it had a wardrobe the other room beside it had the pullout sofa bed, it would have helped in that room if they put some shelves as we 4 had to share wardrobe in other room

The location of the hotel is simply excellent! There is a metrostop across the streets and in the street there are many shops and places to have breakfast or dinner. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the airconditioning and they had it fixed the very next day. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.

The wifi of the hotel is still not the best (at least on the top floor). I had to use the connection of my phone and that should not be necessary.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. I appreciated the efficiency of the check-in process, which was quick and hassle-free. My room was clean, well-maintained, and furnished with comfortable amenities. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of sightseeing. However, I must mention that the bathroom, while newly built, was a bit compact. It would have been more comfortable if it were slightly more spacious. Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience at Best Western Nouvel Orléans Montparnasse was enjoyable. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a decent selection of items to start the day off right. In conclusion, if you're looking for a comfortable stay with an excellent location in Paris, Best Western Nouvel Orléans Montparnasse is a solid choice. With its convenient access to transportation, friendly staff, and pleasant accommodations, it provides a great base for exploring the city.

The limited space made it feel slightly cramped, especially in the bathroom area.

Cleanliness and room size are GOOD. Daily fresh towels and room maids work is exceptional. Karen at front desk is great help and asset to hotel as staff. Good sized bath room.

Costly when included VAT and city taxes. Not enough hot in hot water. It is alternatively cold and mild warm water. Not happy at all. Refrigerator did not work at all. Front desk staff did not help to fix it. We stayed 6 days and 5 nights and it affected our plans.

Location - Mouton Duvernet metro station across the road, near plenty of shops, patisseries and restaurants in nice, safe neighbourhood Good wifi

Hairdryer would not work properly. It would just stop working and then start working again. I asked for a replacement and was told there were no spares. Family room small especially when sofa bed it out but all hotel rooms in Paris are small

The location was just about right, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was nice for the price. I was glad to get to experience a little bit of what local Parisians do in this area like going to stores after work, eating/drinking with friends and family at local restaurants. I also liked the fact the neighborhood has a good mixture of tourists and local people. I also enjoyed the updated shower and bathroom. The water was strong and nice for showers. We enjoyed light shows of the Eiffel Tower from our cozy balcony!

The room was a bit tiny for two people. I understand this is Paris.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are very helpful as they recommended food and places to visit nearby. We ran into some problem with our transport pass, and Alex provided good advice on possible resolution. Very much appreciate his helpfulness. The hotel is located near many eateries and shops. It is also near to 2 metro stations. However, the one across the hotel is sometimes closed due to maintenance.

The shower area does not have shower screen, and hence, for standing shower, the water will splash all over the floor and wet the toilet.

It was in the 14th Arrondissement which had a lot of history, super close to three subway stations and on a good line to get to change lines for other parts of the city. It was a little further, but we were up for the walks and learning the subway. Cabbed often too. Lots of places around for coffee, meals etc. The room was clean, nicely appointed and quite spacious for the three of us. Shower had hot water with excellent pressure, as did sink. Gracious staff that were all very attentive and spoke English when we struggled with our French, which was often!

Perhaps just that it was in a slightly further district so budgeting for the commute and really planning was key to our trip.

Good location, across the street you’ll find the metro. Catacombes is walking distance from the hotel. Good rooms, nice breakfast and wonderful, friendly staff.
