The hotel is located in a very cute neighbourhood. And although Pernety metro was closed at the time of my stay (August), Plaisance, the next stop is just a short walk and 4 boulangerie's away (yes 4!!). Lots of cute bistro's, local grocery stores, a big Monoprx and many independent boutiques near by. Also, an amazing Senegalese restaurant named Lokita a door away. The staff were very nice, friendly and informative and accommodated all my needs. I have severe dust allergies which trigger my asthma and I had notified them of this ahead of my stay. They deep cleaned my room and ensured that every trace of dust was eradicated and my allergies were not triggered. I am also very Covid cautious and the room was very well cleaned plus they gave me a lovely balcony room for fresh air flow. The bed was very comfy and the shower was strong.

What I found was more inconvenient more than anything else, was the erm clothes hanging solution? If I can call it that. Instead of a wardrobe a hanging installation of circles is provided (in my room at least) for the hanging of clothes. It looks very cool but I was staying for 5 nights and it was just impractical. In the space of the hanging circles thing, a rail could have been put instead. It was ok, I made it work by double and triple hanging my clothes, but I would have preferred a rail or wardrobe.

Superb location easy to get everywhere. The rooms were a decent size and I had a beautiful room on 5th floor. Free water available to refill my bottle everyday and even a cosy outdoor space to sit and unwind. The bed was very comfortable and I could sleep with an open window. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I even could store my luggage for a week whilst I was travelling. Good value for money.

My lock was broken in the room so I had to switch rooms. Viktoria from Reception did a fantastic and efficient job and moved me to another room. She turned and unpleasant situation in to a positive one for me so thank you so much. The room could do with a fridge. Also my room only had see through blinds in the bathroom. They should put proper blind or stained glass for non visibility. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The hotel shows great respect for the environment by providing guests with a reusable glass bottle in the room, which can be refilled with water. Instead of offering plastic water bottles, they encourage sustainability — and I 100% support this initiative! I was so surprised and delighted to see paintings by one of my favorite artists, Julien Colombier, all over the hotel — love it! The room was a good size and perfectly suitable for two people staying just one night without large luggage. The bathroom was truly impressive — it had special lighting that made it feel like you were showering under a starry night sky. Such a lovely touch! Soundproofing of the room was also excellent — we barely heard any noise from outside. We also booked a slot to use the steam room. The facility was clean, private, and incredibly relaxing. I’ll definitely come back just for that experience again!

I believe the in-room laminated menu could be improved. As a four-star hotel, upgrading it with slightly more premium materials would enhance the overall experience — just a personal suggestion. Also, a few of the hangers in the room were damaged. It might be a good idea to replace or repair them before the busy summer tourist season.

The staff are always friendly especially the man that does the night shift (sorry we forgot to ask your name) he was always lovely and made an effort to chat with us and helped us access the amenities. The location was close to all the sights of paris but located in a local area, away from tourist crowds. A stones throw away from the subway. Room was immaculate, we loved the lights in the shower. Slight water waste smell in the room which I assume is normal in Paris as we have experienced this in most European city stays. The balcony was a lovely touch.

The room was stylish and comfortable, with coffee, tea, and nice bath products from Origins. The bed was super comfortable. There were blackout curtains to ensure a great night's rest. Many details went into designing the perfect room. The steam room in the basement was a lovely feature after a long day exploring the city. The hotel has a covered patio which is great for relaxing or happy hour. They have nice beers and wines available. The location is excellent - across the street from a subway station and some fabulous bakeries and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the beautiful Montparnasse, where you can find great dinner options.

I really enjoyed the spa it was clean and had good facilities. I would recommend it to others to try. I didn't book the breakfast so I cannot say anything about it. If you're not a breakfast person there are many cafes around the hotel, all a short walking distance away.

I think they should get rid of the carpet. Also there should be more storage in the rooms to hold clothes, I was only there for a few days but it was still annoying as there wasn't enough space for all my clothes, let alone my wife's.

The best way to describe Bob hotel is cozy. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is EXCELLENT, the breakfast is pretty good and it's less than a block away from the metro. Subrielle was a highlight as she communicated thoroughly and made us feel right at home. The place had many happy, young couples like ourselves - it's almost as if it's a little hidden gem only accessed by happy people. Me and my fiancée loved our short stay here. P.S.: next to the reception, there's a basket of free pastries (quality pastries!) you can eat anytime you like. Yes please.

Everything was perfect. This gem exceeded our expectations!

I like the fact that they have express breakfast, this is sufficient for us. The metro is really near to the hotel, and bus station is also one street away only ( very short walk ). Staff were friendly. Rooms were very clean, they did come for room service daily, very appreciate that. Definitely will book again if ever going back to Paris.

The bathtub was clogged :( Water couldn't flow but I did not tell the receptionist, so can't blame them if they don't know about it. Water wasn't refilled daily for us - not a big deal, we can always refill it via tap water.

The room was clean, quiet and spacious (for Paris standards). The bed was very comfortable. The staff was kind. The location is perfect since there is a metro station in less than a minute walking.

The breakfast was a big minus and reading through past reviews it seems the management knows it and does nothing to change it. Besides the fact that it is the most basic breakfast I have ever seen there was almost none left (at 9.30 am) when at least 10 guests were there with nothing to eat and nowhere to sit.

We stayed for one night and the hotel did not disappoint at all. I planned the trip to Paris very thoroughly and i searched the whole site for an apartment or hotel. I was a little skeptical about the far away location and the bad reviews but i can assure you i was pleasantly wrong. First of all, the hotel is a minute away from the metro station where you can get a metro and connect straight to the 6 line metro which takes you to the Tour Eiffel. This was our first time in Paris so we thought that we need to be closer to it so we could walk but believe me taking a metro is no problem at all and you will be there in no time. Also, near the hotel there are very clean streets and a lot of places to eat good food. Second of all, we did not have any problems with the staff nor with any hotels features. The staff were very kind and helpful, they were also reasonable with our requests. The look of the hotel itself is very distuinguishable from the street, it matching the parisian style but still being modern. When we entered the hotel the scent was the first thing we noticed, it was a very pleasant smell. When we entered the room we were surprised by how beautiful and clean it was. There was a teapot with tea, coffee to drink and a bottle of water that we could’ve refilled if we wanted to. In our bathroom there were branded shampoo, shower gel and also complementary conditioner and body lotion (Rituals) which also surprised us because we brought our own thinking there were not. The stars in the shower also had a very romantic vibe. I spent a lot of time looking for a room because the reviews had a great impact on my choice, that’s why i wanted to write down all my thoughts so you know what you get.

The doorknob in the bathroom was loose but really that is everything bad about it and it could be fixed within minutes
