Extremely good location considering the price. Eiffel Tower reached in <15min using bus 92. Everything else important reachable in under 30 minutes usually. From CDG Airport its only a 15min walk after exiting the train. Multiple metro's nearby. Location is a total 10/10 for how cheap it is. Beds comfortable, cleaned daily (even when leaving at 15:00 we came back to clean rooms). Staff is friendly. Big windows that pretty much act as a balcony. AC works really well, rooms cools down very quickly. TV is also nice, has netflix and YouTube to chill a bit after heavy days of walking through the humid hot paris.

Toilet is really small. For regular sized people no problem, but for us, both >130kg, it was quite tight. Toilet paper wasn't refilled one night. One time they only left 1 big towel instead of 2. No fridge in the room -> this was the biggest issue for me. I'm used to drinking cool soda and kept ordering ice cubes using uber eats to keep the drinks Ive bought cold. Alternatively you can buy cold drinks at the reception, but theres no room service and I don't wanna put on clothes each time i wanna drink something cold. The Kettle was dirty I've noticed, but i didn't use it anyways. Overall minor issues, but considering the price I can't really complain too much, except for not having a fridge 😅

Great place and price for the area. I wish I had stayed a bit closer to the City Island or other main attractions, but that had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just a recommendation for first time visitors. The hotel was great and clean. Staff was very nice and approachable. The breakfast was better than I expected as I'm used to North America style. The walls are thin, not ideal for light sleepers. They put us in a room with 2 single beds even though I booked a queen. Not major issue, but a tiny bit uncomfortable for a couple.

Full breakfast buffet with French specialities. ☕️🥐🥖🥞 🧈 Bathroom and room cleanliness were great. ✨️ The hotel is located in the calm, safe, well-connected quartier of Montparnasse, within walking distance from the Montparnasse train station, metro stations, and bus stops. A few minutes away, there are: cafés, crêperies, pizzerias, restaurants, and theatres.

One of the three headlamps was not functioning. There was not enough space for hanging clothes and for luggage for 3 people. Windows, both in the bathroom and in the room, were side-hung inward opening, so they could be kept either open or closed, no tilt and turn available.

I liked almost everything about my stay at Campanile Paris 14 - Maine Montparnasse. It's located in the quiet neighbourhood yet you can easily get to the main tourist attractions in like half an hour. Staff was nice, and my room was cleaned every day. And the bed! God, I loved that comfy bad and the fact that my room was facing inner court, it was really quiet and I really appreciated that.

It would have been a perfect hotel if they always had an omelette for breakfast and a little fridge in the room (because you need to store all the cheeses you bought as souvenirs somewhere, right?). As for the omelette, I noticed that when I came down for breakfast an hour before it was supposed to end there were no omelette left and I was told that they're not going to cook any which is kind of a shame as it's probably the only food among the other varieties they offered for breakfast that was nutritious enough to get you through the first half of your busy tourist day.

Its location. It was very clean and bed comfortable. Towels were regularly changed and of a good quality. Kettle and tea/coffee provided. Nice outside terrace accessible from our bathroom with a table and two chairs, which gave a great view of the city.

The bedroom was very small for a prestige class. The lifts are small and slow. The toilet roll holders was positioned too close to the toilet and it was sharp. I caught my hand on it every time. The paper cups provided in the bedrooms leaked. You should supply a proper cups. Duvet too hot for the time of year. The step to the terrace from the bathroom was extremely high and dangerous if you were elderly.

Very good location, it was very easy to get around the city by metro, bus, and even on foot. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. The toilet and shower room were recently renovated. The bed, pillows, and bed linen were comfortable and soft.

There was absolutely no sound insulation in the door of the room. Light came through the gaps around and under the door. Every sound from the hallway could be heard in the room, as if someone was in the same room with you! In the tiny and narrow shower cabin, there should be a mixer tap with knobs instead of a lever. As soon as you moved slightly under the shower, you would accidentally turn the water either very cold or very hot.

Attention please!! I have nothing but praise for this place; everything was perfect from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Starting with the location, it's close to 3 very good metro stations, just a 5 to 10-minute walk from each, and it's very close to the Orlybus, which is VERY important. The Montparnasse neighborhood is wonderful; besides being close to the center, it's a very fun area to find breakfast and dinner options. The hotel staff were VERY kind, very attentive, and even allowed us to check in 1.5 hours early because it was a less busy day and a room was already available. But if needed, they could have stored our luggage. The room was very clean, the stay had no issues, and we stayed on the top floor. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The price was very fair.

I have nothing to complain about, everything was very good, from the service to the stay.

The location was good, near the Montparnasse tower, a short walk to a selection of metro stations and bus stops right outside.The area felt safe when arriving back at night. The room was a decent size for Paris! We had three single beds and plenty of room to walk around and for our luggage. The beds were comfy, we slept well. It wasnt too hot or too cold as there was a window that opened, air con and a heater if needed. The ensuite bathroom was a good size with a decent shower. All facilities were clean and also cleaned each day we were there. It was one of the better budget hotels we have stayed in when visiting Paris and we would definitely stay there again.

The safe in our room didn’t work and wasn’t mended despite raising this with reception. As there were signs in the lift warning customers not to leave valuables in their room, this did worry us and meant we had to carry all our valuables with us each day. The shower was good but sprayed outside of the cubicle making a flood each time used!

The facility is quite modern Food is good and the restaurant staffs are friendly Quiet room and location, easy to find in the main road in Denfert. The cleaners are friendly

The encounter staffs are firm and not so friendly The building is old and the location a bit far from subway In the room and bathroom, the paper cups should be bigger size, now the cups are very small and cheap The 1st floor should offer all-day coffee and bubble water, the coffee bags in the room are not tasty

Easy to find, pretty good location - around 10 mins to Metro, a few shops and cafes around. Twin room was small, bathroom was tiny (as per photos and as is expected in Paris), but beds were good, everything was clean, we had a lovely, large window that opened. We flew in very early in the morning, and I had contacted the property prior to arriving, asking if we could leave our bags prior to check-in, which they agreed to. When we arrived (after almost 30 hours of travelling), the staff went out of their way to get us straight into the room, hours before check-in, and without us asking for this. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
