Location was easy to get to all main areas, friendly reception staff who were happy to help with bookings and any other requests and lovely gentleman who helped us take our heavy luggage down on check out. Clean and modern new hotel. View from room and rooftop bar was wonderful.

Signature rooms are too small for more than one person. Safety issues with luggage obstructing doors walkways etc. I was advised to put suitcase under bed but it was dusty under the bed and hard to manage taking in and out from under bed every time you need something from your luggage. Breakfast was included in room rate but was only a basic buffet although great quality options. eggs/bacon etc were to be ordered at additional cost. I think for the price of the room, they could include this in the buffet options.

Great location, everything is very walkable and it’s close to a metro. Very stylish Boutique hotel. Amazing roof top bar with 360 view of Paris. Very comfortable bed.

Very expensive particularly as breakfast is not included in the room rate. Drinks at the roof top bar also extortionate. Room backed on to rear courtyard so was noisy late at night with people eating outside in the hotel restaurant.

This was my third time at the Hôtel Dame des Arts and it will remain my favorite hotel in Paris in the future. Super-friendly and professional staff, you literally feel “at home”, that’s outstanding! I would like to mention Clara, Amadou and Remi by name, I didn't remember the other names, but they are all great and you can feel that the friendliness comes from the heart. I'm really excited! Attached: Zoom photo directly from the balcony of my room. Unbelievable, right?

The customer service and professionalism of the staff was exceptional! Breakfast was worth getting up for due to the amazing Roshin, who greeted my sister and I with a gracious smile and a warm welcome every morning! Other exceptional staff members worth mentioning are Marta, Suzanne, Jade, Paul and Edwin. The housekeeping staff was also very prompt and meticulous. Truly every staff member we encountered was friendly, yet not intrusive. The location of the property is perfectly situated as well. My only quibble would be other guests were allowed to check in early, I guess it was just not our day!

We stayed for a week. It was a perfect location, where the most of my positive rating comes from ! Breakfast was decent, but I wish I had not included for my entire stay. Pretty hotel with a decently sized room for the price and a rooftop view was amazingz

Check in was delayed by an hour without a clear communication from the hotel. One of the staffs eventually took more proactive role with updates and apology on the hotel’s behalf, which only then made the wait easier. Overall, the staff interaction was positive but they appeared overwhelmed especially during check ins, check outs, breakfast… so the service is hit or miss.

fantastic new hotel, everything is very thoughtful, comfortable and convenient, excellent location. mattress and pillows are beautiful, we got enough sleep All attractions are nearby, while a hotel on a quiet street without crowds of tourists The hotel has a wonderful restaurant, the quality of dishes and the highest level; On the top floor a bar with a view of the city is a fantastic view, especially in the evening Be sure to dwell in this hotel at the next visit to Paris

The rooms are small, but this is characteristic of Paris, regardless of the price and level of the hotel, but the room is everything thought out and very ergonomically

Our room was slightly more spacious and comfortable compared to other hotels in Paris. The view from the rooftop bar was absolutely stunning — we had a 360-degree view of all the iconic landmarks. The hotel's decoration was very impressive. We encountered delightful details at every moment. The personal care products were of very high quality. Our coffee and bottled water were replenished daily. The staff were very friendly and polite, especially the receptionists, who were extremely helpful. The location was perfect; we could walk to all the places we wanted to see. There were also plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Considering personal privacy and the fact that we stayed with children, the only downside was that the wall and door separating the room and the bathroom were smoke-colored and transparent. Other than that, there was nothing negative.

The Staff at the hotel were absolutely delightful - and the location is fantastically central. The only reservations are the rooms are very small in praticular the bathrooms - and while we were there there was a massive power cut for the whole block which was not the fault of the hotel but there was no lifts nor wifi and the hotel seemed to have no contingency

The Breakfast - the staff particularly the manager were fantastic - but the dinning room does not lend itself to a proper breakfast facility and it needs a rethink in its design as the food and bread is cammed into a tiny bar area - the staff then do the best they can

Excellent location, staff is super helpful, good to include breakfast with your purchase - nice food and good place to eat, rooftop is spectyacular

Rooms are definitely Parisian small, did not bother us, but if you don't like small rooms, you may want to upgrade

Very friendly staff all around and an earlier check in was dealt with ease. I had a lovely corner room, which was a bit roomier and felt very comfortable. I think it was on the 3rd floor, so not that high up and with more of a residential view over the backyard into the next street. Also charming though. Loved the nice contemporary and straightforward design of the room, cozy cotton sheets and a very comfortable mattress, proper blackout curtains, great bathroom design. Extra points for the easygoing cleaning staff, who did clean the room even when I left quite late one day! The hotel is obviously in a very central left bank location, with easy metro connections and the comfort of most of central Paris accessible on foot.

Unfortunately the guest who stayed in the room before me must have been smoking in the room and that smell lingered on for my 3 day stay. Idk if this could have been helped by a bit more airing out before I arrived.
