Location is perfect! Nearby all touristy areas so all walkable from hotel. Hotel staff is friendly. Room is clean and comfortable

If ur room is situated on streetside you can hear it quite well (can be noisy)

Great location for the metro and central Paris. Walking distance to the Opera, The Louvre, Notre Dame and Musee D’Orsay. Reception staff were friendly and happy to help. The cleaning team cleaned the rooms to a good standard daily. I was there for a city break with my sister and 10 year old son, the beds were comfortable and a decent size for central Paris. We were there during a heat wave so were grateful for the AC! Decor was nice and modern, we stayed on a room only basis so can’t comment on the breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if we came back to Paris.

We had a room in the top floor of the hotel with a little balcony. The street is quiet, almost no traffic. The hotel is in walking distance of the Opera Bastille or the Louvre. We enjoyed very much that we could walk to every destination. The staff is mainly young people, all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was free coffee or tea and some cake all the day.

The elevator does not reach the top floor. You have to carry your luggage one floor. For us this was no problem at all, but people with some handicap should be aware of this.

Great location, very clean room. Very good selection for breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom shower was fantastic.

Alot of noise coming from other rooms, not really the property's fault because it was just inconsiderate guests who think it's OK to let your kids jump and play on the stairs, as well as laugh and bang around at 1am on their way home. (each of our 4 night stay) We asked for gluten free bread at breakfast on the first morning- which was understandable, however had to ask for same every other morning, and on the last morning there was only 1 slice available for us to share.

The location is perfect, we were targeting Opera - and it’s only 7 minutes to walk from the hotel. The suit was perfectly equipped, with balcony and terrace, with modern shower, with place to hide the suitcase and to live in an accurate space not among the baggage. The personnel was extremely nice, polite and helpful. They explained everything with patience and smile. My special thank goes to Ines :)

A mattress was a bit too soft for my spine

The property was lovely. Clean and a comfortable bed and spacious room. My husband is handicapped and was using a walker and they went OUT of their way to be kind and helpful! The location was amazing with three very close Métro stops ! We would come back anytime and recommend this place to everyone !

It was all pretty good. Rooms were just okay (not great, but totally fine). There are not a lot of amenities (nice bar, etc.). The hotel in person does not have the same vibe as it does online.

The hotel and the location are excellent but what made us enjoy our stay the most is how friendly and attentive the staff was. We traveled to Paris to spend my wife's birthday and since the moment we mentioned that, she was constantly congratulated and she received a note and a gift while we were out. Also, the staff reminded us about an upcoming strike that could impact our return home, we were provided with umbrellas when raining and the hotel provides some snacks and coffee. All of this made our experience very enjoyable

Nothin in particular, though the window was facing an office so we had to be mindful when leaving the curtains open. But that's more than expected in a centric hotel

The location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Our bed was made daily and fresh towels provided. Quality of shampoo, hand lotion, etc provided (Grown Alchemist) is the best! We had a terrace which we could retire to at the end of a long day walking and enjoy a drink. Breakfast was good.

We didn’t realize there would not be a small fridge in the room but that was an oversight on my part. Would come in hand for having cold water to drink in stead of room temperature water provided.
