The staff was exceptional. I needed an irregular check-in time due to a very early flight and while the room was not ready yet (which was 100% understandable since it wasn’t check-in yet), the receptionist was very forthcoming and managed to get me in my room a little earlier which I much appreciated after quite some traveling on only 3 hours of sleep :). They even offered little refreshments while I was waiting which was very much appreciated! The staff was easy to talk to and even offered some great advice on getting around Paris with the metro, which is only a few 100m away from the hotel, so very easy access to M1.

I, unfortunately, had a little bit of mold in the bathroom, since there didn’t seem to be any sort of built in ventilation. I was only staying for a night, so I wasn’t too worried and the staff was very keen on fixing the problem immediately after my departure. I would like to note here that the room was very clean otherwise :).

The hotel is a decent 3 star hotel. It was clean with a very good shower and the bathroom was a good size. It's Convenient for travel into the city centre. and airports. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Although there is a kettle in the room, it would be beneficial to have coffee,tea, milk etc.

The location was on a main metro stop (about 7 stops down from the Louvre), and in a good area opposite an excellent bakery (cheaper than the breakfast option at hotel), near supermarkets and restaurants. The room was clean and had a great shower and new bathroom. The room had a comfortable bed was freshened up daily. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing that would have been nice would be a kettle / hot drinks in room because we went over the road to buy our own pastries for breakfast.

I really liked location and that the hotel was close to subway, restaurants, laundromat, store to purchase food. Staff was helpful and nice, room was clean. Bakery across the hotel helped us to manage breakfast costs while staying in Paris. Coffee and pastries were very affordable and had great taste.

Friendly staff, close to the metro station making transportation easy. It is a little further from central Paris but the metro helped accommodate for that

Rooms were hot, but could easily open window for more air.

The hotel was very clean and very convenient to the metro with a reasonably priced bakery and bistro also very close. The bathroom was really nice with a great shower.

We needed a closet and towel rod. There was no air conditioning which was fine because we ended up having cooler weather but could have been an issue. The 2nd bed for our third person was a cot, great if you are traveling with small children but my 18 year old was not thrilled with it.

Room comfortable for one person. Nice towels. Manager helpful when extra days requested.

Big window in bathroom needs a blind. Breakfast room tight for space. In the bedroom radiators need cleaned and sink needs cleaned each day. Table needs dusting each day.

Nice bedroom with all amenities. Very comfortable. The shower is very good and also the location is situated in a nice area. Can only recommend.

Unfortunately I could not access Wifi.

Really nice. Rooms well appointed. Clean and comfy. Nice local area, plenty of shops, boulangeries etc

No tea/coffee in the rooms. Other than that it was great
