The staff is very friendly. The check-in went quickly, without any unnesecary questions, the guys at the reception were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, there was enough of everything, good coffee in the machine. The bed was really a double bed, and not single beds pushed together, as is often the case. The room has a nice design and fairly good soundproofing. Very good hairdryer.

To get to central places you need to walk 30-40 minutes or use the metro. The price per night is still too high, but unfortunately these are the prices in Paris now…

The reception-breakfast-working area was cozy and nice, umbrellas available for a rainy day. Our room faced narrow street which was not busy and loud overall, we could keep windows open, but in case of noise windows isolated sound very well. Close to Gare Montparnasse (for Bordeaux, Versailles), 2 metro lines to to the city center and RER B to Charles-de-Gaulle airport (20min walk). Breakfast was ok, staff also offers to prepare breakfast before 6:30 if you need to leave early for flight. Room service every day. Polite staff.

We had the opportunity to spend one night at Ibis Paris Gare Montparnasse Catalogne and we were extremely satisfied. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and quiet – perfect for a short stay in Paris. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. What truly made our stay special was the staff. We would like to give a special thanks and recognition to Lucas, Daro, Ariane, Vladimir, Vernon, Olivier, and Lucie – each of them was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Their warm and welcoming attitude made us feel truly cared for from the moment we arrived until we left. Thank you for a great experience – we’ll be happy to come back!

The staff — Lucas, Daro, Olivier, Arianne, Blanche, Vernon, Vladimir, and Clodie — were friendly and helpful. They made sure our check in process went smoothly. I chose this hotel due to its close proximity to Gare Montparnasse. It is quite a walk though if you want to get on the popular subway lines (I think M13 is the closest one). Room was clean and you were able to control the A/C. Breakfast served is pretty standard. There are a lot of food options nearby. There is also a supermarket for your other needs.

The charging ports are located above the bed, so your cable will be dangling down. If your charger is a bit big/heavy, it might fall/not fit entirely.

We arrived early, but they kept our bags for us, while we went for food in the city. Hotel interior was very nice, liked the décor of the hallways, it was dark, but also nicely lit. The room was very comfortable, always warm, air con was good to adjust the temperature, towels changed daily, and the breakfast was very nice.

Our room was behind a second door, which we found odd, so we had to open one door, and then another to the room. We could not open our room window, for fresh air, and some of the female staff at breakfast seemed a little rude at times.

The hotel overshoot my expecation. Rooms are very clean, the staff is super kind, and the breakfast is top notch. The main locations (tour eiffer, arc, etc) can be reached very easily. Special mention to Ariane, Lucas, Daro, Vladimir, Blanche, Vernon, Eloise, Olivier, and Dalva for their amazing hospitality. I hope to come back soon!!

I would offer a greater variety of sweet options at breakfast. I would avoid frozen pain au chocolats as they are tasteless.

This was my second time staying at Ibis Montparnasse and once again, everything was perfect. The room was beautiful, very comfortable, and spotless — exactly what I needed to relax after long days exploring Paris. But what truly made this stay special was the team. I want to give a big thank you to Lucas, Daro, Ariane, Vernon, Vladimir, Blanche, Elodie, Olivier, and Dalva — each of them went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm energy made all the difference. They are the heart of the hotel! The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety, and the hotel’s location is super convenient — close to everything you need, yet peaceful and easy to get around. I’m so happy I chose to stay here again, and without a doubt, I’ll be coming back on my next trip to Paris. Highly recommended!

it was convient to where we wanted to be. breakfast was convient. checkin-check out staff was very nice

we couldn’t get air conditioner to work. visited lobby spoke to someone that wasn’t that helpful. they said technician wouldn’t be there til morning. they said it was nice out and open balcony door. we could not close jetai a with door open. in morning another traveler said air does not run while door was open. we are not sure if the solution since we stayed just one night.

We arrived with family, the staff was so helpful and friendly, immediately assisted us with the parking and then with the comfortable checkin. To add on other assistance with the cab, metro, train details with a brochure and paris map to go on with. The staff is quite helpful with the dinner and breakfast assistance as well. The location is quite near to the station and a 15min cab to eiffel tower. Kudos to the excellent staff: Daro, Ariane, Lucas, Vernon, Vladimir, Blanche, Dalva, Olivier. We will surely visit again.

Breakfast is a bit pricy compared to the cost.
