We've had several trips to Paris in the past two years, and this was the best hotel so far. Friendly staff, very clean room with modern decor, very comfortable bed. Very good shower. Air conditioning was great. The breakfast was superb. The location was perfect too, amongst many bars and cafes, and a very short walk to two metro stations. Many nice touches including a free bottle of water put in the room each day. It was (deservedly) a 4-star hotel. but the price was very good, same as 3-star hotels.

The bathroom was little bit tight for space, but this is common for Paris hotels.

• Convenient location, easy access to the metro and airport. • Central area with many cafés nearby. • Friendly staff, helped store our luggage before check-in. • Coffee machine with capsules in the room – a nice touch. • The room was fairly quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep. • Comfortable bed with cotton linens. • Plenty of storage space, including a large wardrobe. • Separate shower and toilet – convenient for two people. • Hairdryer, manicure set, and toiletries for shower and face washing were provided.

• Slippers were missing, and the floor wasn’t very clean. • The sink had a small leak. • For some reason, the wardrobe light wouldn’t turn off. • Narrow hallways and a small elevator.

I like everything about this hotel. Its art-deco style of decoration was a big surprise to me. I was impressed by the thought put into its design. Facilities are new and functional. The cleaning products that they serve were also great. The smell was consistently pleasant. The hotel’s location is also great, close to almost everywhere, and the neighborhood itself is nothing short of stunning. I also want to thank Charles (in the morning of April 21), who helped us check in early after an overly long flight and always greeted us with a charming smile. The helpful staff have made our experience so special and pleasant.

Location was excellent like a theater decor . The welcome from owner was excellent too as she upgrade my room to a junior suite because of decent shower in my oublie room so she kindly upgrade to junior suite . I will definitely comeback to Hotel Raspail because of the lady owner ‘s BEAU GESTE . Bravo for the your generous hospitality. The location was near my favourite Korean barbecue behind la Coupole Abientot

The checkin process was seamless. The room was excellent. A very comfortable bed, great pillows, nice sheets, hair dryer, excellent bathroom. A shower (not a tub) which is fantastic and which had a great rainshower or regular spray. It included good shampoo, conditioner and body soap. At the sink, handsoap and lotion. There was a hot water kettle with three tea bags, bio, several decaf. The kettle was very clean. Also a Nespresso machine with a few pods and shelf stable cream. Also a free bottle of flat water, but large and much needed after a long flight. Good curtains to block out the daylight if you need a nice nap. Easy checkout process. It’s exactly what you want in a boutique hotel. The rooms were super quiet, with no street noise except for the occasional siren (it’s a city) but muted enough that it was not a problem. No more than 10 minutes walk from Gare Montparnasse. Absolutely excellent, great location, and I will be back!

Nothing. This hotel is an absolute gem.

The room was cleaner than I thought! We traveled with our baby. I wiped the whole floor of our room so that she could crawl in the room. What surprising me was the floor, edges of the floor and wall, edges of windows are amazingly clean! No dust, no hair! And the front desk ladies were really friendly! They helped us to heat up our baby food, to bring a baby chair to our room so that we could feed her in our room nicely!

The lift is so small. Barely fit with a buggy and two adults at the same time. And there are staircase between the lift and the ground floor. Would be great if they had a ramp for buggy.

Great location right near various metro stations. Lots of great crêperies in the area along with other bars and restaurants and a lovely market. The staff were all really welcoming and kind. The room was comfortable and clean with a really nice shower.

The room felt a bit basic and small for the price. The breakfast room was quite small and cramped with no windows but this is a limitation of the building and something that can’t be changed. Soundproofing between the rooms could be improved.

I had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel in Paris! Everything about it was excellent. The rooms were spotless, with comfortable beds and ample closet space for storing luggage and coats. The bathroom was spacious with great lighting, which was a huge plus. One of my favorite features was the view of the main street—it gave us the perfect Parisian vibe while still being surprisingly quiet. The neighborhood was safe, filled with locals, and conveniently close to charming cafes, bakeries, and a variety of restaurants.

Small, but very clean, well-appointed room. Great location near train and Metro stations and many, very good restaurants The desk clerk was very helpful in stowing our luggage until check-in time and gave us good advice on local restaurants based on our tastes

The elevator is tiny so more than 2 people and/or 2 or more pieces of luggage requires 2 trips. The stairs were unavailable due to ongoing renovations on the 1st floor. Take a pass on the morning buffet as it is *not* worth 15 €. A few tiny commercially prepared buns and croissants, a coffee machine, some yogurt and a very small collection of slices of cheese & cold cuts all in a room with a couple of tables that would barely seat 4 people. The room is small, so a bit of struggle to find room to place the luggage.

I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a corner suite that had 3 big beautiful windows. The lady at reception was very helpful with where to eat and it was they held my bags early before check in as I arrived at 0730. I couldn’t fault my experience. Email communication before arrival was excellent and saved me time figuring out the train system from airport to hotel. Although it’s classified as 3 stars it felt more. Seems not much from the outside, but I the room seemed newly renovated and still provided that Parisian feel with beautiful big windows that look out to 19th century architecture.
