Great location and friendly staff. Close to transit and many restaurants, movie theaters, bars, bakeries, and shops.

The standard/classic double is very small and poorly designed. The drawers for clothing are stuck behind a sliding door and do not open with forcing the door back. The shower has a partial protective piece of glass to keep water from flooding the floor however it’s not quite long enough causing the bathroom floor to get all wet despite it. The window view is of the back alley which is quite dingy. If you’re trying to save buck, then you get what you pay for. If you wanted a better option, request the Club Room which is bigger with a city view.

We had a cozy room on the 1st floor. The best part was that the room had a soft bed with AC. The bathroom was clean and roomy with a modern feel. The shower had nice pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was light and slim but there are plenty of great pasty shops nearby to check out and enjoy. The Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and the Cathedral of Notre Dame are all within walking distance.

The location was great, the area of Montparnasse is beautiful surrounded by a lot of restaurants and trees if you are looking for a quieter area without the city noise and pickpockets. Right near the Gare Montparnasse train station and metro, so its great for metro travel (short trip to all the main attractions) and day trips, easy to get around. The room was small with the twin bed, but the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was great with a rain showerhead. The room had aircon, tea/coffee making facilities, a safe, hair dryer and all of the usual amenities. There was a small lift which was appreciated. We didn't try the breakfast but there is an onsite option if you choose. They also have a luggage holding service if you checkout and need to come back later for your bags.

Nothing we didn't like, as expected and we were comfortable. The staff's English was limited so it was hard to ask for options for food or directions.

This hotel was a superior visit. The room while not large by US standards was good sized for European standards and we had plenty of room for our week stay there. There were plenty of shelves and drawers to unpack. The rooms were spotless and always were made up fairly early in the day so if we wanted to come back for an afternoon rest, the room was ready. The staff at the hotel- every single one of them was fantastic! They were helpful pleasant and very welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was ample with reasonable choices and the breakfast staff was delightful. We also like the honesty bar in the lobby where you could get a number of beverages for a slight charge. One other aspect that we liked were that the room was relatively sound proof. We happened to be in Paris when their soccer team won the European championship and even with all of the excitement outside of our hotel, it was still fairly quiet with the windows closed. Our room faced the Rue de Depart with a view of the Eiffel Tower peaking over the building across the street. The hotel also had easy access to 2 lines of the Metro as well as the Gare Montparnesse. We will definitely stay here again when in Paris.

If there was one downer was that even though it was air conditioned, we were not able to change the thermostat to make it cooler. The afternoon sun would hit the window of the room and it could be quite warm on the 6th floor. While you could open the window, it could then be noisy particularly in the evening. This was such a minor issue for us that it really was not that important, but might be something others who would stay there might want to be aware of.

Location was excellent for the railway station and metro line was a few minutes walk away. We moved around the city very well from this location. Room was adequate, bit tight for space but we only stayed for one night. We would certainly use the hotel again. Staff was very friendly.

Bit more space in the room. We also booked 2 x twin rooms and 1 double room but on arrival was advised that they only had 1 x twin room and the other 2 were doubles. This was very disappointing as we were 5 friends travelling together so it was important to have the two twin rooms. Booking was accepted and paid for so unsure as to why this happened?

The location is very good. The room was very clean. The staff was very kind to us, they even prepared us 2 free coffees in the morning of our departure. The location is very good, near Montparnasse Tower and very close to the Montparnasse train station (you can take the suburban train one station to Versailles Castle), 10 minutes walk from Jardins du Luxembourg, 15 minutes walk to Invalides, 15-20 minutes wak to the center (Panteon, Church Saint Sulpice), 25 minutes walk to Musee D'Orsay. You can also take the bus to the Louvre Museum.

Great stay, perfect location so easy to hop and off the metro and some lovely restaurants near by. Staff were super friendly and helpful, would definitely visit again.

Only slight improvements would be our room location being a little odd, right at the top of the stairs to go down to the basement which if you were unsteady on your feet would be dangerous. Also 3 of us staying in the room but only 2 water bottles provided and €2.50 for a a new one, would have been a nice touch to have enough bottles for the people staying but only a very slight thing!

Room is clean, bed is comfotible. What's amazing is they have everything you need right there in front of you. like gel for body and hair, hair drier. Also, there is a refrigerator I kept fruit. A kettle I used to make hot tea. I can't think of anything I want they don't have. Bus, train station were very close, a lots of restaurants nearby. There is a very good japanese place next block. We had BBQ, sushimi, soup, salad, dinner for 2 was about 30 euro.

Price was high room was small, but it's olympic time,

The location is a 10 , lot of cafe, bistros, amazing variety of restaurants. One of the main metro station was only a block away, and the other local metro station was 1/2 block away. Bakery, supermarket only a block away. Location, location, location. 👌👍🙏

Clean pleasant hotel, nice service. Front desk staff were always helpful, professional, and nice. Convenient location. Right next to train station if you plan a train trip to Versailles or other towns. It's a lively neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants of walking distances. It is about 15 mins walk to Jardin du Luxembourg, 35 min walk to Eiffel Tower, 30 min walk to Louvre and lots of bus options.

Space and bed space which is not unusual for Paris. Would have loved to have a microwave and a fridge since we booked a family room and I was traveling with my son. The fridge was mentioned but it was just a mini fridge for beverages. Beds were singles moved together.
