Focus was on the parking as I didn't have any other options, like breakfast. Location was very good, I would say as close as you can expect it to the city center, but with a very good pricing and not too much extra, just the right amount of amenities.

Photos of the property could have been taken during the summer and for drivers it would have been very useful to have shots of the property from the road or rather how the garage is accessed. Additionally, exiting of the garage is not fully labeled, so it takes one or two tries to get it right.

We are frequent.travelers and choose this hotel chain often - (though avoid Ibis Budget) - because Ibis generally meets all our hotel needs: consistently clean,. comfortable rooms and beds, outlets and tables on BOTH sides of the bed,, hooks for towels, hangers for clothes, good lighting, solid bathroom doors, great locations, great showers, great price without all the unnecessary fluff. This one doesn't disappoint.

The staff at Ibis were absolutely fantastic. They did not hesitate once when we asked for help, from receiving our food deliveries, to giving advice on where to eat or how to get around. Farid and Rainer specifically, we cannot sing their praises enough. The location is also just fantastic, a 5 minute walk from the main station, and a tram just outside the hotel, allowed us to get around very easily. Thanks to all for the stay and we'll definitely be back soon!

The aircon unfortunately didn't work but we were out all day so it didn't bother us too much.

The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. I lost my room key, and he provided me with another one free of charge immediately. The location is good, right within walking distance from the central station and opposite the tram station.

The room cleaner walked into the room twice on the morning of the check-out date to ask if I was checking out that day and at what time so she could clean the room. It confused me.

Excellent and quite large room, located 3 minutes from the center. Norer was provided to us, as we asked for, with separate beds. There is also an underground garage - great. The room had a heater and air conditioner, which is probably important, but we did not use it.

Everything was great, I didn't notice any problems.

Good value hotel near train station and town centre. We found it easily on foot. Very comfortable bed and good shower room. No tea tray but 24 hour bar including hot drinks. Clean and welcoming. Good value. Would stay again. Nice town. Went to Nordinglen on train as a day trip, stayed 2 nights at this hotel.

Location is good. Not so noisy but also close to station, supermarket and downtown. Bed,shower, and wifi are all good. Price is excellent.

It is better to have a refrigerate in the room.

All was great, can’t complain. Next time we come to Germany, for sure we whould stay there again. We wore very pleased, thank you

The only thing was, the Shower was slippery and comming out of it a little scary, afraid to slip and fall

Easy to find hotel, great location near pedestrian zone and main train station. On-site secured parking was great (if a bit tight!) Breakfast! The highlight - great selection of excellent food and coffee/ drinks. Worth the 15€ fee! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Loud people on the street at night (if your windows were open) and occasional rumbling of a train.

Great location, within 5mins of town centre. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Twin beds were very close together but could be separated easily enough. Curtains were falling down from the hooks so let in a lot of light until I fixed them.
