Well appointed rooms. I was in one of the suites in the villa complex and enjoyed the privacy aspect of it. There was a small seperate gym and sauna in the villa complex besides the regular gym in the main part. Very comfortable beds Awesome showers - good amenities Breakfast was good for a non gluten allergy person. As I’m allergic to gluten there was only one sort of bread.

To be honest not much. I think some of the initial staff at check in weren’t trained that well, but after that I only had great customer service!

The breakfast was excellent! Very fresh and quality products, prepared with a lot of care and perfectly presented. The staff who served the breakfast very helpful and polite. The location was fantastic. The hotel is located on the banks of the River Spree. We opened our window and saw a swan swimming...Idyllic view

The hotel needs renovation! The premises and furniture were perfectly clean, but looked old and used. Also to the negative comments, I would like to add the presence of many spiders in my son's room. As the girl explained to us, there are a lot of spiders in the area because there is a lot of vegetation. However they should take additional measures for this problem as well as the cobwebs on the outside windows...

I stayed in the villa building which is separate to the main hotel. It is a lovely river side setting, the rooms are comfortable and very well kept. I really appreciate the sustainability policies that the hotel has put in place. (Sustainable toiletries, less frequent cleaning, energy saving devices etc).

To check in, please use the main hotel reception, it wasn't immediately obvious when I arrived and I was a bit confused at first. The breakfast is a bit hit and miss, the range wasn't fantastic, but the staff were brilliant and attentive if you wanted something a bit different to what is out on offer.

A very peaceful and quiet retreat from the bustle of the city. Walking distance to many forms of transit and even an organic grocery! For our first time in Germany, we enjoyed the hospitality and the late hotel bar (as our train was 2 hours later than we originally planned for!). We were also walking distance from a lovely food hall and delicious vegan restaurant. It was very easy to get around the city and the room had so many beautiful big windows.

This was our first time traveling to Europe, and we stayed in 3 different cities/countries, but this was the first hotel where we had the 2 twin beds next to each other as a couple. We also had a river view, but it was not the most scenic area, so I would say you don't necessarily need to splurge for this. Lastly, now that I'm a bit more familiar with Berlin, I may stay in a more active part of town. As a traveler, we wanted to see some of the city bustle at night, and this area seems to be a bit quieter in the early evening. This can be a plus, depending on what you need as a traveler!

Everything was just perfect – the location, the room, the breakfast. I usually skip booking a room with breakfast, and that wasn’t my plan this time either. I realized I had paid for a room with breakfast when the receptionist told me, and it was a pleasant surprise! It was definitely worth it! Fresh vegetables, fruits, salmon, cold cuts, several types of cheese, pastries… It won’t be my last time in Berlin, and when I come back, I’ll definitely book a room with you again, for sure.

Quiet location with a beautiful view onto the Spree river. Spacious room with beautiful furniture. Functional amenities. Parking garage with direct access to the hotel. The beds. The beds. The beds! The best beds we have slept in for a long time. Very spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. The staff was very kind, professional and accommodating. We'll never stay anywhere else on our future trips to Berlin.

TV channel reception was somewhat random. There are two TVs in the room. Some channels work on one TV, while on the other they don't at all.

A very pleasant stay in a cozy villa by the water with a beautiful view. This place is perfect for those who appreciate solitude and a leisurely pace. The guest area with drinks, fruits, and port creates an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation, where you can happily spend time reading books about Berlin and art. The administrator, Katarina, showed great care and hospitality. We would gladly return again!

This property is beautifully nestled along the River Spree. My room overlooked the river, which was absolutely delightful. The accommodations were excellent: comfortable, clean, convenient. Also a 5 minute walk to the train so easy access to the center city and to the airport.

The property is not walking distance to Berlin’s attractions. This isn’t a bad thing, but if you want to be closer to the action, then this might not be the best pick. Abion is in the tree-lined Moabit neighborhood.

It's one of the best places I have stayed in Berlin. The rooms are extraordinary -very spacious and well designed and if you get a view on the river it's spectacular. I also liked the pictures and names of the rooms. They are connected to the Straße der Erinnerung in Berlin in front of the building, featuring anti-Nazis, such as Georg Elser and others.

The Abion Villa Apartments were great. It is very spacious, and clean and with an excellent style inside. The general lobby room is perfect for meeting and reading; tea, coffee and even a sip of wine were free. The staff was amiable and helpful. It was refreshing to see that such service still exists, and I want to thank the people working there, from reception to cleaning personnel - exceptional. We did not have breakfast, but that arrangement and the food looked pretty good. As usual, I would like to have a parking lot as a free option, but that is obviously difficult and wishful thinking in Berlin. So thanks again, all the best and Merry Christmas!
