The staff were very friendly and helpful There was a small fridge in the room Great location near Wittenbergplatz... well connected to the public transport The breakfast was decent, fresh and filling... good coffee

Just a heads up...not a complaint... The building is older...the elevator stops between floors which means a walk up or down stairs to the actual floor you are staying on

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of Berlin with easy walking distance to everything you need and more. The family room was huge and I loved how the kids room was separate from the parents room. Everything was extremely clean and the beds were comfy.

We had a lot of luggage and a baby stroller and the elevator situation was not ideal. It’s a small elevator outside and we still had to go up some stairs to get to our room. Still I wouldn’t let that stop us from booking again though, just something to keep in mind. It would be amazing if there was an electric kettle or small coffee machine in the room, also the TVs could be a bit bigger. Besides that, everything was great!

The locations was good and the room was very clean

The staff were not very nice. I was there for the festival and worked with a few colleagues late at night. They didn’t stay over but the staff still had an attitude and wanted to charge me extra. And at last they took my colleague passport and took a photocopy. Again they never stayed over.

A very nice hotel with parking in the very center of Berlin. Although the interior design is a bit from a different era and time seems to have stopped, it is worth taking advantage of the very helpful and nice staff. We had a larger room but nice, comfortable beds, clean towels and sheets, large bathroom. Less comfortable is the lack of air conditioning and in the summer when you came to the room it was quite warm, but you can quickly ventilate and after the problem. The hotel was very nice! It was small and cozy. The room I had was very clean, I liked it. The bathroom was clean as well. I had a shower and I had enough space in there which is great. The room was good in size: not small nor large, just enough for one person. Also, there is the Zoo just around the corner, probably 3 min from the hotel! In general, I had an impression that subway stations were everywhere and there was one nearby as well.

The building is very old, therefore I heard someone walking in the room above mine with all corresponding noises. This is not very "sleep friendly" and was very annoying. But, considering I was staying for just one night, it was OK.

Location was perfect for me and my needs. Bathroom was clean. I liked that old building atmosphere. Staff was very kind and helpfull. The price was reasonable.

I did not like that carpeted floor. It causes allergic itching in the eyes. Night time uproar, wich came from the neighboring house was very annoying. There was some kind of Turkish gathering space.

Location was the best feature. The rooms were good and the service was good, but the location next to the zoo was where the real value was.

We had a wheelchair with us. Fortunately, my kid is a little ambulatory, so we were able to negotiate the couple steps that existed even on the ground floor. But this could have been a bigger barrier for a less able person.

Very acces and location to the Christmas Market and local shops and bars, no need to use the car. Not a bad price for off road parking 12€. Street parking expensive pay per 25 mins then every 3 mins thereafter. Great city break.

Breakfast was good put not sure if worth the 12€ and started at 10:00 am, not bad if previous late night. No tea or coffee available in room or foyer. Would have nice to of had smart TV.

This is not their fault but construction the one building next to Air In Berlin was starting to the work too early and it’s bit announying
