Clean, close to Alexzander Plaza yet far away enough to be quiet at night. Friendly staff.

Everything was great.

Maybe there is this and that, that could be better, but this Hostel saved me from sleeping on the street after my Flixbus was 2 hours late and as a result, I missed my last train home. I booked it quickly at 23:30h for a reasonable price and could spend the next 5 hours warm and cosy until my next train arrived. Good location, not far away from U-Bahn. Friendly staff. Very small but cosy room with 4 beds. WC in the hall. For one night - more than enough. In this case I can only give 10/10.

For a short stay - perfect solution as a life-saver. For more days - I'd look for something more spacious and with a private WC in the room.

Bedding was good for a hostel, I appreciated the separate shower and toilet rooms for a shared dorm. The common spaces seemed nice, I didn’t use it much. Fairly short walk to Alexanderplatz.

The rooms are small and cramped for 6 people, the under the bed box lockers while generous is space are inconvenient and noisy. I don’t believe that the bathroom was cleaned during my 3 nights there, which was a lot with 6 women in the room. They didn’t allow outside food to be brought in but the restaurant in the hostel, and there was no kitchen space, seemed to never be operational. The prices were exorbitant for a hostel dorm room but that was because there was the German Cup football final on that weekend.

Good common areas, comfy mattress and a light and plug socket for each bed.

I arrived a bit early and was told I couldn't check in until 2pm, no problem. I waited around, tried again to check in at 2pm, only for the staff member to respond grumpily that the room wasn't ready yet and they didn't know when it would be. When I did finally check in hours later, the key card then failed 3 times. The toilet and shower in the bedrooms have frosted glass doors!? Why on earth would you ever want to have frosted glass on a toilet door in a shared dormitory!? Also, the lock on the toilet door was broken.

The two girls that i talked to were kind and helpful. I had an accident during my trip and they provide me with first aid. The beds in the room were comfy and the bathroom seems cleaned. Everything is walkable around.

It was very hot in the room sometimes even if we open the window (no air conditioning). I also dont recommand for solo travellers because it’s difficult to meet people. It a lot of school groups/event groups or couples so its difficult to meet people and i didnt see a lot of activities for solo travellers compared to other hostels that ive been

Location is a must. They are just steps away from Alexanderplatz and you can catch any S bahn or U Bahn. Even though they have a bar in the lobby, it’s really nice that you don’t hear any loud noises in the bedrooms in the upper floors.

I had to ask to clean the bathroom since they had the same stain on the floor in my 3rd night staying there and the sink was dirty also the paper can next to the toilet. So I went to the reception in my 3rd night staying and they only cleaned the floor and empty the can anyways but other than that they don’t care about bathrooms/showers hygiene.

The hostel is in a good location, near Alexanderplatz (connected to airport, Berlin Hbh, and all attractions in the city). There’s an on-site Bar. Staff in both hostel and bar were very friendly and helpful. They serve a buffet style breakfast and it was good and fairly priced, only 9€ for all you can eat. Private toilets, separate from shared shower room, which was nice.

The room was a bit warm at night and we had to sleep with the window wide open at night. I stayed in a 4-bed dormitory and bed was really comfortable but the room was a bit small and there was not much free space in the beds area; nonetheless, the entrance of the room was a bit more spacious. I don’t see it as an issue, but just in case someone is bothered, you could find school groups staying at the hostel.

Location was great for what I wanted. Walking distance to museum island and some tours. Plenty of food options close by and a train station on the door step if you wanted to go a bit further out. Staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Small things were a bit run down. The handle to the room for example would work, but also pull straight off and need to be put back on. The bathrooms were clean....ish but the smell was intense and was not a fresh air smell but instead an attempt to overwhelm the smell with chemicals.

Generator Berlin Alexanderplatz has a bar on the ground floor where it’s easy to meet new people and socialize — perfect for solo travelers! The beds are comfortable and come with individual charging outlets. Each bed also has a locker, but you’ll need to bring your own padlock to keep your belongings secure. Since you’ll be sharing a room with strangers, it’s important to be open to different habits — but that’s also part of the charm, and you might even make great friends along the way!

No toiletries provided, so you’ll need to buy some from a nearby supermarket or DM (very affordable). Bunk beds can be a bit shaky when someone moves, and my reading light wasn’t working. Toilet paper wasn’t always restocked promptly — just a small miss.

A very modern international youth hostel (in the hostel personally I could mostly hear only English, even not German language). It is located in the very center of the city, within walking distance of grocery shops and tram stops. • on the ground floor, the Wi-Fi was excellent; • there were also a recreation area, billiards, a bar, and a food menu option. • many sockets and various lighting options in the room; • excellent beds and comfortable pillows, but they looked like no one had replaced them after other visitors. • cool soap dispensers.

• we lived on the 9th floor (twin room with a private bathroom), and our Wi-Fi worked very poorly (only if you sat on the floor closer to the corner); • the rooms are not designed for cooking, only for sleeping (there was no refrigerator, no coffee machine, no kettle); • no TV (but this is not a big deal).
