Comfy beds and excellent pillows. Fantastic location, wonderful staff. Beautifully decorated hotel. Great facilities. Coffee was good from the bar. The artwork in the hotel is fantastic

The rooms are so dark they need main lights so you can see what you are doing. I dont know if the coffee machine in the room was broken or just didnt work but some instructions would have been helpful. I hate doing a checkin where there is no person. It would be nicer to have actual hotel receptionists check you in for a more personal service. The staff are great and very helpful but you cant beat the personal touch of a welcoming human being who could have also told me about the gym and how breakfast worked

Very nice hotel, very cloce to 2 or 3 buses that can take you to every place, is like 5/10 minutes bus drive to the Zoo and the Acuarium, 25 minutes taxi from the Airport.

The only thing that i didn't like it was that you can't pay your reservation on the site in chash, only Credit Card, and all the stuff in the hotel like drinks and that also, not cash. Is a big hotel, brekfast is from 6 untill 11 am, we where there more or less by 9:30 and was almost full of people and the tables that were free were a little far, so tale it in account, go early or around 10:00/10:30, the good thing is that doean't matter when you go, there is always a lot of food.

This was truly the best stay during my solo trip in Germany. My single room was upgraded for free, and the public spaces were spacious and thoughtfully designed. The honesty shop was a highlight—not only offering drinks and snacks but also essentials like adapters. There were plenty of seats for both socializing and quiet work, and power outlets were abundant. The interior design of both the rooms and common areas was unique and stylish, and everything was kept very clean. Breakfast was generous, and the evening bar had a great atmosphere. The customer service team was always pleasant and even offered free printing at the service center. The showers had excellent water temperature control, and the air conditioning in the room worked very well. Although the location is a bit outside the city center, the bus stop was just a 5-minute walk away, and there was even a postbox right outside the entrance. Overall, the stay was fantastic.

Check-in and check-out were self-service, which I found efficient, but the kiosk did not recognize Taiwan’s postal codes, so I couldn’t complete check-in on my own. Thankfully, the staff kindly assisted me, and the experience ended up being positive. The bathtub had a small damaged area, which didn’t affect functionality but could scratch the feet. Because the property is quite large with multiple buildings and elevators, the layout was confusing at first (and sometimes elevators were under maintenance). However, once I got used to it, it was easy to navigate. The Wi-Fi reception in my room was very poor, though it worked excellently in the common areas. For travelers who need stable internet, I would recommend purchasing the additional internet service.

Stayed at this quirky hotel and was really impressed! The location is fantastic — close to shopping districts, major tourist attractions, and public transport, making it easy to get around. The hotel itself was very clean and clearly designed with guests' comfort in mind. Rooms were spotless and well-equipped, and there was plenty to do onsite if you wanted to stay in and relax. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning — there was a great variety of options, all fresh and nutritious. Would definitely recommend for both leisure and convenience!

Nothing to complain about — we had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again if we came back to Berlin!

The room was exceptionally spacious. Everything was cleaned daily, and towels changed as well. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfasts were tasty, offering a great variety of products of good quality, especially bread.

Very weak internet connection (even though nice staff member tried to help), moreover it appeared as unsecured even though we logged through the website, as instructed. Moreover, it would be helpful for people with food intolerances/allergies if the water during breakfast was served separately from juices and other drinks, not from the same machine.

One of the loveliest hotels I stayed at in Germany so far. The room is very spacious for Berlin, trendily designed, and very clean. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest U-Bahn station, but not too far, about 9-11 minutes? And only a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. It was a bit difficult to get a hold of staff, as the check in/out is more “self service”—but even that was easy to use once you’ve figured out which elevators to take to your room! When I did meet a staff member they were very nice and helped me get a taxi to the Hauptbahnhof. Definitely would stay here the next time I stop by Berlin.

A modern, digitalized hotel, with very trained and very kind staff. I had a complaint about the room I received, and the room was changed. Both the first and second rooms were impeccable in terms of cleanliness (the problem complained about was related to the air conditioning), the breakfast was very good, and we had a parking space in the underground parking lot. The hotel's location is close to the Zoo (15-20 minutes walk) and 2 minutes from the bus stop (with 29 and 200 you can reach the tourist areas of Berlin - it is worth purchasing the Welcome Berlin Card for public transport and discounts on tourist attractions)

The room was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant area was a nice vibe for within the hotel. There were different facilities such table tennis, which I didn't use, but nice to have the option. There was a decent array of breakfast options, including specific gluten-free options (although these were three bread rolls so not the biggest selection). Very close to a bus stop, and not very far from an underground station.

The breakfast room had a very poor layout so the actual space felt quite chaotic, and also there were long queues for things such as the coffee machine. There was only a handful of members of staff which you also had to queue for, and there were check-in computers which were very lengthy to use.

Excellent large hotel, a short walk from Nollendorfplatz metro station. We stayed in April for the Berlin half marathon - it was a longer walk than anticipated to the entry point of the start area, so I wouldn't recommend it for that necessarily, but otherwise - great! We got upgraded to a bigger room and the breakfast was superb, lots of variety. Overall, a great base for exploring Berlin.

We couldn't lower the aircon temperature in the room and the housekeeping didn't know how to do it either, so we ended up turning the aircon off and leaving the window open.

Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. Giant breakfast area and many options to choose. Comfortable common areas in ground floor. Good self service store for food and drinks in reception area. Location is quiet but near metro stations and walkable.

Barely any staff are visible, payments, check in and store are self service. The hotel is massive and some areas feel dark and distant. 7th floor is not easily reachable from the lobby. Your perspective of the hotel may be totally different depending on the location of your room.
